Recently there has been a new manager and its exciting to see new changes, compassion, friendliness we have lived here in the past and then moved away do to a job. Came back few yrs ago . Such spacious floor plans, very quite area, close to everything. New wonderful well kept pool . cant brag enough on our fantastic hard working maintenance men they are always greeting you and always willing to do there job to the next level. Walk into the office and there is Megan young, brilliant and always thoughtful along with Lexy who is improving the looks, feel and the environment of apartments to make them the best that they can be.Jump aboard dont miss a great place to live!

Shout out to John the maintenance supervisor!!! He has always been very diligent in making sure any issues I have are addressed promptly and probably. He has come in to help when others couldn’t find the problem and continues to come back until its resolved. He has gone above and beyond in all my experiences with him. He even educated me on cricket season!!!! Whatever that man is paid it absolutely should be doubled!

I enjoyed the 16 moths living in Summer Ridge, good neighbors and the view from the apartment was excellent. It is in a good location close to the main stores and restaurants. The service and attention from the staff and team were excellent, specially when repairing issues in the apartment.

They do their best to get as much money as possible, they split the water bill between residents, doesn’t matter if your one or 6. Apartment was moldy smelling from the get go-they didn’t care. Had multiple leaks increasing mold and mold smell, carpet in bedroom moldy from said leaks-yet they are charging to replace it because of pet damage. Christmas tree and any other items in closet smell and are moldy! They will not give you your deposit back !

The Summit Ridge, where Luxury meets affordability. I lived there for a little over a year and can honestly say it was very pleasant experience. I only had 2 issues over my course of living there. (A/C went out on me twice) once on the weekend, and each time they responded within 24hrs to remedy the problem. Cassie, and Megan were always pleasant and professional with me. My building was quite and pest free.

I have been living here since June. My power bills have been nothing less than 150 dollars. The A/C is nonexistent, and the management is terrible. Took a month for them to replace my A/C when the temperature inside would stay above 80 degrees. I am in the process of getting my 350 and 250 dollar power bills compensated right now. While speaking to them about the bills, the person who answered the office phone claimed that they would pay 350 and 250 for power for their own summit ridge apartment, and expect not to be refunded. What a joke.

These apartments are awful, they have a few unreasonable charges that are forced upon you such as having to pay to park for residents or else you will be towed and charged $300/+ to get your vehicle back. The office is rude and unhelpful, will not give you back your deposit. This place is trying to charge you a premium for the prison experience.

Outdated appliances and no pool.I’m not current resident but know a couple people who have lived here. It’s a good first place but not one to live at after your lease is up. Don’t try getting your deposit back even after you clean and provide pictures of before and after. They’ll call them “charges” so it’s not actually a deposit that they can pay you back for. It’s also kinda messed up how they left a deceased resident lay in his apt without notifying his family or notifying the maintenance that they had died from complications of COVID-19.Stay clear if you can and explore your options.

Ive definitely enjoyed living here with my family. Its quiet and family-friendly. We havent had any issues. The maintenance team is amazing and gets things done pretty quickly. Theyre out at the hottest times of the year, making sure work orders get done in a timely manner--amazing guys. The management is helpful. If you respect them, they respect you back and offer any help they can when problems arise. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is because the kitchens are a little small, but I know most complexes here arent much different. Otherwise the grounds are beautifully kept and they keep the apartments updated. So happy to have lived here.

Was there for years till recently and it went downhill a few years ago after the property manager Raquel left. The current property manager Cassie is a unprofessional & rude unlike the assistant manager Jody who’s always up front. It was so refreshing to search for a new apartment and meet actual kind and genuine apartment managers. You can find Cassie cooped up in her office most of the time on her phone and if she comes out for you, a resident, it’s SUCH an inconvenience for her and she makes sure it shows. It’s hard for me to watch her try to even fake being nice, not sure how she climbed the ladder in customer service/property management whatsoever. Also if you’re younger in your 20’s, she talks to you like you’re unintelligent about living in an apartment and explains nothing to you. As well as don’t keep up with telling maintenance any major issues and you have to stop the maintenance people yourself when you see them to follow up.Not to mention how loud and rowdy it gets in the summer from Adams and Spare Time and all the drunk people lurking over to the complex from there. Then all the car break-ins during the winter. So happy to move to Chappell Hill in temple where the management and maintenance are amazing. Beautiful complex, quiet, safe and still a convenient area. Worth paying the extra $100/month for rent vs Summit Ridge. Please do not consider Summit Ridge if you’re looking for a reasonable priced apartment.

I have lived here 6 yrs. I love it. The apartments for the price are huge. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment that is 800sq.ft. The campus is beautiful with mature trees and green grass. It is very quiet. So, if your looking for a large, quite, and lower priced apartment home this place is for you.

I give 4 stars because of the residents that lived around me. The office workers were sweethearts. They did their jobs and enjoyed doing it. Celina was the manager and Raquelle was the office worker. Raquelle even adopted a cat from me while I lived here. They were great. The guys that lived across from me were a little loud with their music and friends over. This did not happen all the time. It was quiet here for the most part. Other than that, it was great.

I have lived at Summit Ridge for a few years and have had an overall positive experience. The staff know me and take the time to learn my name, they are attentive to work orders and listen to concerns and ideas. Recently my AC unit went out over the weekend and it was 85+ degrees in my apartment. It started raining so maintenance wasnt able to fully test the AC unit until that stopped. The maintenance member came back with a window AC unit to keep me and my roommate cool until they were able to come back. The window unit worked great and kept us cool until they were able to fix the AC unit. Props to the maintenance team for working on a hot and humid Saturday in the rain and hauling a window AC unit up to the second floor and installing it.

Absolutely TERRIBLE office manager. We were told when we moved in that we had an assigned parking spot and directly in front of our building spots 1-13 were assigned but everything else was fair game. There is one parking spot labeled 81 in a way smaller and completely different font. But they towed our car anyways. We called them to see why they would tow our car is this spot was supposed to be fair game and also that we have seen countless people park there and The manager looked my husband square in the face and said well you got caught and they didnt The manager has never been kind to us on the rare occasion we need to stop by and talk to someone.

I’ve lived here for about 7 months, and I recently signed a year lease. I’m more pleased with this apartment complex than I have been with most other places I’ve lived. It seems repairs are taken care of pretty quickly, and I have yet to have any issues with the front desk. However, The pool was down for a while in the summer. I’ve locked myself out of my apartment twice, and both times the blonde woman at the front (it’s the desk on your left as soon as you walk in) has been more than happy to help me out. I anticipate staying here until I transfer schools next year. I have never lived in a luxury complex so I can’t speak for that, but I have been completely blown away with how quiet this place has been. It’s worked great for me. Hope this helps.

My wife and I have lived at Summit Ridge for almost a year now and we both love it. We will definitely be renewing our at lease for at least another year. The staff has been more than friendly and helpful every single time that I have interacted with them. The maintenance team is also friendly and very prompt in fixing work orders. Some might be concerned that it is not a gated apartment, but we feel completely safe at all times. I have recommended Summit Ridge to several friends and would do the same for anyone looking for a place to live in this area!

Let me start by saying I have lived on this property twice. The first time was perfect, no complaints, no issues, management was always so great and friendly. The second time I lived at this property was awful. It started great the first moth I was there, until they were bought out by a new company. These women are not nice and never have a clue what they are doing. I have never had any problems anywhere I have lived and I have always received 100% of my deposit back. Not with these people, they change the keys to the pool without telling anyone, they lose your packages constantly, they never fix your maintenance request unless you hound them about it, they allow the property to look a mess with plants growing out of control in front of your staircase. They wouldn’t let you know when they had been in your apartment either, however, I could always tell by the muddy footprints they would leave or trash they would throw around my place... They always have a rude attitude when you go into the office like it’s an inconvenience for you to ask them to do their job. I couldn’t wait until my lease was done and I was able to move out. I cleaned everything spotless and also made sure to take pictures, way more then I normally take bc I was forewarned by others who lived here and recently moved out that they had mysterious “bleach” stains appear that the property was trying to charge them for for. They also had pictures to prove there were no stains when they moved out. Well, they attempted to do this to me so I reported them to the BBB and I will make sure to let people know how shady this property is. Don’t waste your money or time on this place. Literally worst place I have ever lived!

I currently live at Summit Ridge and I really like it! Yes they arent the most luxurious apartments Temple has to offer, however the management is amazing, the neighborhood is really quite/no crime, and there are sidewalks and a running trails nearby!Anytime Ive had a problem with my air conditioner or something, they come fix it within a day. Also anytime I have a package delivered to the office and know I wont be back before it closes, they will drop off the packages in my apartment! I order a lot of things online and am travelling alot so this has been such a great help.Overall I am very pleased with the apartment complex and for anyone thats on a budget and wants a larger apartment, this is the place to be!

July 2016-Everything is wonderful here except there is only 1 pool! There should be more. Often times there is kids playing in the pool and adults chillin drinking beer and smoking in the pool. Also since beer goes right through you and there is no bathrooms, PEEING IN THE POOL! We went tonight and the pool was green. Smoking and drinking is something you do on the side of the pool or at home, not in it. That is totally spreading diseases and germs to others. The pumps didnt even appear to be on. Very unappealing for tenants here! Also when we moved in water was perfect for showers then it starting being bipolar! Hot to cold to boiling to warm, you replaced a hot water heater and it was good again. But now it is back to it, warm to boiling to cold to warm, so I believe it is going out again.***In addition now on 3-23-17 the water is luke warm in both kitchen and bathroom and has been for a couple days! How is one suppose to wash greasy dishes? Also since youve numbered he parking spots again Im back to having to park 1 mile away from my apartment. Which is a pain when you have groceries and also I am unable to keep an eye on my car. When you didnt have the numbers on there were plenty of spots out from and even some left over. While we are looking to move out of here soon, just something to consider for future residents. Also plumbing sucks here, toilets always overflowing or running. Sink in kitchen has done the same.7/7/17 Be prepared also to plunge your sink in kitchen frequently because it clogs up for no reason!Bunch of thieves also! Don’t let anyone in the apartment when not home!

We have just moved in. The mgmt. has been nothing but attentive and friendly. We had a few things that needed attention in our unit and they had someone out within hours of being notified to fix them. I use a wheelchair and they even moved the handicapped parking spot to a place more suitable for me to enter my unit. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets could use updating but really that is the only thing you could complain about here. The floors are all brand new, the walls painted, the unit clean and pest free. I feel very fortunate to have found this place.

Not to be misleading but my review is actually for the property manager lexie.I am currently renting a home from her and if she runs her aparnments anything like she runs our home, you can not go wrong with her! Lexi is so so so kind hearted and any issue we have ever had with our home she immediately had fixed. She cares about her tennates and their quality of life. I would trust any property or rental she was reasonable for. And a plus, a close person to me rented an apartment at Summit Ridge for a few months and he was so pleased with his appartment and never had an issues. I Believe anything Lexi has her hands on is delt with grace and whole hearted honesty and a kind soul.I know that summit ridge dose not offer the cheepest appartments in temple, but the difference in price is very small next to the quality. The quality is sooooo much better than most local apartments. Managment does not see a number but a person. That means alot when a space becomes your home. I support anything Lexie has her name on!

This property has gone down hill we moved out cause the owner is rude and the property is falling in to disrepair they have safety issues outside lights never fixed there was 12 lights out for 4 month +. They actually units are outdated and dont work right we had water leak Everytime it rained. We asked them many times to repair our dryer vent and they told us that the vent was blocked to far back for them to fix. The final straw was when we went to give our thirty day notice they rejected it and when I asked them to call me or I went to the office they avoided me and wouldnt ever answer the why. So we left and I recommend if you want to live here they charge more than what you can rent a duplex or a house for.
