Went in after not being able to find anywhere that sells HVAC transformers anywhere in Terre Haute (nothing for 1 week via Amazon).Everyone at Roehm was great. I showed them the part I needed and 10 minutes later I was leaving with a replacement.They went out of their way to help despite the fact that they knew it was only going to make them a few dollars (part was $25). We had trouble with our 60 plus year old boiler just as the late Fall weather was becoming colder. A Roehm service member came out to help. He was very informative. After going through several options the choice was made to replace the very old boiler. Dennis D. came out and reviewed our system and home needs. Within a couple days we had a reasonable quote.The unit was ordered and installation occurred within a couple of weeks. Weather cooperated for most of that time but on a few ice cold days Dennis provided heaters for us to stay warm in the house.Installation took just a day and one -half and we have been toasty warm ever since.One adjustment had to be made after the system was up and running a couple of weeks. A Roehm service member came out and quickly made the necessary adjustments. We have not had any problems since.I loved everything about our experience with Roehm and Dennis D. Looking forward to working with them on our A/C system.

If you want a 1/2 done job at full price these are the guys for you. They stuck an 16 X 20 filter in my FAU that required an 18 X 20 and called it Acceptable Would you call this Acceptable?

Dennis has installed 2 systems for us and each has measured up to exactly as he proposed. We couldnt be happier with BOTH systems. His employees are great, courteous and very helpful. Amazing team! Fast friendly, and extremely caring. We called about a 40+ year old broken heater and they came out immediately and had it fixed and running the next day. Our business cares for pets in a low-income area and they even donated their time and gave us an amazing deal on costs. I wanted to hug them! This is how to do business!

Furnace would not stay lit. Invited them (Roehm) out to inspect the heating and air system. Tech discovered a bad component in A/C unit before it became an issue this summer. Then the Tech found the bad component in the furnace. He had the bad parts replaced within an hour and our house was back up and running with no more issues. Roehm of Terre Haute is a professional and trustworthy Heating and Cooling Company that I would recommendto anyone.

AMAZING BUISNESS!!!! My condensor fan motor went out yesterday. It was 90 degrees in my home way to hot for my 4 month old. Dennis the owner helped me out so much. I brought me fan motor in and he helped me switch the blade and told me where to put all of the wires. AMAZING BUISNESS BEST PLACE TO GO. DEFINATLY GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND
