Mel is great. Maybe not the other techs so much- if you can help it, just deal with Mel and she will take good care of you. First time I called I was on the waiting list, never got a call back. I called again the next day and Mel came to do the tow herself free of charge. Helped me inspect and push the car. Second time I called, my car wouldnt even try to start that morning but of course when she showed up it started fine... She was super cool about it and even followed me to my apartment to make sure I made it ok. Will always call back

Needed a tow truck fast as we were stuck in the AZ sun with kids… they arrived super-fast, got our car loaded up and made sure to be extra careful with it, and then got us on our way. Best towing company in Tempe, in my opinion. Thanks guys!

Wish I can give this company 0 stars. Called this morning at 9am needing a tow relocation. They said I was first in line for a tow, and that there is no wait but and a car will take 2-3 hours. It is now 3pm, tried contacting them 3 times and sent straight to voicemail all 3 times. They didn’t even try contacting me about what or where they were at. Wasted my time and patience. Don’t waste your time and don’t bother with this company.

Called them early in the morning and they said there was no list even though it will take 2-3 hours for a car. It is currently 3:30pm and there is no call no show no communication from the company. Been sent to voicemail 3 times. Don’t waste your time.

My car died on the freeway and I had no way of getting home and no one to call. I started calling a few places and no one was allowing people to ride with the driver and over a 2 hour wait. I called Tempe Towing and Mel got to me quick and allowed me to sit in the truck while she loaded my car and even took me home after dropping my car off at the mechanics. I am a single mom and for Mel to have done all this for me it was amazing she went above and beyond for me. Honestly BEST towing company in the valley! If I ever need a tow or anyone I know ever does I will always refer Tempe Towing and request Mel by far the best customer service hands down!

My employee flew out to Phoenix to purchase a vehicle. I called them to see what they could do. They gladly and quickly went to pick up my vehicle and checked it into the auction for me! They were quick and very fast! I would recommend them again! (I’m a dealer in Dallas Texas) and if I EVER have any issues in Phoenix again they are the go to!Picked the car up, delivered it for me. And even went the extra step to make sure it was taken care of upon delivery.Mel was awesome!

Had to get my Jeep from Maricopa to Dealer in Tempe due to safety issue preventing driving. Mel is awesome, she arrived when she said, took care loading my car, and delivered to my Dealer service contact in no time. Called to let me know it was there. Great job Mel! Called for a tow, said someone would be there in 20 mins. 10 mins. later a call from them delaying another 20 mins. 10 mins. later another call saying it would be an additional 40 mins. Then no one ever called back or showed up. Got another tow service to do it right away at 1/4 of the price these jokers wanted.

They got out to me within 40 minutes of the time I called so that was good. However it cost me $140 to get towed less than 2 miles.. I was just towed last week with Imperial towing and they were $50 cheaper and they actually towed me 15 miles.... it’s my fault because I should of asked but yea, definitely shop around before you give these folks a call.

It was Friday evening, I had just got out of work and my car wouldnt start. I called a few places in the area and no one answered or gave me a 2-3 hour wait time. She really turned my bad experience with another tow company to a better one. I highly recommend them.
