Ash happened to be in the same parking lot finishing up a job with a client and my husband asked him for some help removing our skid plate, which is what was dragging. I requested road side and was set to use a company called Sun City Towing, I had a horrible experience after calling them, they were rude! I then called and requested a new provider. I was then set to use this company. I’m happy with the services it quick and customer service is great! Highly recommend.

Fantastic towing company!! Our tow driver Wolf went above and beyond for us and helped us tremendously. He was 1 tow driver that refused to leave his passengers stranded and was extremely proficient and knowledgeable at his job. We are very grateful for his service and his wifes sacrifice for us! We also want to give kudos to the dispatcher Samantha! She got us what we needed when a representative from AARP roadside assistance let us down by being curt and unhelpful with our needs. She basically said you have 1 choice and 1 choice only and youll have to find your own ride due to covid. Samantha was extremely kind and courteous and sympathetic to our situation. Car broke down on a Sunday night on the highway. Tow truck was there in 25 mins when all the other companies said it will take more than hour. Customer service and driver were polite and helpful. Fair price.

I’m grateful that my insurance company dealt with everything. I was in an accident and the police had called this company to tow my car. The driver I dealt with wasn’t very supportive and basically made fun of me for getting in an accident. It was my first accident, I was very shaken up. When my insurance company sent a tow to take my car from the yard to the shop there was fees they didn’t agree with. They cancelled my tow. My insurance company eventually just accepted all fees. My car finally made it to the shop AN ENTIRE WEEK after my accident.

The man who came and towed my car from QT back to the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix airport hotel on 06/02, I believe his name was Scott, was unbelievably amazing! He was beyond courteous and even went above and beyond to make sure my car was positioned straight in the parking spot! He was on top of his game and very fast at arriving to help me (even though it was 1 in the morning). I recommend these guys for any of your tow needs! 100% satisfied with service! I had a flat tire while at work. Im not mechanically inclined & get off at 11:30pm. I was alone, with no one to help. Called my insurance & they scheduled a towing from my work, to my home (25 miles). I had to ride with the driver to my home. I had Scott for my driver/tower & he was incredible! I have used this towing service several times and they are easy to work with, this last time, I had called got the driver Karam. He was very courteous and professional. He explained the entire process. Worked really hard to minimize any potential issues that can happen when towing an all wheel vehicle with one of those T back towers. It was a very hot evening but he was always friendly and helpful. I appreciate his service and will continue using this company for any future towing.

I run a local fleet repair shop and have dealt with dozens of tow companies over the course of my carrier. Kellan and the people at Professional Towing and Recovery have been top notch. Kellan is very professional and easy to do business with. We have used their heavy tow services numerous times and the truck is always on time and the drivers are always very professional. Before doing business with Professional Towing and Recovery I had never had dispatch tell me they would be on site to pick up a heavy truck in less than an hour, and I get that amazing service every time I call. Pricing for medium and heavy tow services are very fair. We will continue doing business with Professional Towing and Recovery for the foreseeable future I highly recommend them. They have reckless drivers on the road that cant even drive when they dont have a load. And as an added bonus they also have some roadrage which caused them to almost hit another car since they were trying to cut cars off. Called their management team but the drivers do this because they know management wont care until they actually cause a full on accident.

When you need someone to help, they give a time and dont show up, multiple times throughout the day? The manager Heney, cant speak clearly and is a joke of someone who is suppose to be helping out. This place is shouldnt even be in business.

Called my insurance company for tow at 5pm and they sent the information over to this company at 5:30. Waited well over 2 hours for a tow truck and was informed they will have someone out to me by 7pm only to be informed they are running late. They didnt get to mr till 7:30. Dont use there service horible company! THERE WAS LIGHT OuT BY THE TIME THEY GOT THERE! Driver didnt even. greet me but just asked questions!

My car was picked up by this company while I was on the job at work and towed it to their hard find lot. When I finally was able to track down my car the man who was at the window was quiet rude. Both of us noticed that the tow job had obviously damaged the paint on my car and he simply shrugged it off. This isnt even the worst part. I was struggling to find a valid copy of my registration and so this employee decided it was a prime time to solicit a bribe from me.I wish I could give negative stars

My car broke down at my work, and I needed to get it towed. I called Professional Towing & Recovery, and they got me set up quickly. Donny was the driver who towed my car, and he was extremely professional and friendly. I felt the cost was reasonable, and they made the entire process very smooth and hassle-free.

We called on a Sunday afternoon with a car that wouldn’t start. We called and the woman we spoke to was so friendly and helpful. The gentleman who came out was so polite and pleasant. He was able to jump our vehicle but was concerned that we wouldn’t be able to drive our car to the repair shop, so he offered to follow us to the repair shop just to make sure we made it there safely. I would HIGHLY recommend Professional Towing and Recovery!

Evan is the perfect example of what a driver should be! He was friendly, helpful, and took his time but most importantly, he hooked up my Jeep perfectly! I just broke down on the freeway today and I was lucky enough to see the owner pull up behind me roughly 3 minutes later. I was in a sticky situation as it was on the I-10 truck route right before the I-17 split, really busy spot. He jumped in and helped me and towed me to the nearest gas station and even though I tried offering him payment, he refused. Said he was happy to be in the right spot and that everyone was safe in the end. What a stand up guy! Definitely recommend his service to anyone!

Got my keys locked in my car, and the guy basically tried to help me for a little bit, emphasis on the little, then said sorry I cant help you. Then proceeded to drive away once I said I was calling my insurance company before I sign off on the job. If your insurance sends these guys, do yourself a favor and request someone else. My boyfriend ended up coming over and got my keys within 5 minutes.

This was absolutely the best experience I had with a tow service. I own 30 vehicles in our delivery fleet and of the 17 tows Ive used this year, this was a breeze. The Driver AJ, managed to help me tow my delivery truck without a key, in a storm, on Christmas Eve and did so in a timely manner. I had been through a frustrating evening with Geico roadside assistance - three hours of waiting in the middle of the Phoenix area for All Over Towing. Finally I got fed up, google mapped “towing company near me” and found Professional. The listing number went to the owners mobile I think. He graciously answered at 9pm on a Friday night and had the dispatcher call me. Jessica was great and had a truck to me in about ten minutes. And Rob the driver was awesome. Professional, courteous and went above and beyond to provide extraordinary customer service. Highly recommend Professional Towing and Recovery.

My Jag broke down on the street by a light. I called, the Driver Billy showed up within about 30 minutes, called another driver to block the back to insure no one ran into us. The driver was helpful, polite, very professional. Took very good care of my rare Jaguar. Ty!

We had a flat yesterday in the worst possible place, but this company was dispatched through our warranty company and sent out Scott. Because it was a bad place it was hard for him to find us on gps but he kept us updated and called to make sure we knew he was coming. Scott was professional to the T and cared about our safety (we had our kids with us) so he put us in his truck and literally took like maybe 10 mins to change the tire, then what blew me away was the fact that he even followed us to the tire shop to make sure nothing else happened. It was an A++++ from Scott and went well above and beyond what he had to.

Accidents are always stressful and troubling, however when i got into an accident on Wednesday morning this company definitely eased some of that stress and anxiety associated with accidents, like waiting for the truck to arrive. Horrible place and rip offs

Do not trust this company, especially if you have a lower sitting car!!! They state on their website that they specialize in sports cars, yet when they came to tow mine, it scraped the front bumper on the way up. I have video of it scraping and yet the company refuses to do anything about it. Very disappointing.

Terrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked the driver to put the vehicle in a certain place and he ignored me and put it in a spot I wasnt allowed to use. He stated (and I quote) I dont have time and rolled the vehicle off the truck and left it in the middle of a parking spot and halfway in the driveway. I understand everyone has bad days but you should never talk to or treat your customers like this.

Broke down today on the side of the 101. It was by chance the company I called was actually the same as the tow truck in front of me picking up someone elses car. Then- right in front of both of us- a car lost its rear wheel and almost crashed into the median wall. The tow truck driver stopped traffic to get the wheel out of the street and helped out the people in that car just to help- a different tow truck came and got their vehicle. He then let me sit in his cab while I waited for my husband to come. The driver was so kind, and you just dont see that so much anymore. Very thankful, Professional Towing is lucky to have him.

On the 9th of October I experienced a rear tire mishap while driving on the 60. The tread literally separated from the rear driver tire and was flapping against and under the car. Hard to believe but this caused quite a bit of damage. I contacted my insurance and they set up a tow and a body shop. I was informed Professional Towing was on the way. It didnt take long for them to arrive I cant remember the drivers name but he was very professional! He explained what he was doing and was very careful with my car. He gave me a ride to Enterprise rental and then took my car to the body shop. He had a newer very clean tow truck! Overall I was very impressed with the professionalism and service.

My tow truck driver was so friendly and helpful they were there in half the quoted time. Thank you for getting me off the road safely.

Insc called them after my accident. The tow truck driver broke my windshield before the agent got there, causing the insc offer to go down. There was nothing wrong with the windshield when it was put on the truck and I had pictures to prove this.

If I could give a 0 stars I would! This place gives you a run around. Then they take you to a whole other lot away from the office a couple minutes to get your car. In this 115 degree heat theres cars parked infront of my car! For 1, theyve known I was coming to get my car because Ive been talking to them on and off on the phone since yesterday about picking it up today. I follow the guy to get the car then he realizes theres cars infront of my car then have to call somebody in the office to come bring a tow truck (that takes forever). These people are lazy and rude, deff doesnt work with you.

The driver was Robert and he called me personally and gave me an ETA. He arrived within that timeframe. He was courteous, and knowlegeable.

Professional and quick towing at a good price. I have a lowered car and they had ramps to get the car on a truck without damaging a thing.

I will never use this towing company agin! First of all they took forever to get to me then the driver had to use a jack and back it up before he loaded it on the truck and he called the office and they charged me an extra $60 for it. Ridiculous. I could have done that but I didnt have a jack with me.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This company was called by my warranty company in order to tow my car a few miles to a tire service center. The drivers attitude was unprofessional and crass, he used foul language. Honestly after 6 years in the military It doesnt bother me, but it is unprofessional, still not a big deal. The second issue I had was he had me drive the car up onto the tow truck.After dropping the car and leaving without even giving me any sort of paperwork, I noticed a small tow eye cover was missing from the front bumber. Now, when he had first arrived he had gone into my trunk and removed a tow eye for hauling the vehicle via wench. He then showed me how to use the tow eye and showed me where is was located in the rear (removed panel, screwed in tow eye, removed tow eye, placed back in panel). Fast forward to after he dropped the vehicle off. I noticed the tow eye cover missing in the front a few minutes after he ran off. I call the driver up thinking maybe its in his pocket or in front of the truck, or perhaps in front where the car was parked? He says he never saw it, and call me a F***ing liar for asking him that. At that point I hung up and called his head office. The man at the head office said he would look into it and get back to me. That was three days ago. Ill probably press charges against the driver for verbal assault and haul the company into small-claims to get the $25.00 cover. What a joke, Ill also be notifying the Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce here in Phoenix and Tempe. No doubt the time wasted in going to court and the angst and anger dealing with people like this fars outweighs any winnings I may obtain, but its not the small monetary value now, its a honest person refusing to be treated as garbage by a company.

This companies name is almost funny. On March 4th they arrived to tow my sons vehicle. The ball joint had fallen the result was the wheel was tilted out and could not support the weight of the vehicle when getting pulled. Instead of properly supporting that side of the car with a floor jack and pulling the vehicle up the ramp the driver pulled the car up the ramp resulting in damage to the fender and trim. Driver told my son that they were not responsible for the damage because there is no guarantee when they have an axle issue.On Monday March 6th they arrived to tow the vehicle to the shop and did a great job doing exactly what i stated above, no further damage.I filed a damage claim with the dispatching company for my insurance company. They required me to submit an estimate and pictures and all they got from the tow company was we didnt do the damage. He said she said and dispatch company is telling us to file an insurance claim or sue the tow company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. THEY LIED TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO AVOID A $700 CLAIM.

Called to get a tow for 2 maybe 3 mile tow from casino az to mckellips and Miller over $100 . Woman was extremely unpersonable and she was sure it was 8 miles. Crooks

Tow truck arrived in a timely fashion after blowing out 2 tires and a rim by hitting a trailer hitch on the freeway. Driver was courteous and friendly and got me where I needed to go before discount tire closed and I was on my way home within a couple of hours.

They are very punctual as well very curtious to their clients.
