Not a very good/efficient escrow company.. Our escrow officer Annemarie was very unresponsive to calls/emails. We had to remind her several times for certain documents and when we had to remove contingencies (she would just forget or simply was not on top of it) . If you are in a time crunch to close escrow, this is not the place for you.
