Rodney, owner, has very poor customer service. I first reached out to him in March to have our AC unit serviced before our warranty expired. After stating he would come by that Friday, he never showed up. I have reaching out dozens of times with no answer or return phone call. DO NOT waste your time with this poorly ran business.
