I just walked in to the station with no appointment. Ralph was very welcoming, nice and patient. He explained all the details as we going through patiently and slowly. He made all the process so simple and fast.

Customer service was superb! I needed last minute fingerprints to start a job on Monday and thankfully I was able to make an appointment on Friday evening for Saturday morning. This company saved my life and I am forever grateful!

5 star service! The process was very easy to follow when I arrived, even easier than the last time many moons ago when I had to procure a report through a different business. What a great place! I hd to call in twice to push my appointment back some dude to work and then an accident from the rain and they were so understand and made it work for me. I almost missed it cause its a little trailer stand next to this building but great service, great people, and great conversation while going though what I thought would be an extensive annoying government process. I am going to be a camp counseling at Word Of Life (The Coast) and I am so excited to share Gods great news.

I live in a state that is not a compact state, therefore I have to apply for a RN license in the state of Florida. Doing so is a very confusing process where most websites are all leading you in different directions. After making over 25 calls, being fingerprinted electronically and completing hard copy fingerprints, AND spending over $200 to do so- I stumbled upon this website and was sent a link to make a call to find out that my fingerprints are processed and I am heading in the right direction. The woman I spoke to took the time to hear me out and also guide me in the right direction, making sure I was taken care of. I wish I would’ve called here first, it would’ve saved me money, over a week of calls, and a lot of running around!

They have a nice large sign on the window, but it is a multi-tenant office building that they are located in and they need a large sign viewable from both traveling directions on the road. See the pic attached. However, the google address listed is correct. Don’t let this oversight deter you. I came to get my background check and fingerprints done today, and the process was super smooth. I really felt welcomed when I first stepped in the office. I recommend coming here to get their fingerprints and background redone. They offer snacks and water while you are doing your check. I really enjoy chatting with the staff. Very welcoming environment.

I was sent here to complete fingerprint scanning for my employer. Apparently she uses this company for all new hires and for good reason. Brenda is a really nice and knowledgeable woman. She completed the scanning in less than 10 minutes. She also educated me on programs that helps veterans upgrade their homes into more energy efficient units.  My grandfather will appreciate the information. Thank you for you help Brenda.

This place is amazing! I came in to have my Background check done and didnt have all my information at hand - Brenda was great! She was able to find the coding I needed, complete my Background then show me how to retrieve it when complete.Then I discovered my husband also needed a screening, she got him in right away. This place offer the best service hands down. If I could I wouldve left a tip, I came in to get my real estate license and left with the correct information to help my grandparent’s. The staff was so personable and informative. My grandfather is a Veteran who qualified for an additional pension from the VA which helped my grandmother with a home helper. Even with all the craziness surrounding COVID-19, idu managed to find the most effective and safe way of completing fingerprint scans. The process was extremely quick and easy, and the customer service was top notch. Thank you for making this experience so easy and safe!

I was trying to find a place e that would do my fingerprints, photo, application renewal electronically for my Security D License, since the physical locations had closed down due to covid. I found this place, and made an appointment.When I arrived there was no one there, so I had to call. It turns out they had forgotten that I had made an appointment. The lady told me that she wasnt going to charge me, so I expected a discount at the very least, but I never recieved it. This would have been fine, but I never recieved my license, nor did the division of licensing have any record of anything being sent.Its possible that maybe there was some confusion on my part of what I was ordering, so I called, but it just directed me to the website, so I sent an email through where we had communicated before hand. Its been weeks since I sent that email, and no answer, so now Ive decided to just give up, and write a final review.I spent 92 dollars for a service that they forgot about, and that as far as I can tell, never recieved, so I cant honestly recommend this. I would take this all back if the communicated with me, but theyve chosen to ignore me.

1idu was so helpful when I needed my fingerprints sent to FLDOE. The staff was knowledgeable about the process of submitting fingerprints and answered all my questions, and patiently took my prints. During COVID-19, they were VERY safe and took all necessary precautions to ensure we were all protected. I had a wonderful experience and would use this service again!

Usually processes like these can be cold and clinical but the staff at here at this facility were personable, approachable, knowledgeable, and friendly. I felt at ease and comfortable. Normally I never leave reviews, but I must admit I enjoyed the level of customer service and professionalism the staff at idu has. During the fingerprint process I was walked through every step and made aware of everything that was going on. I work with my hands which caused my fingerprints to fade but the staff was very patient and was able to submit my fingerprints. I will definitely return.

Real Estate school, license, fees and certifications are expensive. My fingerprinting cost $66.72. I think thats a great price. These Veterans are wonderful caring professional people. Attention to service is important to them, period.

I was told that I need an ORI number to process my Level 2 documents done to work with child services through the city. I called and spoke with Ralph and he was very helpful and informative. I met Ralph and Brenda the next day. And Brenda processed my paperwork and fingerprints seamlessly. Thank you for your help.

I am currently enrolled in Real Estate school and was informed by our teacher that a fingerprint company would complete the fingerprint scanning process in class for $78. I felt that price point was a little expensive so I priced other local companies. Well I stumbled upon this business and they offered me a price I couldn’t ignore. I ended up paying $67 instead of the $78. In addition to the lower price the customer service I experienced was grade A. Keep up the good work IDU.
