Impressed! Becca called to let us know tech would be running behind due to problems on a previous call. Received follow-up text (with photo ID!) letting us know tech was on his way. Tim and his assistant were courteous, professional, informative and efficient. They explained the problem, answered questions and explained options, then made the necessary repair. Arrived on time to install both furnace and AC unit at the same time. Prices were the best of over half a dozen places we checked out. Even after the job was done on time and well, he agreed to install the new thermostat we had bought at no additional cost. Then a month later he even reached out just to check and make sure things were still working. Id say of course still get multiple quotes but include them for sure. His prices were the lowest by far.

Had Rob replace a dinosaur of an AC unit. Did an excellent job at removing and disposing of my old unit and replaced it with a new efficient unit with a 10 year warranty! He went above and beyond in making it look neat and blending in. Highly recommend

What’s to tell Rob is a good friend, and deserves a lot of praise.

Rob did a great job both in servicing our needs and installing a new furnace. He took it upon himself after the job was completed to investigate rebates available from our natural gas provider (something I hadnt thought of). He also called after a week to make sure everything was working OK. Very thoughtful.

Rob and Son did a great job of adding a return vent to my Furnace. Working in the attic in about 16 inches was a dirty itchy job. They got the job done quickly and left no messes. I would highly recommend them.

Right from the start, I could tell that Genesis was different from the other contractors that gave me estimates. I needed a bigger AC unit and crawlspace ductwork. Rob was the only contractor that measured the return air duct to be sure it was properly sized for the bigger AC unit. He was also the only contractor that went into the crawlspace to check ductwork. He was very concerned about having a properly designed system, instead of simply replacing the systems. The new Bosch system has made my house much more comfortable.

Rob was quick to come install our furnace. Installed it in a timely fashion. Had some rare problems with our furnace but Rob was quick to come out to fix the issue. The costs were relatively low compared to other places.

Genesis did a great job replacing our heating and air. They were courteous and helpful and we were serviced in a timely fashion.

Rob is the man!!! No Im serious, I was faced with a major challenge as we were looking to remove a wall between two rooms in our home that had a good amount of duct-work that supplied our second floor. I had received multiple estimates all over the place all telling me somewhat different things but never explaining things in the detail and the level of care that Rob provided. He took time to really assess what we were dealing with related to existing duct-work, existing performance issues with one unit heating & cooling two floors and downsides to just capping off the 2nd floor and balance issues for the size of the unit we had on the 1st floor. All of this had not been explained in the detail that Rob provided but he seemed up for the challenge and was able to formulate a plan and re-worked our duct work creating a more efficient flow with the existing furnace and A/C that we had in place which so far has been a major improvement overall flow wise with a much more balanced system. We are waiting to see how things pan out with the full summer heat but Im pretty confident with what weve seen so far that it will be much improved over what we had with the much better balance in and out of returns and registers. Rob gave us a much better plan and solution which also saved us from added investment that may have caused additional issues and investment that we had not been explained by other providers. I learned about Rob from a co-worker who highly recommend him and I would highly recommend Rob @ Genesis HVAC to anyone looking for quality, honest and great integrity when it comes to his work and HVAC solutions. All of his helpers were polite and friendly as well during the job he completed for us.
