After an initial issue, I received great customer service and follow up to ensure the issue was remedied. The actual fingerprint process was fast, in and out in less than 10 minutes.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT COME HERE! Waited more than an hour and I was not helped. The employee was on the phone playing and not one time THEY OFFERED TO HELPED ME! PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!

I was running late and they waited for me. Very courteous, professional and knowledgable. They reviewed info with me several times for accuracy. I appreciated that part also. I am retired HCSO and they did an impressive job. It was fast and efficiently done

They made it easy. I had a scan at one of their other offices and had to come back because my prints were not good. Apparently years of nursing can affect the quality of your fingerprints! They re-printed me quickly and got me on my way.
