This review is to show our frustrations with Diamond Valley Escrow.Julie Richardson at Diamond Valley helped my parents with their payment for some property. Julie confirmed with us that the cost the wire transfer $120 total would be reimbursed because this is the only form of payment they accept (Rather than a cashiers check or money order). After the closing of the property an the acceptance of payment, we waited one week to receive our reimbursement, however it was never sent. After contacting Julie, she told us that all we had to do was fax over the receipts. One week later, we contacted Julie again, and were told they do not accept faxes, and we had to mail the receipts to Diamond Valley Escrow. Another week passed and after speaking with her, she then confirmed that she will not cover our reimbursement. We then spoke with the manager, who told us it is not their policy to reimburse for the cost of the wire transfers, however the manager said she would speak with Julie about it.We are not worried about $120. Its only some change. What we are upset about, is being mislead, and the fact our time has been wasted. There is poor communication within this business. Why is Julie promising things clearly against company policy, and then only receive a slap on the wrist for doing it, if even that.To anyone who plans on working with Diamond Valley Escrow: Please be careful with what they are promising, because clearly they will over promise and under deliver. They only care to seal a deal and do not follow through with you on their part. We will not be working with this company ever again.
