Great staff! great prices & quality for the services.

Ruined my brand new silk dress with a blue stain and are now ignoring my phone calls. I keep getting lies after lies from the staff but no call from the owner or manager. Do not take your delicate dry clean only items to this place if you don’t want it ruined. I wish I read the reviews before I trusted them with my clothes.

Lately the staff has been unfriendly even asking me to count the clothes instead of her doing it. Staff seems to always be eating behind the wall when I enter. Very grusome smells lately and they could use a little refurbishment in the entrance area. It looks seedy. Very slow, loud credit card machine and sometimes they even seem hesitant to print the customers receipt...most likely to cut costs. Need some retraining at this location.

I rarely use dry cleaning. Ive used this place three times and every time something isnt right. The last time, I had 6 shirts, 2 light starch and 4 heavy starch. The light starch shirts had more starch than the heavy starch, some of the heavy starch shirts barely had any starch. Ill have to re-wash and iron the 2 shirts. The other two times, I had to re-iron the shirts because they were not done correct. Save yourself some aggrevation and go somewhere else.

Ive been going to this dry cleaners for the past 3 years. Recently my shirts come back more wrinkled than when I left them. This last time I discovered a hole in one my shirts. When I talked to the manager Vinny he refused to accept any wrong doing on his part. I wasnt expecting him to pay for anything I just expected an apology. Terrible customer service.
