Dean was very professoonal and helpful. After dropping of my vehicle at my apartment he was able to pinpoint what was causing my car not to start. I hope if I ever need towing service needs that Dean is the guy.

I called and got a great quote in minutes. I was considering trying to move the car myself, but it would have ended up being about the same cost overall, and it was DEFINITELY worth it to have Save Money Towing handle moving my car. They made the process incredibly easy and were great and professional. Will definitely be using them again and highly recommend!

Fantastic! They were super quick and very helpful seeing as I know very little when it comes to cars. My jack broke and I just needed help with switching the tire and they went above and beyond. Even helped fill my donut with air when we found out it was empty. Will definitely call again if I have any other problems in the future!

He was a very kind individual and went the extra mile to test my battery and try to jump the car as well. I needed a 9am pick up and they didn’t arrive until after 11am and I didn’t get any updates and because I had to pay cash I couldn’t leave that in the car because of theft problems, though I decided to continue using them I won’t do it again, especially after they wanted a c/c to reserve my service which I am unhappy with!!! Not very professional or considerate!!

Save Money Towing was prompt professional and incredibly friendly. Dean was a great communicator and did not hesitate to do everything in his power to provide great service. My car broke down over the weekend and getting it towed to the shop was an ordeal until Dean showed up. He called to let me know when he would be coming, he arrived when he said he would, the tow was super quick and he even was a brief intermediary with the shop to let them know what was wrong with the vehicle. 10/10 would reccomend. Hands down best towing experience I have ever had.

As AAA Towings new policy has me discouraged, due to Covid19 (customers are not allowed to be taken home, when car is towed) I will be using Save Money Towing! I gave a review of 4 stars, because AAA Towing prices are unmatched.

Driver came 90 minutes late for scheduled pickup. Once the vehicle was dropped off, the driver started asking for more money than the agreed upon price. I would not recommend this business.

Locked keys in truck. Was prompt (same day, within 2 hours), prepared (had the right tools to get in w/o causing any damage), and a fair price for the service.

I was quoted $65 for the tow and they took my credit card information. After they towed the car they raised the price to $71 for the credit card fee. I asked why they raised the price we agreed on and they said they always charge that fee. But, I could save that money if I paid in cash. I tried to find that much in cash, but they said if I took too long they would raise the price either way. Why didnt they tell me beforehand? I would have either 1) got the cash ready, or 2) gone with someone else. But by waiting until they delivered the vehicle they put me under pressure to pay their fee. This is not the way to do business. The guy offered to lower the price to $69, but that was still more than we had agreed. What makes this worse is that I had shopped around to get the best deal and these guys had told me confidently (and more than once) that the price would be $65. Shameful.

Amazing response and service! My husband broke down on the freeway at the hottest time of the day. They came quickly and prepared with ice cold water for my husband since they knew he was out in the summer AZ heat. They were professional, speedy, and courteous. GREAT tow service. Trucks are actually licensed tow trucks and inspected throughly before licensure. On top of that, they are one of the more affordable towing companies Ive called. I would go elsewhere.. driver seemed annoywhen you call to get a tow. 2 hour wait is typical I feel like when getting a tow. Online claims open 24 hours but driver quickly corrected me once I brought That to his attention. After waiting a couple hours in the cold rain he called to say it was just going to be 20 more minutes because his buddy lived down the street and he was going to go stop and give him a tool I guess. Then he calls to say he’s just going to do it in the morning?? The price he originally quoted seemed to be on the cheaper side for a tow, however the next day he said oh yeah it was actually a little more than usual and was like $50 bucks higher than what he quoted. Guess he didn’t like the customer calling him out. Just stick to what you say man and stop changing what you say is going on

What a rip off. Was quoted $75 which includes the first 5 miles. And $25 to put on my spare tire. I told the tower to pull over to the closest place hed be able to change our tire, which was 2 miles (he said) away. He completes his job which took so long to even do and charges $125 Smfh. Am I adding wrong? Where the extra $25 came from idk. Never again. I had my newborn in the car so he knew we were pretty desperate. NEVER AGAIN.

Dont trust Richard at Save Money Transport. He quotes one price verbally and then before the tow is delivered he changes the price on you.Unprofessional and deceitful. Charges extra and then holds your car hostage until you pay.Not a good way to go, call anyone else other than Save Money Towing.
