This was mostly a routine heating and cooling maintenance call for our newly purchased older home. They installed needed filters, cleaned all duct work, checked our furnace and ac unit and supplied needed freon. They were on time and very efficient. They answered all questions and concerns. Hoosier heating and cooling recently installed a new HVAC system for me, and i am happy with the installation . I cant think of any aspect that i am not happy with. The office person was very good at his job and customer service was excellent. The installation crew were fast and efficient, i feel confident that we made the right decision to hire hoosier heating and cooling to be our contractor.

Weve had numerous issues with our old HVAC system and finally had to replace two units over the course of two summers. Getting quotes and callbacks from some companies is usually an issue in the summer months with this type of work, but not with HHC - they are a model company for what service industry in TH should strive for IMHO. In terms of quality, timeliness and care their team took in working in our home, I would strongly recommend their team for any of your HVAC needs. Dont be fooled by potential cheaper/faster options elsewhere, you want these guys working for you as they go above and beyond - Id give them 6 stars if I could.

Horrible customer service. You came to my home and you sent us a estimate for repairs we needed. I called you and told you I wanted the repairs done. You said it would be a week and a half atleast to get parts. I called you back the second week and you denied that you said any of that. You told my husband that you told me you couldnt get the parts ever. So I dont know why you sent me a estimate for something that you could not do. I have had two other companies inspect my furnace. Now I am waiting on another company that deals with Carrier brand furnaces. As it turns out that my furnace was one that was manufactured faulty. The original warranty was for ten years. It took a lawsuit for Carrier to take responsibility for these faulty furnaces. After Carrier lost the lawsuit they were required to extend the warranty for 20 years. I would think that your company would know this since you install this brand. I wonder how many people have paid for a New Furnace because nobody will tell them it was faulty to begin with.

Called them after another company came out and was unable to fix ac unit but charged us for a part and said they would need to send another crew to fix ac unit the guys from hoosier fixed the unit in 1 hour

We called Hoosier when my 88 year old mothers air conditioning failed. She was in the hospital but coming home soon and, of course, it was the hottest day of the year. Marc was extremely helpful and was able to get new equipment installed in less than 2 days after our call. The service techs were friendly, patient (its an older home) and quick. Not onlywas Hoosier the only HVAC company that returned my call quickly, they were priced extremely competitively and provided a 10 year warranty. We couldnt ask for a better experience.

I called Hoosier Heating and Cooling for a repair to my furnace/air. They came out super quick handled the issue in a fast efficient way. Luke and Brian were great and entertaining.

Very impressed with their service! I called on a Thursday afternoon and instead of just charging me for a service call, they tried walking me through what was most likely the problem. I ended up calling them back Friday morning at 7AM and they were at my house by 9AM. I had my new water heater installed by noon. Hoosier Heating & Cooling has worked on our furnace and installed a driver vent. On the furnace, we decided to go with Hoosier because the outfit that originally installed it didnt set it up correctly and were very hard to work with. Hoosier did a great job at correcting the furnace issue, so we called them back to do the dryer vent. Hoosier responded right away in both cases, were professional and friendly, price was right, and had us up and going in no time at all. I highly recommend Hoosier Heating & Cooling for any jobs you need done around the house!

AC went out. Called for some quotes from a few of the businesses in the area. Hoosier heating and cooling priced lower than there competitors and included a warranty that was twice as long. The guys that came to install were quick and professional. They even went above and beyond by making a fort for my three young sons out of the box that the new unit came in. Dear sweet baby, Jesus. If you want customer service, this is your company. Lost heat late on a Friday night and contacted my property manager. He called this fine establishment and they were on the phone with me at 615am Saturday morning, and at my house by 7. Issue resolved by 8, along with instructional information on how to maximize the heating capabilities of my house. Then, a few hours later, they returned with the new filter for my heating unit. Again.....Saturday.Give this company your time and research. They deserve it.

They dont know what they are doing. If you want your issue resolved do not and I repeat do not call them. Waste of money and the same issue occurred the very same day.

Weve never had to service our a/c unit, as it was new when we bought our house 9 years ago and we regularly clean the compressor and change the filter every 3 months. However, we returned from an overnight trip to find our compressor fan wasnt working properly and it wasnt cooling. We called this morning and had a same day appointment, even though they were short-handed. The technician diagnosed a bad capacitor in minutes and had the repair done very quickly. A bill for less than $100 surprised us...and this experience has earned Hoosier Heating and cooling a 5 star rating in our book, and well be calling them again if needed. Did a fantastic job and for a really good price compared to other places around Terre Haute. I highly recommend choosing them. I was quoted $400-700 to run new wire for my thermostat and install it from another company and Hoosier came out and did it for $175. Extremely quick, knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to deal with .5 out of 5 easy .

Since buying our home, this is our best experience EVER upon hiring outside help. Hoosier Heating & Cooling were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I swear they left our home in better shape than it was when they arrived. They asked questions and worked with us to make sure everything was exactly where we wanted it to be, down to the smallest details. Not to mention, their prices were WELL less than their competitors. We have a very old historic home and they treated it as such. We look forward to having them back to install a second upstairs unit in the near future. Nobody likes to replace their HVAC system. It is expensive. We hired Brian and his team to do the work at our house and it was a seemless process. Brian came over, assessed our equipment and gave us a competitive quote. He showed up when he said he would, and his crew also was timely and punctual.
