I only contacted this place because they have signs posted on the lot my car was stolen from. About all I can say about them is they were polite on the phone and their website is designed well.

Given the circumstances, I give them 5 stars because of their professionalism. They were patient with all my calls and very informative with all my questions. After all is not their fault were in this predicament. Thank you to the whole team.

Called asked for a quote and got help immediately. Had a busted radiator. The tow guy was very helpful and nice. Gave me a ride and dropped me off at my house. I highly recommend this tow company.

My car was burned to the point of salvage. I am updating my review because the company reached out to see what made the experience unpleasant. They truly listened which goes a long way. They cleared up any miscommunication. That is a great part of customer service! Chris was a tremendous help and was understanding of the situation.They take feedback seriously!

These people are rude and totally unprofessional. They practice theft by non-responsive tactics. My husband was in a fender bender and his truck was towed and the police put a hold on it but once the police released the hold the company refused to return our phone calls and gave us the run around so they could keep the truck and file it as abandoned vehicle rights.I have been in touch with the BBB and filed a case against this business.

My car got towed and when I tried to claim my car they said it was not registered in there data base, I was only able to get my car once I got in touch with the police. Very unprofessional, and made something that should’ve have only taken one hour into an entire days worth of work.

Paperwork was processed very quickly and they were patient when I took awhile to gather my belongings from my car.

My car was towed here after an accident. In the two times I visited the lot to gather personal effectd, every single person I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I had no problems with items being taken from my car. It is important to make an appointment so that they can be available to help you with your vehicle and also to bring proof of ownership and a photo ID. Do that and youll be pleased.

Ive been roasting under the Phoenix sun for 3.5hrs up until this point waiting for an All City driver to come release my car from their storage facility. There are several others waiting here, two of which have been waiting for over 4 hours.First they said 2hrs, then 45mins, then 45 mins again. Now they just hang up when I call.I am severely dehydrated along with everyone else here. Someone is going to get seriously hurt out here.

Not happy with the service. I scheduled a time to go to my car and they allow my car to get moved somewhere else. Once I was able to get inside my car, someone had stole money and it wasnt a small amount either.

Understand the circumstances, great experience but very emotional.

The drivers are thieves, take pictures of your valuables and/or remove them from your vehicle. I had a police officer write down what I had in the car when they impounded it on an official police report but even with that they won’t refund you or do anything about it. The claims are useless these mfs are useless. Hopefully I see the driver soon 😉

The price wasnt bad, however, they ransacked my vehicle and tore up a lot of documents I keep in my car. Very trashy, in my personal experience.

The drivers are faster than they say when arriving to the tow yard after hours to release your car. They protocols which are more restrictive that the law requires for proof of ownership. This is frustrating and no one gives the same answer as to why they dont just follow to lawful requirements.

They arrived hours later than when they said they would. The tow truck driver was rude. The method of payment was unsafe and not very secure. The whole experience was very poor. Won’t be using this company ever again.

Its by appointment only, I asked lot employee how often appointments were? He said 15min intervals. This place was/IS a ghost town. I was there 2hours. and seen them help 4ppl. It Looked very much like like they were answering the phone &saying, Oh we dont have many/anymore times avail... If you cant make it before 4/5pm & need your car; you make apt. but theres a $100 after hours gate fee. They cannot charge you to access to personal property. So they call it a gate fee. They do Make it difficult to get to veh.&info.They know whos car it is vin/reg./plate & address. They want a copy of owners i.d. My friend got arrested so the cops had it making it difficult enough to get Power of Attorney which has to be verified with i.d. by notary not good enough!?! I.d is to verify its me on legal doc. No need for owners i.d.Registration is always inside everybodys vehicle. They didnt allow me to get or have employee get reg. out of vehicle. I have legal Power of Attorney when I gave make,model, vin # on abandon veh. notice;I asked for plate # so I could get registration online. They made me waste time and $ at 3rd party mvd to get it even though i had proof of verified LEGAL POWER OF ATTORNEY and all they had to do was get it out of glove box.There was a guy who was there they had taken 2cars; he got P.O.A gave them to get 1 car, they kept it &when he came back said We need P.O.A ( he had to get 1st one from cousin who was out of the country.) He said I was was here 2days before. The girl said dont remember you. Then, uh I remember a guy giving me alot of problems idk if it was you or not. He said yes that was me He said wasnt trying to cause problems just trying to deal with this, get the other car. It 130p was told you can come back mgr. on lunch only have 330avail. Pleading w/her to look 4it. She wouldnt/didnt. So after I helped him w/ getting notary. They charged him $$$100 gate fee. I spent so much time at 3rd party mvd for registration that was 50ft away in the car.When they towed or moved the car they damaged it. There was a large puddle of oil under the car. So I asked to file a claim. On their corporate form it says get name of employee name. When I asked she gave me attitude says said why do you want my name? Im not signing that!! I said its your policy and for my records- it makes you accountable that the claim was received and by who. The manager was behind her said nothing. So she read it, signed it, and said Ill date it for you too. with attitude.

Rude. Unresponsive. Constantly stating that a driver will be there to open the gate told me it would be an hour wait, every time I called them, took them 6 hours to come to the lot for me to get my vehicle. Lied and stated they received a call from the police department about an abandoned vehicle, upon speaking with all local police departments in the surrounding area, I found that their claim was false. After 6 hours of waiting to get my vehicle, I found it had been damaged on both driver and passenger sides by their company/driver.

Just a horrible business that takes advantage of people during a pandemic and cannot seem to spread proper information to their customers (told 4 different prices and 4 different things needed to get car back) Disgraceful, disgusting company. Im not saying that this company deserves one star alone, but the business they did with my apartment complex is earning the one-star rating. Youre only as good as the people you do business with. The Aspire Glendale Apartment Complex had my car towed without warning. I thought my car was stolen initially because I didnt have any type of warning letting me know that my vehicle would be towed. I received a letter in the mail from the MVD about 3 weeks later stating that my car had been towed by this wonderful company. So with the information provided by the MVD, I contacted the company and inquired about why my vehicle was towed in the first place. The incredibly rude and accusatory woman belittled me while informing me that my vehicle had been removed from the property because I left my car there, claiming it was an Abandoned Vehicle. The reason why this whole situation is not okay is that my car was not abandoned. It was not only still a registered vehicle, it is the vehicle that I moved into the apartment complex with and they have my license plate information because I put it on my lease when I moved in. However, in defense of the complex, my vehicle had not been moved for quite some time. But, and this is a big but, to the defense of myself, the reason that it had not been moved is that it was broken into, my dashboard was smashed, my radio was stolen and numerous parts from my actual engine, including the battery, were taken out of the vehicle. So, the reason my vehicle had not been moved, was that I literally could not move it, because of the damage that was done on the Aspire Glendale property. And yes, I could have gotten the issues fixed however, I am a single mother of a 5-year-old boy and a 1-year-old baby girl and unfortunately, I lost my job due to Covid just like many other people have, and I did not have the opportunity to come up with the money to repair any of the things that needed to be repaired. So, while speaking with this towing company, they informed me that not only do they have my car but its going to cost $663 to get it out of the tow yard, which I did not have, so grasping and straws I asked them if they offered any type of assistance, payment plans, any other options for me, and the lady that I spoke to informed me that they only offer three basic choices and that they do not offer any type assistance regarding the predicament. My options included: coming up with a $663 to get my car out that day (that amount would increase every day and that I was not able to retrieve my property), I could sign over the title to my car but in doing so I would also be responsible for the fees accumulated in transporting and storing the vehicle, which at that time I was quoted nearly $300. Unfortunately, I had no way of coming up with that amount of money within the time frame that she gave me, which was the rest of that working day, which included 2 hours and the end of the following day, so in total, approximately 25 hours. My last option would be (to not take responsibility for abandoning my car in my parking spot and) leave my vehicle at the tow yard. They would then report to the MVD that I did not claim my property and I would subsequently be charged a $500 or a $600 Abandoned Vehicle fine. I was also informed that if I did not pay that fine, I would have my license revoked. So, long story long, Im going to have to pay a fine (with the money that I do not have) because my apartment complex had unfairly, and without warning, had my vehicle towed. And if I do not settle that fine, Im going to be responsible for a stack of other fines, fees, and expenses to get my driving privilege back. What the what?!?! The cards are stacked against me on this one, I dont see a winning option for me regarding this mess. And all because these two garbage companies decided to do garbage business together ripping off innocent people.10 out of 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I used to work here and I absolutely loved it. The towing industry is not for the feint of heart. Lot attendant was the perfect job for me. I was terminated from my job because of a confrontation with a co-worker named Jose. According to him I displayed aggressive behavior but prior to our confrontation he kicked the door into the shack where I was sitting peacefully and batted a tire iron against his hand in a threatening manner while his coked up co-worker who shall remain nameless urinated in the toilet next to me. These men had it out for me from the beginning because Im on the spectrum and theyre a bunch of bigots. I was fired by the human resources manager Amanda Flores because of complaints from guys who couldnt compete with my work ethic. Jose used to linger by my car as if he was going to vandalize it and made my time there unpleasant to say the least. Im older and wiser now and if theyd take me back at a different location Id go back in a heartbeat. Ive applied for different positions there but to no avail. No love lost. Good riddance ACT.

Nice people. The lot attendant was extremely helpful and nice when we needed to recover a car full of items and even helped me pack on a golf cart and bring to my other car. Thank you for making a hard day after a wreck as easy as possible.

Company unlawfully refused to release the vehicle even with registration in the car. Had to call police on them and police ordered them to release car because registration was in vehicle, verified by police, and I had a drivers license.

Towed my truck from a parking lot mostly empty, with most other unpermitted vehicles in the middle of the night. open by appointment only so i cant even go get my truck back until they call me to set an appointment. this is straight up a racket and they should all be ashamed of themselves for earning money by stealing cars and charging to get them back.

They cant help you got pulled over and cant change a 30 day impound. I had to realize this is not ALL CITY at fault. So being a place most people do not ever choose to be....theyre ok people.Needs soda machine or water bottles. They have zero refreshment while 110 out waiting for car is only complaint

My vehicle was wrongfully told from my apartment. Idk why or how this happened. When I told the All City Towing call center they told me I have to pay $140 to get my car (that wasn’t supposed to be towed in the first place) I asked to speak to management and they refused to transfer me to higher authority because they claim management will tell me the same thing. This was a Saturday night, they told me to wait until Monday to speak to management myself. I said that was fine. Then she(her name was Nakeisha) told me I’d still be being charged $15 each day it sits there. So I asked what am I supposed to do about it if you won’t let me talk to management. Eventually the claims she going to transfer me and instead the phone hangs up.After my apartment’s management team speaks to All City Towing they agreed my car was wrongfully towed so I could pick it up “free of charge” no apology just. “Come pick it up” I go at the time I was told and still waiting two hours in the sun for someone to come because if I wasn’t there when someone got there I wouldn’t retrieve my vehicle. By this time the driver comes he refuses to give me my car unless I could prove it was my car. I showed him my Drivers License because he already knew my name. Yet that wasn’t enough. I told him my registration is in my vehicle and he said he needs proof before he gets it. I had my dealership send me a copy of my registration showed it to him then he take 30 minutes to bring my car out.WHEN I GET MY CAR THE FRONT BUMPER HAS SO MANY SCRATCHES ON IT AD IF IT WAS DRAGGED THE WHOLE WAY TO THE YARD! On top of that they wrote on my window with a permanent marker so I asked them to remove it since my car was never supposed to be towed. The driver said exactly “that’s not my job you can take it off yourself. I’m not the one who towed your car.” I asked how to take it off his response “Idk I’d never let my car get towed. I’m sure you can figure it out” I asked about what HE CAN DO since my car was scratched up and he said “That’s not my problem. I didn’t do it.” And leaves.All City Towing definitely will be getting sued. This was such an inconvenience for me and they were very inconsiderate of the situation. And refused to take car of the damage down to my brand new car!

One of the worst companies to ever attempt to deal with. Literally attempted to remove a vehicle that had been parked/abandoned and was given HUGE attitude and run around as to why they cannot tow the vehicle. Would never recommend dealing with. Call Onager towing instead!

Okay you got your car impounded. That sucks! - so did I. What the reality of the situation is one you probably didnt do things the way you should have. Two, well this place aint that bad. I mean seriously. They charge $38 to hook up to my car. And 15 bucks a day. Now in LA that would have been about $400 to get it to the tow yard and about 50 bucks a day. So even though it was 1100 bucks to get my car out well. Not really their fault. They are running a business and charging reasonable rates. Other tow companies are raping people. I mean seriously you really dont know... Unless you know!

Can’t speak for all staff but the ones I dealt with were extremely professional and we had a short and effective interaction.The only downside is that this location was easy to get to but hard to find the entrance for, and they operate in a trailer that blends in with everything that you can’t tell where the entrance is and the signage isn’t exactly helpful

Avoid this company like a virus. Towed my jeep to their storage lot, then when i came to pick it up, the yard attendant was dragging it with a forklift, while the transmission was in park. I took pics of the skid marks and the damage caused by the forklift colliding with the truck. The company owner refused to pay for the danage caused by the idiot on the forklift.

Unprofessional and only seeking to get a quick buck for cars that are actually living in the condo places. They shouldnt have any of those patrolling services just wanting to pick up cars to make money. If its Private property and not obstructing with anyone else in the community you shouldnt tow their car.

Honestly it’s cheap prices but their customer service is cheap quality. I stood in front of the lady working the front and she took over 15 minutes to attend me. There was no one else in the building and 2 employees. Not the best since they are extremely slow at what they do.

I with a room full of many others went to pay to get the car out. The computer was down so they could not take payment, not even cash (Tempe location) after several hours of waiting I called the main office and they called the Tempe location, apparently now they could take cash, of course me ride had left, because waiting 2 HOURS OF THE SYSTEM SHOULD BE UP ANY MINUTE, was too much and the person had to go to work. So now that they were accepting cash I had no ride to a bank in which there were none close by and it 4:30 Friday. Finally got a ride to bank that was open past 5 and got some cash. But they did me a favor and did not charge me for an extra day, because it was after 5 because their system was done. Given that it was Friday and THEIR SYSTEM WAS DOWN, there was another costumer that was informed he WOULD HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL STORAGE FEES FOR THE WEEKEND IF HE DID NOT PICK UP HIS CAR THAT DAY! Its how are system works the All City Towing man explained. After getting the car back there were SEVERAL MECHANICAL ISSUES with the vehicle THAT WERE NOT THERE BEFORE. In particular a small tube/hose that goes to the emission monitor had a break in it. Okay, it is an older vehicle and these things happen as that part of the rubber tube rested on/off a part the engine which could get hot. It would have made sense if the rubber tube melted, IT WAS A CLEAN CUT! There were also issues shortly after (2 days) with the fuel system that have never been an issues before. I could only suspect with car breaking down would me more business for All City Towing, NOT FROM ME! It is clear by the people picking up there vehicles and literature on the inside of the office, the only reason that place is in business is due to the fact they contracts with local police municipalities.

I know that a tow yard is not a happy destination for most people. However, I must agree with so many of the other comments. The office staff is appallingly unprofessional and rude. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the man who actually helped me in the yard was very kind and genuinely did the best he could given the circumstances. Waiting sucks and there is no shortage of waiting here but just the tiniest amount of compassion from the front desk would make a world of difference.

The worst service. Said they would be at the Tempe location in 1 hour to an hour and a half. But I waited for over 2 hours. Also talked to Victor, he was extremely unfriendly and put me on hold for over 20 minutes and was also the person to tell me the wrong time. Not to mention, he was not any help at all. Wish I could give them negative stars.

Quick, efficient, friendly. They discounted a storage fee by 60% which they didnt really have to do. Nobody likes towing companies. Nobody likes having to pay them. But all that asside this place is actually run pretty well with nice people.

They are quick to pick up a vehicle after an accident (Only if the Police call). Once your vehicle is there you better Pray you have your Title or Registration, otherwise good luck getting near your vehicle. If you have a choice Go With Someone Else.

With the proper paperwork, picking up your car is quite fast and easy. The employees arent anything special, but its a tow yard... The reason for the one star review is because of the state of my car when I picked it up. The car unfortunately had to be there for 30 days, and the interior now has major sun damage to it.

Personally I dont understand the low reviews. The counter girls were lackluster but they did their jobs and I only waited about 10 minutes for someone to take me to my car. He was very nice and informative on how their lot worked and that their rules were in place due to contracts with Tempe police. Very understandable. If you need any help getting your car fixed talk to Ron! He recommended the place, contacted them, gave me a contact with them, got it towed there, and was just an all around nice guy to deal with in this insurance craziness!

They will find a way to open your car and take whatever you have inside.They went through my things and stole a brand new sweatshirt and uniform shirt from work. THEY STOLE MY WORK CLOTHES .I called to complain and the operator sent me to a voicemail that couldnt take anymore messages. The incident occurred because the apartment complex im in decided to paint and physically move the cars in their way without notice.They hire these guys and they break into peoples cars.This place is a joke.

This towing company is unbelievable. I just moved into my apartment and got the entire move in folder except for the towing card. The night I was trying to move my large furniture into my new apt there was someone in my spot. So I called all city...They refused to tow because I didnt have the card, despite the fact that i have the actual lease I just signed and all the move in documents which prove I am renting the apt and that I have a specific parking spot. Thats like needing a form of ID and they wont accept a passport but will accept a frequent shopper card. How is the ACTUAL LEASE not sufficient but their stupid tow card is? Not to mention the lady on the phone just hung up on me when i questioned the logic of their practices. Utter garbage.

But I literally waited 45min for my car in the heat because the staff was towing two other cars. There’s nobody in the office for service while people are towing like there should be!!! Was hospitalized had 2 cars taken stolen by people that got into my house that week, all city didnt notify us the abandon title was filed having to go through mvd fraud department to get the cars back, even with medical records and all they took title to cars without informing me. Horrible, there are better companies around with more ethics. If you get sick hope to god your car isnt stolen and all city gets it, before you are released from hospital they will own it.

Arrived at 1:45, left at 5:00pm with my vehicle. Even missed work because of it! Anywho The second assistant that showed up was a lot nicer and apologetic his name was Mike. The representative that kept answering the phone said his name was Victor, but there’s no telling if he was being honest. He was not helpful at all. Kept putting us on hold, then hanging up and telling us there’s nothing he could do about it and everytime we called for an update he said we had to wait 45 more minutes. This was a very bad experience and the costumer service made it 20x worse. I really hope with all these negative reviews this company has, they work to better themselves. Seriously just seem money hungry.

I wish I could give no stars. Every phone call and both visits to each location was full of either snarky replies or just plain impolite replies. Rude, unkind, cold staff. The whole culture of the company is terrible. I was in a serious accident, and hurt, and they would not allow someone to assist me with gathering my belongings. My mother had to collect my belongings from the car and struggled with some items and the man driving the cart to place my items in just watched. When asked why we could not go together I was told because and then the CSR turned around and walked away ignoring me (Then I witnessed her speak the same way to the next two customers). They have ZERO consideration for customers and have low employee standards. Save yourselves the hassle and call a different towing company.

I came in here and was greeted by Shae and Alex and they really helped me. Alex was sooo knowledgeable and helpful. I thought were knew each other for years by the way we lived. Ernie was soo nice in letting me get my stuff out my car and helping me while I do it. Dave made sure my son was kool while I handled my business. I was totally satisfied with All City Tow. Not even worth one star. I agree with the overall inputs from most reviews that the office staff is unprofessional and rude. Ive called 3 times to get info on my towed vehicle and the same gal answers and she just cuts off in the middle of a sentence by transferring me. She never actually allows me to say why I am calling. Behavior like that comes from management down. So clearly this is a terrible place to work or do business with.

Terrible customer service. I called and was immediately put on hold. After five minutes the call ended. I called back and told Amanda that I was hung up on so as not to be put at the back of the line. She argued with me that they have phone issues and calls get dropped so it was not the same thing as being hung up on. I told her that when you are in need of an emergency service that it was the same thing and she continued to argue with me. Definitely not the kind of person or company you should call you when you need help.

Scammers. Told me to walk home. Both Police and Tow guy told me it was going to be $30 CASH for the tow (30 miles anywhere in Phoenix) and then after we got to the destination, Tow guy told me that the Police issued a ticket for obstructing traffic that I had to pay HIM otherwise he would have to pay the ticket. Gave me back my $30 cash and charged my credit card $133.50. Then told me to walk home because it would be good for me. He towed me 2 miles and couldnt be bothered to drive me another 2.3 miles home...I called the police the next day and there is no record of any charge for my incident. Currently processing this as a dispute with the credit card company. STAY AWAY!!

Very rude, and put me on hold without notice but continued to listen to me talk to my wife in the background, then commented about our conversation. Almost didnt get the address to were our car was. Get a backbone and realize people are upset when their car is legally stolen.

I got in a hit and run accident a block from where I work, the driver did not stop or come back I couldnt move, I told the police my job was around the corner,but instead of pushing a 20lb scooter in the parking lot, in walking distance they called all city towing which was not needed. I went the towing yard they would not let have my scooter back without seeing my registration, so I gave them my driver ID .police port insurance card tags on my scooter was up to date. I had to call the police, because they would not let see if my scooter was drivable.Lets call it what it is, they wanted my bike not my money

Very respectfull and professional place the yard guys were so helpful I think his name was Jose helped me carry my belongings two my veichle so it’s not as bad as people say they are

I called to inquire about my vehicle and was given a price but was not told they closes at noon so I then had to pay after hours gate fee. I was given a window of UP TO an hour to an hour and a half. Each time I called after that window I was given the run around. Waited over 3 hours and finally gave up and decided to pay the weekend storage fee (which was less then the after hours fee anyway)!! Talk about making a bad situation worse. First phone rep was at least friendly, the last one was a jerk on top of it like I was inconveniencing HIM!

Not a fan of the employees. Abrasive and rude. They could have given us a heads up that they didnt need us to drive an hour home and back to get paperwork they didnt need from us if they checked their own documents.

White lady at the window with the pepperoni face was very rude, not welcoming and just very unpleasant . She threw my license at me and left my change at the counter... waited about 20-30 minutes because they forgot where they placed my car... very unprofessional, train your people on some customer service skills

All tow companies will leave a bad taste in your mouth. But they people here do their job. I give a five star because my final price was less 2 daysvalueless then what it should have been

Worst customer service ever.... They said a 3rd party could come in to gather belongings from car... When I arrived the lady picked up the phone and told a person on the phone the same info. Then told me I couldnt get the belongings out of the car and that the car was picked up by a whole different insurance company. Then proceeded to tell me that I couldnt get in the car then said I would have to leave my toddler in the lobby to get the items like are you kidding me???

The service SUCKED and they were very disorganized! I called to ask if they had my car....they told me they did. I forgot to get there address so I called again. To reconfirm they had my car they told me they had no record of my vehicle....I was so CONFUSED. I wasnt sure if my car was stolen or in their lot.So I then called again, a man picked up and told me they had no record of my vehicle (each time I spoke to someone different) and I actually begin to argue with him. He got nasty with me and told me I dont have record of your car so how could I have something of yours? I told them I called eariler and stated that you had my car and this went on and on....The service is complete crap, I had to pay a gate service and i had to stand outside the gate for two hours and 44 minutes to get my car back!!!!IF YOU CAN AVOID THEM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL !!!!

My vehicle was illegally towed within the two hour parking limit at the royal regatta. Automobile owners be aware if all city signs are in front of the spot plan on getting towed

Hate getting towed but its always $118 for 1 day plus tow fee and they are pretty friendly

They didnt take down my plate number or my VIN. I couldnt get my car back and had to call the police department. 2 hours on the phone, 3 hours in the parking lot, and 150 bucks later, Im pissed. Screw this place

All this company cares about is money. Their main goal in business is to find ways to rip off and steal from hard working people like you and me. If you work for this company, I honestly dont know how you can live with yourself.
