What can I say… Hunters Green blew me away! Party room was a great size to fit our family. Our food of choice was steak, salmon & chicken. The food was delectable! The Chef was so kind. Elijah the server was incredibly friendly. Bartender Jojo was the talk of the party the next day! & Kelsey hands down is the best host. I can’t say enough good things about the team at Hunters Green. Our party turned out fabulous. Definitely recommend.

We recently photographed a wedding at Hunters Green Country Club and we had an amazing experience! The staff was very professional and extremely helpful. The grounds of the golf club is perfect for some amazing wedding photos. The meal was delicious and everyone had a great time. I am a wedding planner and I work at a lot of wedding venues, but this venue was outstanding! The reception hall and ballroom were recently renovated so everything looks gorgeous! The ceremony space is just outside. The venue provides you with an arch and market lights for your ceremony. You have everything you could need at this venue. Kelsey, the Events Director was a pleasure to work with and very fast with her communication. And I must rave about Che, the banquets captain. He went above and beyond his role and made sure everything was perfect for my couple. I so appreciate his help, and I hope couples know that if they host their wedding at this venue, they will be completely taken care of. Dream wedding venue!

Very picturesque setting with floor to ceiling windows. Have been for a wedding and graduation party. The ballroom is well lit and a decent size, however, the dance floor is a bit small for large parties. The staff is very friendly and the food was much better than expected.

We had the Rough Rider Charity Gold event. Hunters Green did a fabulous job. The buffet at the end of the tournament was really good. The prime rib was fabulous as well as the chicken and all the sides that were served.

My husband and I have been members of Hunters Green for about 6 years now. We love the people and all of the activities offered! We have made so many amazing friends and are now avid tennis players! The food is great, the atmosphere is fun, and the people are great!

Hunters green was our wedding venue earlier this month. I am so pleased with the work they did for us, especially during this crazy time. Our wedding was originally scheduled for may, but due to COVID, we had to postpone to August. Working with Kelsey Jakubiak was such a pleasure. She made the whole entire process extremely easy. Rescheduling the entire wedding, down to the food, and even the tiniest details, she made the whole planning process completely stress free for me. So easy to work with, and really listened to what we wanted. She responded to every email and phone call promptly, answering each question. I cannot even explain how helpful she was to us, especially during this pandemic. The venue really made sure they kept up with the guidelines, and they provided plenty of hand sanitizer! I could go on and on about how great they are but words could not do them justice. Overall, I highly recommend this venue. The food was good, the space is lovely, the outdoor scenery was perfect for photos, the locker rooms were great to get ready in, the staff was friendly. Just perfect.

Played the course for the first time today (1/4/2019). Its a challenging but fair track which doesnt sentence you to death if youre a bit off line with your tee shots. The course is beautifully maintained, and the putting lines on the greens are pretty straightforward. Outstanding practice (putting green, driving range, pitching area) facilities.Courteous, professional staff. Fabulous mens locker room and clubhouse. Though Ive seen better. the pro shop is certainly adequate. Excellent food in the cafe/bar. I wouldnt hesitate to play the course again.

This is one of the four clubs that are available when you join the club Corp group of golf courses in the Tampa Bay area. I am happy to report that hunters Green is in great condition, having been through a series of renovations that have really improved the bunkers and the greens. Ive always liked this Tom Fazio design course, and I will be happy to play there at any time

As a member I enjoy the Club, food, wine tasting and singing on Karaoke Night. The people are wonderful... many new friends.Len and Nanci are the best!

This is a review of the facility itself as used in a wedding. The building is spacious with very luxe locker rooms. The back porch area features a scenic lake and fire pit area. There is a lobby and ante rooms for cocktails and a large fireplace. The dining area has floor to ceiling Windows. The total room is about one hundred feet by fifty and can be positioned into two rooms. The staff is experienced and friendly but arent intrusive. This is one of the more upscale places in New Tampa.

My husband and I could not have asked for a more beautiful venue! The entire staff fell nothing short of amazing, they were incredibly intentional from start to finish. Sarah McChesney, the private events coordinator, made sure that every last detail fell into place smoothly. She took my vision of the reception space and amplified it. We received endless compliments on how gorgeous the space was. The reception hall is designed like a sun room with gorgeous glass windows that allow your guests to look upon the golf course and lake. Sarah ordered beautiful tea lights that strung out from the pergola that looked so beautiful at night through the windows. It was so magical! You will not find a more sincere staff than that of Hunters Green. Thank you!!

I visited the location and met with Brittany Brown whom I thought was pleasant as she explained the different features of the property and when discussing my budget (for 40 guests $3400 for reception) she assured me she could prepare a proposal that would work for me. I left feeling giddy about this potentially being the place i will get married. I did find a few discrepancies in the pricing provided in person and the package list i received from her so when I got home i sent her the following email to which i received no reply:Hi Brittany!It was lovely meeting with you last Saturday, I love the space and would like the proposal we discussed sent to me at your earliest convenience. After reviewing the package I did find a few discrepancies. During our discussion I was under the impression we were told everything Id need for the ceremony in the bliss package would be included, however i find that chair covers and sashes are $3-$5 per chair? After running numbers based on the package provided and including the things I will need to add on the current total Im getting simply does not work. As I mentioned during the tour I need the total including gratuity and taxes at $3400. Things id like to have included in that pricing would be the ceremony(chair covers and sashes included), the reception rental space(including dance floor, choice of two entrees, a one hour open bar(house brands would be okay) then 3 hour soft bar(beer and wine) and a champagne toast at the end of the evening. I look forward to hearing from you.Thanks for your timeNow given the fact I can definitely be quite demanding I expected a response that maybe w/their venue my wishlist wasnt feasible( I found it was in a few other places) and give me an idea of what could be done within my budget. However I find it extremely unprofessional that I received no response at all. I called and left a voice mail to which i also received no response this was on 07/16 it has been over a month and i have chosen another location East Lake Woodlands where i have nothing but a pleasant experience.

A nice country club to have a party. There is plenty of parking. I was a guest of a recent party.

My sister had her wedding here. It was pretty, but everything else was a nightmare for my sister. The original wedding coordinator left and was replaced by Christine Webb a month before my sisters wedding. They promised her stuff in her contract that never happened. For example, they never got macaroni and cheese they had paid for and there was only one bar instead of two. Christine also misplaced things that my sister had brought to the venue like her thank you sign. I suggest you look elsewhere for a wedding venue unless they hire someone who know what they are doing.

Beautiful golf course with maybe the best kept greens and fairways in the area. A little scary having homes right next to the courses, but nothing wrong with a little incentive not to shank.

I use to work at the tennis courts, i guit because the director of the tennis courts is Prejudice towards minorities, Caucasian workers get treated like they gods or something, they do whatever they want no question ask,let a Hispanic worker make a mistake and the director of the tennis courts will be talking to them like a POS,every other Hispanic that worked there quit and they all said the samething,the golf courses are great but the tennis courts are in bad shape the director does not want to really fix anything cus she is to worry about her annual bonus,get rid of her and make that place great again.

Very nice course, but you need to hit the greens with a high drop. Otherwise youll most likely to roll over.

We are residents of the local community. After you move in, the country club is nice enough to give you 1 years free membership. Unfortunately, this free membership has been quite the negative experience.1. Over the holidays, they sent us a bill when we didnt owe anything. The bill was nearly double the club dues. Had to communicate with them that we were on a free membership since we moved here earlier this year. The invoice even showed the pending credit to apply for the month. They took care of the invoice.2 . Having a baby shower for our first child. We found out that we had a pretty large amount of people coming, and did not think we could do the party at out home. So we attempted to reach out to the events coordinator, Valerie Garcia. We called multiple times, left voicemails. We emailed her directly. We even filled out online forms about the event, which state that there would be communication back. We received 0 communications back from anyone. It came to be too late and we just ended up having the event at our home.3. Its been one year since we moved in for the first time. Our free membership is expiring. We get an invoice from the country club. Invoice states we owe $0.04 on our account for the final month. 4 cents. No one bothered to catch that and just credit it. So, I took 4 pennies, taped them to the invoice, and mailed right back to them.I also proceeded to write up a cancellation letter stating that we no longer wanted to be members of their country club. I made reference to the 3 issues stated above. I know Im being a bit salty, but getting the invoice for the 4 cents just reminded me of how the events coordinator, Valerie Garcia, never bothered to return our inquiries. That was a pretty big deal for me. They pretty much guaranteed that they will never see business from us ever again.UPDATE 4/14/2021So I was starting to look at some memberships again here. Seeing there was a simple one to use like the pool and water area for our son. But then, of course, this place manages to give me yet another reason to not join. My car broke down at CVS, so I left my keys with the guys at Tires Plus and walked home via Cross Creek. There is no side walk on the right side, so I stuck to the grass most of the time. Just after the fire station I see a side walk, so naturally I go to walk there, AWAY FROM THE ROAD, for my own safety. As I approach the end of the side walk, a guy from the country club drives up in a cart and starts yelling at me. What are you doing?!? You know this is Private property!?! You cant be walking on the golf course!! I explained I was just walking up the road and was not walking through the golf course. I had no idea this random portion of sidewalk, with no fence and no signs, exposed to Cross Creek was part of the HG community. Now I know. The guy kept yelling at me, very hostile in his attitude, not polite at all. I explained my situation and said I was a resident of Hunters Green, and I was just walking home. He again accused me of walking on the golf course. I told him that I was never on the golf course, just the side walk, and that I would proceed to continue walking in the grass. He still continued to give me attitude and was treating me with a lot of suspicion. I had to explain, AGAIN, that I will move off their UNMARKED AND UNBARRICADED sidewalk, and It was never my intention to walk on the golf course. Once I managed to convince this guy I was going back to walking dangerously close to the road, he finally decided to leave me alone. He offered that they could call me a ride, but if country club employees are anything like him, no thank you. As I proceeded to walk away, back onto the grass, I looked back and saw him glancing at me from his cart, like he didnt trust me. I turned around and proceeded on my way to the main entrance. How hard is it to politely tell someone that this path is for the golf course and pedestrians shouldnt be walking on it?I called the manager to explain what happened. He apologized and explained.

The website says it is open 7am-9pm everyday except Monday for golf. We arrived at 7:15 and waited until 7:35 for help. We received no help and no employees were seen.
