Quick to answer the phone or retuen a call. Called while in their parking lot and goft sidetracked so I disconnected the call. He promptly called back. In the midst of a pandemic he took proper precautions ensuring the safety of those present while concerned with our comfort levels. Efficient yet  informative and resourceful. I went to him last year but had 3 deaths occur in 45 days ultimately devastating my family and I. Back on my feet I called over a dozen places usting the list provided by DPBR, then remembered I had my scan done a year prior.  Found the receipt in my email and called, you can have a paper receipt or electronic; choice is yours.  His pricing structure didnt change, truth be told hes the most reasonably priced for his services. Once I was scanned he sanitized anything toched. Other places were charging from $165 to $100. Does waste your time elsewhere, reasonable rates, efficient,  friendly and clean. Hours online are posted as 9:30-5:00. Went at 11:30 & theres a sign on the door saying closed & back at 1. Went back at 2:30 & the sign says closed until 3. Noone answers the phone, either. Terrible & frustrating when you have tp take time out to go to the 1 livescan office in the area & they are always closed.
