I was having issues processing the payment on my card due to an unmatched address and received a pending charge on my card, so just to make sure I did not set up an appointment and get charged I called the number and after waiting for quite some time to speak with someone was put on the phone with a woman who was very rude and condescending to me. I just wanted to verify that they did not take any money out of my account and that no appointment was set up and she was extremely rude and short with me, and then hung up on me instead of saying is there anything else I could do to assist you or have a good day or even goodbye like a normal, decent human. I have to get fingerprinted to change a license to the state of FL and am extremely disappointed with the customer service of this company, all I can say is that they are lucky people have to get this done for work or they would be out of business because I dont know anyone that enjoys paying good money and then getting treated badly the way I was treated.

They were very slow to answer the phone but I eventually got what I needed from them.

Got what I needed done but the older lady’s(I’m assuming manager) customer service skills could be better.

I went with someone to have this done today in Winter Haven, FL. The online directions were not clear, she had tried to get assistance prior to scheduling her appt by calling them regarding where this information would be sent.The agent on site was helpful but was unable to really explain, she said a number she had on her form the ORI # was not necessary, that it would be sent to her employer. The scan was a requirement for a medical certification, not her employer. She immediately contacted Field Print and was told she would have to pay another $80. Very much seems like a scam, she could not speak to anyone with any authority. Disappointing and very upsetting. Called their 800 # 3 times to try to rectify this, totally unprofessional customer service. Ripoff, Go somewhere else!
