1/10/19: Revising my original post because I did get a good explanation from the company, and ultimately, my car arrived to the repair shop without further damage. However, I am still unsatisfied with the wait time to pick up my car. However, this could simply be a by product of the industry in general.After getting in a collision, my vehicle manufacturer called this company to tow my vehicle to the authorized body shop for repairs. I was originally told the tow truck from Cheap Fast Towing, would arrive to my vehicle in 90 minutes. I called back after an hour and was told another 90 minutes. It was getting late at night, so I locked my vehicle and left it at the crash site. I drove back to the crash site about 3 hours later (around midnight) and the car had STILL not been picked up. When I went by at 7am on Sunday morning, the car had been picked up. They were supposed to drop it off at the body shop first thing Monday morning. I had the body shop call the tow company and I called a couple of times - we were both told my vehicle would be dropped off Monday afternoon. I should have followed up.... On Tuesday morning, I called the body shop to confirm they had my vehicle and they did not. So, I called Cheap Fast Towing again and was told my car would likely be taken to the body shop by 3pm Tuesday afternoon. The tow shop is less than 1 mile from the repair shop. I couldnt understand why this was taking so long. I called the Car Net (vehicle manufacturers roadside assistance service) phone # since they arranged the tow and explained the situation to them. The representative informed me that the people at Cheap Fast Towing could not find the PO to release the vehicle and take it to the shop, so she ended up re sending it to them. I got a call from the repair shop about an hour and a half later confirming they FINALLY had my vehicle. I wish I would have read the reviews on this place before I agreed to have them tow my car. I would have insisted on a different company. Please do your research or a simple Yelp or Google Review search if you are in a jam and need service (of any kind). I learned my lesson. I called them first and when I got a recording I hung up. I needed a tow now not whenever somebody checked messages. It said 24 hours so to me that meant a person to take my call. I went with the next company I called. They answered their phone.

Called them to get a price there pricing was the best and the tow guy was super awesome friendly and fast got us to our shop and we gave him a tip

I was advised it would be an hour then 2 and then 3 then 4 hours wouldnt use them again however my insurance picked them never againI CALLED THE COMPANY DIRECTLY AND THEY CONFIRMED IT WOULD ONLY BE AN HOUR AS THEY WERE IN CENTRAL PHOENIX. Couldnt even give me an honest time.

Zero stars if i could...I was told its gonna be an hr and half, after and hr, its gonna be another hr or so to yea itll be another 3 hrs til we can come get your truck....total B.S. service...never use these guys...theyll give u the run around....
