Ive used their Office Manager and Senior Escrow Officer Annie since 1996. Annie has always given me and my clients excellent service. As a real estate broker it is important to me that I can actually speak to my escrow officer and not just the assistant, and that happens with Annie.

Worst escrow business. My husband and i came here and The owner and new hired manager are so full of themselves and gave off weird vibes. never called back and were so rude. spoke to the businesses around and they said that they heard the don’t do anything about the covid 19 situation.

Terrible place the service is terrible And they don’t even take care of the COVID situation.

Bought a house in 2015, used this escrow chosen by sellers, messed up paperwork, sent wrong papers with wrong price to county for recording, took forever to respond, I ended up paying more property taxes every year without being able to fix it with the paperwork they provided. When I went there personally to sign papers, they said their printers were not working so couldn’t print out a copy for me, would mail a copy later, I never got the copy. When I asked about it, they said the paperwork was already submitted that they didn’t keep a copy. Soooo basically I signed escrow papers but had no copy of anything. I asked my real estate agent to step in to help after a year without any success getting things fixed with county, a few emails later, ball got dropped again. That’s just my personal experience and it was not a good one

If possible I will give this escrow negative star. This is Worst escrow ever. Worst service, missing clients closing deposit, because thier delay, the deal cant close. They send buyer an email to ask buyer to pay$2650 dallors without any explanations. That is ridiculous! Never use them!!

At first after reading a prior review from a former experience by another, I hesitated. But on referral from the buyer of my house, I went ahead and used the Casa Bella Escrow. I even got a price match for a discount. All went very well with the process. Shannon even helped explain something I had gotten uptight about until I understood my mistake, being patient and kind about it as well. It was a good experience overall.

I would give this company a negative if I could . Warning to all. DO NOT USE this escrow company. They are the worst and will mess up your process every step of the way. They do not follow up and are very unprofessional. I basically did all the work myself as every step they did had to be re done due to their incompetence. It is a year after our escrow closed and they could not even get our correct names on the title. Thank goodness I was paying attention and got on their case right away. Please save yourself the frustration and find a reliable escrow company. I dont want anyone to have to go thru what this TERRIBLE escrow company put us thru! Goodluck!
