It was a non-pressured experience. My family and I took our time looking around at the selections that they had and the sales rep was very patient letting us talk amongst ourselves and giving us our space which I truly appreciated, to not feel pressured in anyway. Looking forward to our new furniture to our home.
I have never been to a Badcock before today. We had a great expierence. This was my seventh furniture store I visited and it had the best section of all the other store I had visited. They had a great Memorial Day Sale happening and I was able to find just what I needed, and more for a great price. My sales person, Jennifer, was helpful and not at all pushy. Very good expierence. I will definitely return for my furniture needs in the future.
As always a great experience, no high pressure sales job, Paul has always been the best. I hadnt made a purchase in 10 years, walked in the door and he remembered me immediately. Thank you, Paul for making it easy. I miss the take away service with the old. Maybe if enough people let them no they will bring it back.
I have been going to Badcock for many years. I have purchased multiple items and have never been disappointed. This last visit as I walked around shopping for a new bedroom set for our guestroom I needed some assistance. I was greeted in timely fashion by a gentleman who showed me exactly what I was looking for!! I was in and out within an hour! Purchase complete and delivery scheduled! I love my Badcock!!!

Bought my furniture through one of the finance companies that work with them over a year ago. The process was very smooth. Bought a queen bedroom set with mattress set, coffee table, couch, dining room table and chairs. The furniture is cheap particle wood on most of it, and Ive since gotten rid of the bed frame as it didnt hold up but 18 months. That was heavily disappointing. Pretty much every thing else on the living room and dining, easily chips and peels at the veneer despite gentle use. Not super impressed with the furniture quality for over 3k in purchases. The customer service though and speedy delivery definitely make up for those short comings. Still have the mattress and box spring and thats as comfy as my day 1 purchase lol.
Good quality and cute furniture combined with Low monthly prices and easy qualifications. Just made our last payment ! We will def be repeat customers.The only thing that would make it easier on the customer is if auto draft could be set up monthly because sometimes you have to call a few times before someone picks up. If you forget to keep calling, You will get a late fee.
Never been in this store till today.. worse experience ever... the lady on floor had the worse attitude ever. Was going to buy leather couch but left just because of poor customer service skills. Not going back there again... terrible service

I basically knew what I wanted going in but had some questions. Colton help direct me to the available washers and shared ratings and reviews. He offered the extended warranty but didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. It was the easiest $1000+ purchase Ive made in a while. The entire transaction took less than 20 minutes. Ive shopped at Badcock for years and will continue to do so.
Paid for the couch IN FULL back in October. Delivery was “back ordered” at the time so delivery day wasn’t set until dec 16th. Dec 13th, I got rid of my old couch to make the delivery smooth. They called right before delivery - pieces were on back order and they had to reschedule until January 9th. No hosting any of the holidays because now I have no seating for anyone. Here it is on January 3rd and they call again and delay until February 13th?!!!!!!!!. I’m about to lose my mind. Thank god my husband answered. NEVER AGAIN. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
When I bought my furniture last oct this was the worst experience every My furniture had to be sent back three different times first of all the charge u for a damage fee or whatever they call it so as long as u have ur furniture u pay a fee every month whether u want it or not customer service was bad rude people have a lit more to say but I wont trust me there r so many other places to go to never again
When we entered the store, we noticed the signage on the front doors making face coverings mandatory. We put on our masks and entered. We were soon greeted by Colton... who did not have a face covering of any kind. We made a lap around the showroom (away from maskless Colton) and left after not seeing anything worthwhile.Our biggest issue with this visit was the fact that an employee thought that he was excused from a county ordinance requiring face coverings to be worn inside ALL businesses by EVERYONE!
Been looking for living room furniture for over two months, I came to this store for the first time, found what I was looking for, love my new sofa and loveseat, I get my furniture delivered tomorrow!! Awesome service!!

Ordered online and customer service was great. Called me back several times to ensure our order was indeed placed and processed correctly. Delivery was a breeze. The delivery guys were very professional and personable. The brought the chairs in, inspected for damage and were on their way. Great work.
We bought a bedroom set. The salesperson(Jennifer)was very helpful in helping us find, what we were looking for. She was very explanatory in her answers, to all of our questions. She was helpful, with our financing and made our first time Badcock experience a great one.
I took my sister to get a new bed and recliner. Found a great electric recliner for $298. She bought a queen size bed and the recliner. Just a word of caution though, check your receipt before you leave the store. She was charged for 2 recliners and 2 service agreements. When we went back to the store the manager was very nice, apologized and refunded the money to her card, no problem. It was a mistake and can happen anywhere, but you should check your receipt no matter what store you buy from, something I dont usually do until I get home. I hope I do better after this.
Excellent experience shopping for a recliner. I was looking for a special chair for myself to be used in our living room. The gentleman that help us was very patient and knowledgeable about the chair I was looking for. Most of the other furniture stores we went to just wanted to sell me a chair any chair but were not hearing me on what my needs were. I found the perfect chair with the help of our salesman and it was the exactly the chair I really wanted. All stores should strive to give their customer the excellent service that I was given today. My chair will be ready next friday and i cant wait to receive it.
Great furniture but honestly awful customer service in terms of delivery. I was lied to by sales rep in terms of when they would deliver. Then the delivery company they used didn’t deliver on the date agreed upon and instead of helping to find a solution was told sorry they won’t be working another week you’ll just have to wait. Normally I wouldn’t care about an extra week but I bought the frames a while in advance to avoid this as I was moving into a new home. When I asked for help the attitude was very much “Sorry but go away”.
I love to write good reviews- it is very beneficial for business! This place deserves 4* review but Ill make it 5 since I love their service. They just need to be more flexible with their delivery options.

At the recommendation of a friend we purchased $6000.00 worth of furniture from Badcock. While there were some issues around the delivery the crew that delivered the furniture was actually quite professional and did a great job. Our issues came started with some of the product and customer follow up. The nesting table we ordered were damaged and had to be returned. Our dining room table could not be assembled as some of the hardware was missing. We had to chase around our salesperson to resolve the problem and the hardware finally arrived a couple of days later. Three months after our sofa cushions began to fall apart. We went to the store with pictures of the cushion covers hoping to get replacements. This was during the 3rd week of January. Apparently we needed a technician to come over to see our cushions. By the beginning of February the technician showed up and told us we needed new cushion covers and that it could take 4-6 weeks for delivery. We were told that this was the latest dates and that often the product would arrive sooner. By mid-March we began calling for the cushion covers. Fast forward to mid May. The cushion cover had still not arrived and we had no phone calls from Badcock as part of some sort of follow up. We called several times and hopefully today these cushion covers are finally being delivered. Im afraid to actually find out if they have been delivered because I dont want the anxiety to continue as it has over the last two months. So to sum up. The cushion covers that were suppose to be delivered in 4-6 weeks actually took 16 weeks. We, as customers, had to chase the staff of Badcock to have calls returned and product delivered. Just an awful experience and I would warn everyone to stay away from these guys unless you love frustration and broken promises.

Very disappointed. We wanted to purchase a new recliner. Price after taxes and warranty at $1000. We needed it today and we’re going to deliver it ourselves. We couldn’t do it today? The earliest tomorrow? Why? Well they just lost $1000. Wow!
The delivery guys were nice. The store; not so much. I ordered a sectional, chaise, & ottoman but only the ottoman was delivered. I called the store & the sales rep nonchalantly says that the sectional is on backorder til 8/2. I took off work for this delivery. Poor communication and customer service. No manager around to resolve this issue. I’ll just cancel everything and go to Ashley.. where I should have gone in the first place.

When you hardly see any cars in this huge parking lot, that seemed to be a concern. We did not find any thing that suited our taste. We probably will not return. We will go a little more upscale in our next search.
I came in on Saturday the 5th and bought a 55” TV, couch and coffee table. After I picked my products out they asked if I wanted the insurance and I told the saleswoman no at least 3 times. I went back Sunday to pick up my TV and bought a bed while I was there. As I was going through my order I found they added the insurance to my order anyway. Over $500 in charges which they removed and never apologized for. When I got home I tried to set up my TV and the legs were missing. I went back Monday and they gave me the legs which turned out to be the wrong ones. I went back Tuesday and got the right legs but they gave me the wrong hardware. When I called and complained they said they didn’t have the right hardware and I should buy a different TV. Also the saleswoman was a complete moron and was completely clueless about the products I bought.
The store was clean and easy to navigate and the manager Paul came over and acknowledged me right away but did not hover. Paul answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable about the products and did not try to steer or oressure me to purchase mire than i could afford. The application process was easy and fast.
Jose was very good,however, the delivery customer service was not very helpful. Who in there right mind accepts a delivery late at night ? I was told they could not change the delivery time because the computer sets it up so I guess nobody could over ride the system. It will be a long while before I go back if I ever do.
Jennifer is rude, makes things up, is condescending, and dishonest. She always creates a poor experience. Ask for anyone other than her, if shopping at this location.
I opened an account at the 49th street store about 3 months ago. My goal was to rebuild my credit. My AC went out and I was low on money and my credit was ruined. Having two dogs I was worried. Badcock gave me a brand new window unit at a great price with a low down payment. Great service, caring people and a great way to build up my credit. I have a nice line of credit if i need it but will only buy things I need and make sure I can pay off. This company gave me a chance when no one else would. Nice inventory, great service. Do not buy things you do not need but if you are smart and keep within your budget this company will not only help you but will also help you rebuild your credit. Thank you Badcock.
Not bad. They give easy credit terms, but the salespeople arent very good. I have been in here several times and I did open an account, but the salespeople are not very helpful. They dont actually seem to want to do much and will only do the very least they can to help you. Almost seems like they get more pay for not selling furniture.
This is the 2nd time I get furniture with them and is Good qualiy I have sofas for 5 years still standing nothing broken delivery was a breaz and the sales associates have been amazing this time it qas bart he was great
They are always nice and courteous to me. It was easy to get credit for some new furniture we desperately needed. The payments are affordable and the furniture looks great!

In a word, horrible. I purchased furniture from Badcock furniture in May. I spent close to 2 grand, and received a bed in a bedroom set that was missing parts and poorly put together.I attempted to return the bed within the first 30 days of purchase, because of the missing parts and the poor structural integrity of the bed. I was given the run around, told a manager would call, etc. I have called repeatedly, and made the trip down to Largo from Holiday two separate times to speak to them in person. After two months of bothering the employees of Badcock on Missouri Ave, Badcock finally sent a repair-man to my home. The bed was missing an important part for the structure, and due to the lack of that, the slats in the center of the bed are sagging and the post that holds the slats up is broken. My SO and I are not heavy people, so theres no reason other than the missing parts and poor construction to have this many issues with the bed.Its now been four months and the bed still isnt fixed. I call, I go in, I argue, I get the run around. Ive spoken to Tim, a manager, who refuses to give his full name, and he just tells me theres nothing he can do.When I go in the store, they just sit there behind the counter and argue that there arent parts missing.Today was the final straw. I spoke with the repair man, who informed me he knew of no parts, and that hed be coming out to take a look at the bed...again. I called the store, and they claimed that the parts were in, and that theyd have him come back and get them. At this point, after call after call to customer service, corporate, and store managers, Im ready to stick the brand new broken bed in the dump and call it an $800 loss.I was told I couldnt return the bed because it was past 30 days...I tried. I have been put on hold and left hanging, hung up on, and told that theres generally nothing they can do, after four months. The manager literally told me theres nothing he can do, he doesnt make the furniture or stand behind it.The other furniture I bought is fine, but if you have a problem with your furniture and you purchase from Badcock, be prepared for a fight, because they do not stand behind their product.Theyve lost a customer that would have been a life long customer, and I will be sure to warn everyone of this experience Ive had, because there isnt any higher up to reach to keep these people honest. Its a shame you spend your hard earned money, and get garbage that doesnt work, so beware buying from Badcock, I know myself and my family and friends wont make that mistake again.

I would give a zero if I could! They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered!!!! They delivered a broken couch and half of my daughters bunk bed the first time. Then they brought a different couch which was fine. Still had to wait another week to get the other part of the bunk bed then they delivered it today without the storage trundle. So I called the store and they said that it was never on the order and that I never asked aboutit at all! Worst furniture store on the planet!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡

They messed up my order and did not deliver it on day promised, when I confronted them about the inconvenience they caused I was told I would have to wait another week by a very rude manager. After taking with Badcock customer service it became apparent that the who company doesnt care about the customer or keeping their word just that you paid them. Go somewhere where they treat you like a person.

60 inch tv blew. Told hubby come on time to go to Badcock Home furniture. He say we cant get a new tv but ok prove me wrong. In less then a hour we had a brand new Sony 60 inch in the car going home. When we told him what we wanted and our price range (verbatim to a T). We were in and out with our black leather sectional couch and ottoman purchased and ready for delivery in less than 15min (including checking other couches out in the store). Bought a sofa here, they wanted to charge a lot for delivering, I told them I lived in my park right in back of the store. At first they said no then changed their mind and took 1/2 off.

Great high quality furniture they gave me a line of credit when my credit wasnt all that great I got $1,500 in credit so I can get new bedroom furniture and after a year of making on-time payments they raise my credit line to 4,000 so now I have all new living room furniture as well! Basically just refurnished my entire condo for a hundred bucks a month!
