Kim is wonderful and sweet! She is meticulous and a creative genius when it comes to altering clothes! Im so happy I found her! I found her prices to be reasonable for the work I asked her to do. I had two jumpsuits that needed the pants hemmed and a sweater that was too long at the waist, and it had a crocheted detail at the bottom. She shortened the length of the sweater and still kept the crocheted detail intact. The jumpsuits are hemmed perfectly as well.She has two fitting rooms in the back of her store so you can try on your clothes when you drop them off. She helps you decide exactly what you want her to do. Then, when you come back to pick up the clothes, you try them on again to make sure youre happy with her work.

Kim-my alterations took in a hand beaded gown 3 sizes for me only two weeks before I stood in a wedding. Her work was impeccable and the gown fit me like a glove. Her seam work was flawless. Very pleased with how well my suits came out. I had gotten these done previously at another place but was never fully happy with the results. Kim-My was able to finally get everything exactly how I originally wanted. You can tell she really takes pride in her work. They are a lifesaver! I had a client dinner to attend, and while going through my outfit for the night, I realized there was a split at the side of the leg on my jumpsuit. I was ready just to cancel because, at this point, I had no idea what to wear. I found this fantastic business online and decided to stop by as the last hail Mary and the lady in the shop was able to help with my VERY last minute alteration on top of her existing appointments. Loved the service I received here - came in with an idea of how I thought my dress should be altered which easily would have been a $75+ alteration and Kim suggested a much easier, much cheaper fix that turned out beautifully. She also replaced a hook and eye that I didnt know was missing. Beyond being exceptionally talented and professional - she is also just a very sweet person who I very much enjoyed meeting. Would not hesitate to recommend.

This place was great, they finished my dress in less than a week. I tried it on in the shop upon pick up and noticed a couple alterations that I would have liked, but did not notice before.I was on my lunch break and had only about 10 more minutes to wait and she hurried along and made the extra changes for me without any additional cost!The dress fit perfectly and the price was very reasonable and fair, Ill continue coming to this shop for further alterations.

One VERY happy customer! Bought three beautiful dresses at Macy’s, one fit perfectly, the other two needed darts. I’ve learned over the years, quality darts are a skill of an experienced tailor. If a dart is done incorrectly; it pulls on the fabric and looks horrible.I could not be happier with the final product. Went back after a week to pick them up … PERFECT!I’ll be back when I need more alterations. Big thank you!

This woman is an angel! I discovered a huge hole in my dress on my way to a meeting and stopped to try to grab a safety pin. She insisted that she sew the hole. It took her 2 minutes and looks amazing. She absolutely saved me.

Kim My alterations is just an absolutely wonderful clothing repair shop. I have a really nice, made in the USA lined hoodie. The zipper broke, and I didnt want to throw away the hoodie. Kim My had me squared away. She also went out of her way to make sure I had a nice, heavy duty zipper. I work in construction, so heavy duty is a must. And, the cost of getting my jacket repaired was less than a new one from Wally World. Highly, highly recommend.

I love these people!! It is a father and daughter and they always fix my clothes perfectly and with a very quick turn around time. I recently went in to have my picc line covers made a little smaller, and they did them both for no charge. He had a picc line a few years ago and wouldnt accept payment for it. They are so sweet and do a wonderful job :)Okay I’m updating this review two years later because they are still the absolute best! V is in charge now and she is a doll.
