Excellent, efficient client service.

Very courteous and friendly. Process was a breeze. The office is located inside the building that appears to be a gym. Enter through the covered entrance that has the street address on it, 2nd floor.

Great people and amazing service. Im not sure what these other reviews are talking about. Biowhorl offers superior quality service and its operated by local residents who are very personable. The office is very nice and clean. I had a very minimal wait - and there was three people in front of me. Lets put it this way, I was able to get my fingerprints done on my lunch break and make it back to work before my lunch hour was over. If thats not good service I dont know what is. Thanks Biowhorl! You guys are awesome.

Person who answered the phone was very nice. When we arrived we were not acknowledged and sat for 20 minutes while they took pictures and scans of another person. It is not a problem with having to wait, but the lack of customer service and no acknowledgement made me choose to spend my dollars somewhere else.

It was a bit hard to find, but they do have a wonderful staff.

Went on a Saturday during the open hour and it was very quick and easy.

Absolutely terrible experience. They changed their open hours just a few hours before, then arrived late to the new open hours, and they did not even apologize to the numerous people who had been waiting in line for almost an hour.

Staff was friendly & professional with no wait at all.
