This is the best training facility!!! Nina is amazing! She is so knowledgeable, not only in fitness, but overall healthy lifestyle, food, how to deal with stress. I have been going to 4U Fitness for a month, and I already see and feel a change which makes me even more motivated! The EMS sessions are the best. After 30 minutes I feel like I ran 20 miles, or have been at the gym for 2 hours. I feel exhausted and energized at the same time. If you want faster results try EMS sessions! The machine stimulates muscles which makes them work harder = more effective results than regular exercise!!
I strongly recommend 4U Fitness to anyone ready to reach a fitness goal quickly. The workouts are super effective, time efficient, and easy on my joints and old injuries. Nina (my trainer) has been more than dedicated to helping me reach my goals through the training, nutrition guidance, and overall well being. She eagerly listens to me vent about my stress and offers ideas to combat it. She has given me food ideas I would never have tried on my own and helps me stay accountable to my goals. 4U-Fitness has changed my life COMPLETELY for the BETTER. If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would. First off I wanna start by saying the staff here is by far the most caring individuals ever. They want to see you happy and be confident in yourself, and they WANT to see you do good and won’t stop until you feel confident in yourself. They do two different types of training, traditional and EMS. EMS is the best thing I’ve ever came across. It is a 90 minute workout in just 20 minutes. I highly recommend EMS, and this is the only place that does it and it’s amazing. I came into this having no confidence. I was always really depressed about my weight and was always so tired from the way I was eating. Nina is the sweetest person in this entire world. That woman has changed my life for the absolute better. She has helped to push me to get to where I wanna be. She constantly helped me when I thought I couldn’t do it and was just going to give up. She has taught me so many amazing things and because of her I have changed the way I eat, and my lifestyle has changed so greatly and I am so happy at where I am in my life because of her. I started off weighing 131 and have lost 6 pounds in a matter of 8 sessions. With healthy eating habits, and working with nina day in and out, I now weigh 125 and couldn’t be happier. My body fat has gone down 3%, and I have gone 4 inches down. Nina and the 4U-Fitness team has changed my life for the better and I could never thank them enough. Nina is the best trainer out ... because of her I am finally so confident again and am proud of who I am. 150% recommend this place to everyone. I can’t say enough great things about 4U Fitness!! I was always hesitant at getting a trainer. Between thinking I knew what I needed to do at a gym, what I need to eat, and the money for a trainer; I just thought it wasn’t for me. Man was I WRONG!!! I decided to make an investment in myself, and it was the best decision I ever made!! I started with traditional training and am now doing e-fit. I have found both workouts to be challenging and love the fact that Nina pushes and motivates me through the whole workout. I have been working out with Nina now for about 3 months and have dropped in weight, inches, and body fat. Plus with the nutrition assistance, I now find myself eating more than before, but still losing weight and toning up!! The experience of working out at 4U Fitness has made me hold myself more accountable and motivated me to change a lot for the better. This has been such a great investment! In the 6 weeks Ive been working with Nina as my trainer Ive learned so much about proper nutrition, lifestyle changes, and weight training techniques. I have now been training with Richard at 4U for almost a year and I waited this long to write a review so I could write as an informed, results oriented client. Richard is the best trainer there is. He has consistently pushed me to go one step further than I thought I could, and in the process taught me the value of mind over matter. At 38 my body looks better than it ever did. I am toned and healthy, inside and out. Through this all, he has always customized workouts to suit my physiology and paid great attention to form and performing movements without hurting oneself. I trained 3 times a week - with 2 traditional sessions and 1 efit.The other trainers at the facility are very friendly and helpful. Nina has helped greatly with my nutrition and I just absolutely love the boutique feel of the space. I could keep going, but if you are on the fence, just go give it a try!!

E-fit training with 4U Fitness is my favorite workout regimen to date, and it is also incredibly addicting.The workouts are personally customized and incredibly effective for being only 20 minutes, which I took advantage-of by going during my lunch break. ☺Having gained 30 lbs in a short time span via a medication, I was initially intrigued by the “quick results” concept (for an upcoming wedding). I signed up for the free trial and then signed on for 2x/week EMS sessions. My body visibly began transforming after the first two weeks, and the weight and measurements soon followed. After 3 months, I had lost 23 lbs and 4 dress sizes!Every trainer that I have met has been very kind, humble, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Shout out to my coach, Nick Porch, so grateful for you! The nutrition plan is also the bomb! Nina’s recipes are not only healthy, but they are all SO yummy. We have several new household-meal-staples thanks to her/4U.If I could afford to continue E-Fit training at 4U for forever then I definitely would! I love this place. My personal trainer Nick was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable and also personable. The staff was professional. Everyone was always willing to help or give advice. They definitely wanted me to succeed and reach my fitness goals. Nina had great recipes and great nutritional advice. Nick was always there to challenge me and never let me give up. 4U Fitness is absolutely amazing!! The trainers are so knowledgeable and they really care about helping you get to your fitness goals. My initial consult was with Daniel, and he explained everything about the E-fit technology and what their program is about, which was everything I wanted, so it was perfect! Grant is my trainer, and he is literally the best trainer anyone could ask for. Every session he pushes me a little bit harder, but also encourages me at the same time which keeps me motivated. Following my customized meal plan and committing to every session, in the first month, Ive already lost 10 pounds and several inches all around!! By far the best gym in Tampa! I’ve tried conventional gyms with personal trainers, Pilates, and other workout routines throughout the years with no long term success. I’ve been working out at the South Tampa location for almost 2 years now and couldn’t be happier with my results. Most friendly trainers and comfortable environment a non-athletic person could ask for. I was previously working out with Richard who is now training at the new NYC location, but am training with Derek Simon now. Derek is just as amazing as Richard and all of the other trainers. Highly recommend!
I have a significant amount of weight to lose so I have always felt self-conscious going to a traditional gym. Being new to strength training, I was worried incorrect form could make my back and neck problems worse. I started my program at 4U-Fitness almost a year ago. Nina and Richard have exceeded my expectations from the beginning, and continue to do so every time I come in. The level of knowledge, sincerity, warmth and effectiveness combined with their phenomenal personalities have made this such a positive experience. I have made steady and consistent progress since I joined almost one year ago. I am so grateful that I read all their stellar reviews back then and decided to give this a try. By the time I’m finished, this will be one of the best decisions of my life. I can’t remember the last time I had back or neck pain. Ive been training with Jess for 2 days a week for the past 9 months and Im consistently seeing results. She is a great motivator and keeps in touch during the week to keep you on track. She helped set up a meal plan and coaches me on nutrition. My strength has improved and all of my measurements have reduced. I highly recommend 4 U Fitness for everyone. They can adjust the workout for all different levels of fitness.
I was extremely skeptical of getting into a suit for 20 min and it being even more effective than regular weight training, but wow what different way to workout! Lauren trained me and walked me through all the steps from suiting up and performing the correct movements during the speedy time saving workout she was motivating, upbeat, and educated in her field. I felt extremely comfortable working out with her. The location is also a plus for me since I travel from work everyday being right off of Kennedy blvd makes getting there on my way home so simple! I still workout on my own but go once a week to Lauren at the Tampa location and am seeing awesome results and muscle gain!! Theres nothing like this workout!
I have been working out at 4U-Fitness for a month now with Lauren, she is great. I’m stronger and have more energy. I have noticed a difference in the way my clothes fit. I enjoy the one on one training 4u fitness offers because if I’m doing an exercise wrong, I’m immediately corrected. Nina helped with my meals because I did not know what to eat and I was starving my body, she made my shopping experience so much easier. I would recommend this to anyone.

WOW! I have been going a month now and am so excited! I have lost inches in all the right places and feel so much better. The one on one training takes it to the next level. Im not a physically active person at all, but because of Jake (my trainer) I love working out. He asks about and understands my limits (2 C Sections back to back so no core/lower back pain). He has customized a plan I am able to do and I have been getting stronger with every workout. I can say I honestly thought I would never be able to plank, but because of Jake I can actually hold one now!!! Ninas recipes are amazing which is an added bonus! Everybody is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I dont do well in intimidating environments and this place is so far from that....I always feel comfortable. I am a person that likes things explained to me and Jake always tells me which muscles are being worked and what I should be feeling. I also love how they help you with your diet and offer suggestions to make changes to help lose the weight. I am really impressed its a one stop shop for getting the workout I need, motivation to keep at it and nutrition advice. Try it! You wont regret it!

I have had a great experience working out at 4U Fitness with my trainer Richard Storey. I worked out with Richard every week for six months training for a Rim-to-Rim hike in the Grand Canyon. He was an excellent motivator and had me completely prepared for the hike by the time it arrived! In the past, I never really stuck to a workout routine because I didn’t really enjoy working out. With Richard’s encouragement I’ve stuck with it, and more importantly, he taught me the techniques needed to continue working out in the future. I was skeptical that doing a workout in 20 minutes would be helpful, but boy was I wrong! Its amazing how sore you get and how much progress you can make over such a short amount of time. I feel stronger and while the weight isnt coming off as fast as I like, I know I am building muscle and will be successful in the long run. Nick is an amazing and encouraging trainer. Just when you think youve reached your max weight he pushes you to do more. When I come in and have had a rough day, he knows just how to make my day better with just the right workout! I started working out with Lauren in September. Shes nothing short of amazing. Shes kind and funny, but also pushes me. I love that she uses encouraging tactics to keep me motivated. Sometimes, shell even text me after a session to say shes proud of my progress. I can complain sometimes and get down on my progress, but Laurens support always helps me get through it. Thanks to her, Ive lost pounds and inches in the past few months and really learned to love seeing my progress.
I discovered 4U-Fitness through a google search and by reading the reviews about it on Yelp. Knowing I wouldnt do anything on my own and gyms arent really my thing, I started looking for a trainer. Someone who would literally kick my ass back into shape if necessary. I worked with Rich as my personal trainer doing traditional workouts and he really is awesome. I would sum up some of his best training attributes:- heard me out on my goals (strength building and body balance, not weight loss) and we did often focus on those- adjusts to your body and your needs.- never repeats a workout, which is great for someone like me who easily gets bored with workout routines- hes a strong nutritionist.- is always positive, affirming and gets genuinely excited when you are doing awesome at somethingHes great and exactly what I needed to kick my butt into gear. I have seen results much faster than I ever would have expected. It has had a huge positive impact on my eating habits. Im not on any crazy diet, just paying a bit more attention, which has led to a huge increase in energy.

Found this place on Facebook and was one of my best decision in my life. Excellent place, cozy nice environment . A real life change in just a few week. Even took a trip and party like a rock star and was able to maintain my measurements prior to vacation. Trainers are well oriented and well modified to clients need. My trainer Nina make exercise fun, new routines all the time, and keep full track of progress and need while adjust the prior in the meantime. Meal plan well design and easy to keep up, no crashing nor hunger pangs. Work outs are easy to do although sweating and the fat burning sensation is right away.

Growing up I never struggled with weight. I was always the “thin girl”. But once I reached my mid 30’s, that all changed. I tried “dieting” and that only worked momentarily because once I stopped “dieting” the weight would come back with a few extra pounds. I was so frustrated. Then one day my Business partner came across 4U Fitness online and recommended that we give it a try. After a year of doing E-fit, twice a week for only 20 minutes, I lost a total of 40 pounds!!! I went from squeezing into a size 12 to wearing a comfortable size 4! I felt great!!! No more medication for high blood pressure, and much needed energy to keep up with my energetic little boy. Today, I do a combination of traditional once a week and E-fit once a week. When I started this journey I didn’t want to “diet”. I wanted a life change. I needed to be educated in Nutrition and I received that at 4U Fitness! Nina, was/is extremely patient with me (I’m that person that it has to make sense, basically a numbers type of person) and she explained “macros” and the science behind food (multiple times, until I finally got it). She shares recipes and she gives recommendations if you are going out to dinner. She will hold you accountable, if you want her to. I need accountability, so that works great for me!

I first came to 4U Fitness Tampa on my way home from work just to join a gym but I realized later how much of a blessing it was that this was NOTHING like your average gym. From the second I came in I was greeted politely by all workers, and found out that I can accomplish a 3hour workout in 20 minutes!!! I started training with Lauren and highly recommend her to anyone wanting to make real life changes for your mental, physical, and emotional health. She will work with you at YOUR level and always challenges you so you never feel like youre slacking in the workouts! The EFIT machine is so cool and Lauren always knows when to increase the intensity on the machine to help me reach my full potential. Also the results Ive seen in 3 months are pretty astounding; down 5lbs, -2%body fat, and a few inches off of my waist only from working out 2x/ per week for 20 min TOTAL! But THE MOST IMPORTANT results Ive seen have been in my attitude, I am much less stressed, have ALOT more energy, I feel like super woman, Ive lowered my blood pressure, and feel so much better in my own skin! Lauren made lifting weights and working out fun for me even though I did this more for a necessary health requirement! Now I just continue to keep at and am still seeing the benefits! After recommendations from many others in the Tampa area, I chose to try a workout at 4U Fitness about 5 months ago and have been returning for 2-3 workouts a week ever since! :) Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and caring staff. After having much experience with other trainers in the Tampa area, I find not only the cutting edge technology of E-fit but more importantly the tailored training and meal plans the staff provide to be what really sets the above the rest. I have lower back problems, and it seemed like the E-Fit technology would be easier on my back than other types of training. I joined 4U-Fitness in 2016, and have been training with Richard Storey. Richard’s upbeat attitude and knowledge makes him an outstanding trainer. The E-Fit system not only puts significantly less strain on my back than other types of training, it also eliminates my back pain. Richard’s personality routinely gets me in the door despite any pain, and within 5-10 minutes of the 20 minute E-Fit workout, I’m typically pain free. The training is efficient and very effective, and I always feel significantly better when I leave than when I arrive.
I have been training with Nina at 4U Fitness for years now, and she is one of the most experienced and motivating trainers around. I started training twice a week, as part of a group session with friends, and really enjoyed the variety and challenge she put into the sessions. I have been working out at 4U-Fitness since September 2017. I have had the pleasure of training with Nick. Since I started, I have increased more than 40 lbs in my bench, have decreased my body fat by more than 3%, have reduced the size of my waist by 3 inches, and have added size to my chest. It had been several years since I worked out with a personal trainer, and I am still in the process of working to achieve the strength and and flexibility I once possessed prior to years of inactivity. Simply put, if you are looking for incredible results but lack the hours and hours to spend in a normal gym, 4U Fitness is the place for you! I love the fact that E-Fit training takes less than 30 minutes, gives me a FULL body work out and I only go twice a week! Nina by far is the best trainer (and I have had many) that Ive ever come across. Not only does she care about your body, she cares about your mental state as well.....she always pushes me to give it my best and can see when she needs to push me more or when I just need that little extra encouragement! She does not have a one size fits all approach as most trainers do - she listens to everything and then tailors plans to fit your specific needs. She doesnt scold you when you get off track, but guides you back giving you the confidence you need to succeed. Hands down the only personal training experience I would recommend in this area. The technology with EFIT is simply the best around. I get awesome results in a 20 minute workout which works great with my hectic work schedule.The intermittent fasting diet is the only program that has worked for me.At the end of the day, these guys have he best technology, the best training, the best nutrition program,s and our sincerely interested and concerned about their clients.I rarely provide recommendations; but this place is the real deal.

I have tried multiple different types of work-outs, anything from home workouts through Beach Body website to working out with a trainer and havent quite ever figured out the best approach to becoming healthier. I heard about 4U Fitness and was intrigued by their E-fist and their idea/methods to working out. I never had tried anything like it before and now I know why everyone is raving about them now. I work with Richard who available 24/7, is constantly pushing me and switching up sessions from regular/classic work-outs to the E-fit and getting my muscles confused which Im loving and final seeing results. So terrified of this experience. Afraid I would have some type of pain. After experiencing a set back for the first time ever, knee injury that never fully brought me back to the activities I enjoyed before I wanted to get back to something that would help me strength train without intensity to my joints. I had my trial today....my honest evaluation, muscles felt exhausted in a good way, I felt like I just had an exhausting workout yet some areas like my upper back and shoulders actually felt better than when I walked in. I drove four hours after and I amActually feeling ok, like no upper neck and back pain. But fatigue in arms and hamstrings. I am excited and looking forward to my next session. It feelsLike a workout and physical therapy session.
I found 4U Fitness about 3 months while scrolling through Facebook. I decided that I wanted to see what it was all about and give it a shot! I can tell you this was the BEST decision I ever made. I have been apart of many gyms and have dealt with many one on one trainers, and nothing cant compare. 4U Fitness has an awesome environment setting and everyone makes you feel welcome. this company is hands down awesome! My trainer Richard Storey is by far the BEST to work with. I have been training with him for about 3 months now. He has challenged me in ways that I didnt think I could even handle. I never liked to go to the gym, lift weights, etc and to make things worse, I have a back problem that restricts me even more. It is not all kind of exercises or activities that I can do without feeling pain or discomfort and I saw 4-U Fitness on facebook it was like one of my dreams coming true with a 20 min workout sections.Ive been training with Richard for about 6 months and since then, I can say that my life has changed forever. Richard is very professional and you can truly feel how he loves what he does. Cant say enough awesome things about Lauren! I am very cheap and definitely hate exercising but Lauren is so awesome. I actually look forward to coming here and working out. Its like a great therapy session and a great workout in one. Plus my body looks better than it has in years and its only been 2 months. She definitely motivates me to keep going. I had patellofemoral syndrome, a day after my workouts I used to have intense pain making it hard to walk without a knee brace. Ever since I started my training sessions with nick, my knee pain was gradually getting better, I no longer have to wear a knee brace a day after leg day!!!!!Thank you

Ive hired lots of personal trainers in my lifetime, but Ive never seen the kind of rapid results like Im getting from 4U-Fitness. Ive gained 1 inch on my arms, thighs, and chest in just 11 sessions. 4U fitness doesnt compare to any other gym/personal trainer Ive ever been to. They have changed my life just by educating me on what to eat and when to eat it. I never understood why I was gaining weight with my other trainers, until I quickly found out the healthy eating I was doing was not so healthy. I first heard about 4U when a close friend of mine disclosed over lunch he just completed a crazy cool fitness session that jams 3 hours of workout into only 20 minutes. Do what?! Does it work? I immediately signed up for the risk free trial. After a little over one month I am down 5 pounds and one inch in all the right places. While my normal fitness program involves HIIT 2x per week, I found I had plateaued and decided to take the month of December off (Yes - during the holidays, crazy right? I currently participate in the one -on -one personalized training with Parita at the Tampa location and couldnt be more thrilled with my results . In one month Ive lost 6 inches all around, 1.1 % body fat, and have gained muscle mass all around . Upon beginning my fitness journey they created a meal prep plan catering to my individual needs / goals which has definitely played a role in my progress . Im borderline OCD and can attest that the facility is always clean and has all of the amenities needed to train, get ready for work / event after, and head out . The equipment is always up to date and it seems like the trainers have something for every individual need . As far as attitude and professionalism goes, its top notch ! From my observation EVERYONE is professional, courteous, and upbeat. When you walk in you know they want to be there . They make you feel as if you didnt just join another gym . In 2014 I came to Nina completely out of shape, hope, confidence, you name it! She approached our consultation with a positive attitude and assured me I could reach my goals without giving up my social life. We did a mix of traditional training with weights and compound movements and I did not get bulky. She changes the workout up each time so I dont get bored and also provides modifications for injuries. You can lift weights with anyone, but she really helped with nutrition. Nina checked in on me throughout the week to check on progress with food choices. I was traveling about 3 weeks out of the month for work and she made sure to give me traveling tips with protein shakes and snacks. She also gave me at-home or hotel gym workouts to keep on track. Another great thing she did and still does is when I know Im eating at a restaurant, she will give me recommendations from the menu so I dont derail my progress. This personalization was the key to my success. I had hiccups along the way and fell off the wagon, but she always kept kept my eyes on the prize. It wasnt overnight but over a year and a half my body changed dramatically. I didnt drop a ton of weight but I was down almost 3 pants sizes and my shape changed so much! Worth every penny!!!!
Awesome workout at 4U Fitness ! I have tried both locations in Tampa and St. Pete and had a great experience. I love that the workout is only 20 min. Although it is 20 min of seriously HARDWORK! I was sooo sore and I workout consistently with weights and cardio., If you are looking for something new and effective, this is a must try! Trainers were very knowledgeable and friendly. I have now trained with all four trainers and they are all awesome! I am definitely a lifer!
Ive been training with Jake at 4U since June 7, 2017, and I love it! I have the full package subscription that includes the meal guidance and 3 sessions per week (2 e-fit and 1 conventional training). After only one month of carb cycling, 3 4U sessions a week, and a couple days of HIIT cardio per week, I lost 2 inches off my waist and 3% body fat. Im 26 years old, 53 and was 141 lbs (approx 26% body fat) when I started, so 2 inches is noticeable in the mirror for me. I notice less fat all around! My most recent measurements (using the Omron fat loss monitor) are 135 pounds and 23% body fat. The pounds of fat are coming off, and Im loving it.Nina and Daniel are great too, and Nina has been extremely helpful with every diet and fitness question Ive had so far. I really look forward to my 7am sessions (I wish I could do more haha), and havent missed one yet.TLDR:When it comes to food, I feel great now that Im eating properly, I have more energy throughout the day on zero caffeine, and Im more relaxed (I also stretch often and do yoga). I love that Im not on a diet, and I can eat all the good fat, carbs, and protein that my body needs while still cutting fat. Junk food cravings still come, but we figure out which macros (or micros) Im not getting enough of, work on the self control, and the cravings disappear more and more each week. I never dieted or cut calories to excess in the past, I enjoy eating healthy all the time so this carb cycling works well for me.Also Ive always played sports growing up and have lifted (not super heavy) for the past 10 years, but I only had basic lifting and meal planning knowledge, so I maintained a higher fat percentage than I would have liked. Ive been trying to achieve my dreambody for the last 10 years and have been failing miserably in my opinion. I FINALLY feel like Im reaching that goal thanks to everyone at 4U.
