My son sent me there after the owner helped him out with A/C problems on his wifes car. John E. (owner) honest and trustworthy. I use to be within 10 minutes driving, however, I live a good 30 minutes away now but will still go there to have my car serviced. His mechanics know me when I go in and do a super job.

Ive gotten my oil changed twice here so far. Very good and quick service. One of the employees also pointed out that I needed to replace the coolant reservoir cap on my car, which was very appreciated.

Have come here a couple times now and love how quick, competitive and efficient these guys are. No complaints whatsoever these guys are a no brainer for oil changes and they seem to be happy to show some DIY fixes or ways for people who don’t know much to keep an eye on things. I came to this location thinking I needed an oil change because my check engine light had come on, and I thought it was because I was due for an oil change. My fiancee had recommended this place because she had her oil changed here the week before and said it was wonderful, and she was in and out in 15 minutes.I waited in the waiting room for about 5 minutes as I thought they were changing my oil, when the technician came in, showing me that the dipstick in his hands showed I had relatively clean oil, and he asked me Are you sure you want your oil changed? It seems pretty clean.I was a bit confused, not knowing why, then, my check engine light was on, and they offered to diagnose it for free. He ran the code and then looked it up, all for free, and it turned out the engine light was due to a faulty gas cap that I simply needed to replace.I was perfectly willing to pay them for a new oil filter, new oil, and the labor involved, and I would have been none the wiser had that been what they did. Instead, they chose to take the HONEST APPROACH, and inform me I did not need any of that - instead, I just needed a new gas cap, which they do not sell. I went next door to the Advance Auto Parts, purchased a new gas cap, and then went back to Oil Frogs so they could deactivate the warning light. They also gave me a new sticker (the last one had faded) for my windshield to indicate when I would most likely need a real oil change, in about a thousand miles.They also topped off my other fluids, all for free, because my fiancee (who was with me) was a return customer. They also informed me its their standard policy to top off all fluids in a car for return customers, for free.They did not charge me a single red cent for any of this. So, instead, Im paying them back with this review. This business reminded me that honest businesses still exist, that seek to retain their customers the old fashion way - through honesty, integrity, and fairness. I will never go anywhere else for my oil changes as long as I live in Tampa, because of my experience today.

Paul was pleasant, & when i requested, was willing to use gloves, mask & sanitizer. I was the only one waiting and than 3 others, without face masks, came into the small waiting room leaving me feeling unsafe from Covid-19 to be there breathing the air eventhough I was using my mask. So I waited outside in the hot sun, while my oil change and tires rotations were being done.My suggestion would be the management consider setting better protection against Covid-19 for individuals who are at higher risk. I would have given 5 stars, but had to take 1 off because of stores non-Covid-19 precautions.

They have a keen focus on customer satisfaction to build return business and word of mouth advertising, and I think they do a great job at it. Ive been visiting them once ever three months for the past year and I have never seen them try to up sell or give me something I dont need. Its a great hidden gem.

Awesome service!!! Theyre tucked behind the Steak n Shake but please look for them! We took one car to Tires Plus, was told 30 minutes just to drain the oil, took our second car next door to Oil Frogs for the first time. We are forever sold on their wonderful service!

Billie was really friendly, and took me in for an oil change even though it was near closing. She listened to my concerns about my car and tested my battery, and let me know that it needs to be replaced. Instead of trying to pressure and sell me, she gave me time to contact my warranty company and make sure it was or wasn’t covered. The pricing seemed fair, and overall it was a pleasant experience!

These guys are cool. My wife came here and she wasnt pushed to buy any extra stuff like some other spots. Ive brought in 3 cars and have been treated well each time. They caught on to the battery going bad on 1 car. I was able to change it at advance Auto next door, where I bought it.
