I got my dress from Isabel O’ Neil’s almost 2 years ago but of course because of covid didn’t have my wedding until this past May. My experience picking out the dress was absolutely fantastic and I truly felt like a princess. Their selection is unique and they helped me figure out customizations to my dress that made it absolutely perfect. Couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

If youre looking for gorgeous designer gowns that are harder to find unless you live in NYC (which I do) or other metro cities, this is the place to visit.While I ultimately did not buy my gown from IOB, I was so impressed by the service and options here. You immediately want to become friends with all the women here. I was probably indecisive bride #1 but Liz is extremely knowledgeable and provided helpful feedback while helping me try on probably a dozen gowns. They have great relationships with their designers and even texted one to see if we could customize a gown for me on the spot! You would also think that a size 12 isnt mind-boggling to dress, but I have been dismissed by salons in NYC for not having my size range available.I am so grateful for her patience and expertise. If my budget miraculously doubles, Id come back for a 2nd gown!

LOVE ISABELS!! I am actually a local wedding photographer and have loved working with Isabel and her amazing team over the years. When it came time for me to be a bride I knew they would have my dream dress. Sure enough they had exactly what I was looking for, a unique dress I had NEVER seen before that suited my body type perfectly. Of course I indulged my FOMO and went to many other boutique just to make sure but I knew I had found the one. After a lot of other experiences in boutiques from Orlando to Sarasota I can attest that Isabels gave the best service and experience PLUS they had the most interesting collection. I saw a lot of the same dresses and designers everywhere else, but not at Isabels. Samalay was my stylist and she nailed it, she knew exactly what to pull for me and was so easy to work with. they really took care of me and I am forever grateful. Their in house seamstress Sandra was also just plain wonderful! My Ines Di Santo gown got help up at customs for 20+ days and didnt arrive until about 4 weeks before my wedding on 3-1-20. She was calm cool and collected and assured me there would be plenty of time for alterations. She was so easy to work with and I felt truly heard. She really loved my out of the box ideas and was so helpful! She hemmed my unique gown, added a slit, adjusted and readjusted the perfect breast cups, and even made custom WINGS!!! Everything was done in time for the wedding and it came out perfectly. I loved my experience and wish I could do it all again!

I’d like to preface this by saying I try not to give 1 star reviews, but this place truly deserves it.Similar to one of the recent reviews, my wife bought her wedding dress here and it turned out to be a nightmare. The dress she tried on in the store was beautiful and it was an instant love for her. She paid for it that day in full ($3,500) and was told that it would be ready in about 6 months. We received NO updates during that whole 6-7 month period, and when we called after 4-5 months for an update, they acted like we were so rude for asking and their customer service POST SALE was awful.When my wife received her dress, not only was it a completely different color than what she ordered/tried on in the store, but the pattern was different on the dress and the quality of her dress looked or felt NOTHING like the one she tried on in the store. She was obviously extremely upset. Oh, and we were told when she bought it that it included a “free” veil.... we still have yet to receive that either.Truly an awful experience, PLEASE do yourself a favor and save yourself the stress of buying here.EDIT: Just spoke to the owner. She offered to make the dress the right color and material, but since my wife and I are already married, that wouldn’t help and doesn’t fix the customer service issue and the fact that the dress we received was completely different. I asked for a refund and she wouldn’t do it.I will say, at least the owner cared to speak to me and try to make things right.

Although we didnt end up buying a dress the service was fantastic. They were quick to respond to email, the store is very beautiful inside and the staff very sweet and attentive. Didnt place pressure to buy and let the dresses speak for themselves.

We had an amazing experience at Isabel’s. Amazing designer quality with such a variety of dress styles at the store. Highly recommend every bride to go here for a truly special shopping experience!!

PRE SALE:Isabel ONeil has a good selection of dresses, styles and brands. I live in NYC and was getting married in Tampa, but I am originally from Orlando so I looked at various other stores in the Orlando area to compare selection wise as well but this place was better.I worked with Liz who resigned shortly after my visit. She was very knowledgeable and was able to find me my dress with little direction. I appreciated her work. On the day I went back with a couple friends to say yes to the dress, we took some pics but the store didnt offer champagne or anything special, my friends brought champagne for me which was nice. I was told to pay 60% up front, then pay the rest prior to picking up the gown.POST SALE:My god. This place had the worst customer service. Apparently, a couple people quit all at the same time (which never looks good) and they were very short staffed, and things were slipping through the cracks. Living out of the state, I needed to fly back and forth for any future fittings/etc. I called, left voicemails, emails, even Instagram DMs trying to reach these people and seldomly got through. When I did, they had no idea what stage the dress was in, if the designer finished it, nothing. They would keep saying they were going to check and call me back and never did. This happened various times. Finally, they found out that it was in finishing stages, then in Quality Assessment and it would be in FL by the beginning of Feb. My wedding was in May. I booked flights to be there for my fitting, then when I called again (because they almost never called me and if they did its to give me an old update that I had already called about previously) they stated that it wouldnt be there by then and perhaps the next week. Then the next. I changed my flight 3 times and I wasnt able to have my first fitting until Feb 28th, when my wedding was in 2 months and I didnt have any more time to fly back and forth. They had me schedule my fitting with the seamstress (who was AMAZING) and didnt have any contact with me after that. Everything was with the seamstress and even once I picked up the dress no one from the store called to thank me for my business or apologize for the bad service on their end.All in all, this store has a good selection of dresses and a GREAT seamstress but I would be cautious about working with them due to their terrible post sale service.

Isabel O’Neils was by far the best experience I had trying on dresses. Liz and MaryIsabel were so patient and knowledgeable. The store is beautiful and intimate. I was all over the board at first and they gave me their undivided attention and helped me find the perfect dress! I just finished up my final fitting and the whole process from start to finish has been so easy, and they made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I can’t wait to get married in December!

This was my first bridal appointment and I had a horrible experience. I was with Stephanie and she asked nothing about me, my wedding or my fiancé. She hardly spoke to me at all, didn’t help me pull dresses and honestly acted as if she could care less about me. I will never recommend this boutique to anyone after his experience.

If I could give this bridal shop a 0 star I would. Everything is overpriced. I felt like the associates were like car salesmen. I reluctantly purchased my wedding dress a skirt and 12 bridesmaid dresses from there. All of which sadly were just of poor quality once we had them in person. They were Jenny Yoo and Romona Keveza and I am not even sure how that happens. It was a horrible experience. They rarely answered calls or emails for dress updates. I ended up purchasing an entire new dress for my wedding from Magnolia Bridal which I highly recommend. No refund or credit was offered for anything that was of poor quality and I just felt so dismayed as a bride going there. I really dont even recommend trying this place. Your wedding events should be memorable and happy.

Liz was AMAZING to work with!! We had the best experience and she was so patient (ALL 3 times I came to look at a dress). Liz was very informed on all of the dresses and designers and could not have been more helpful. I interacted with a few other employees and everyone was so lovely every time. Highly recommend Isabel ONeils and Liz as a consultant!

So far the best experience I have had trying on dresses! The manager was very nice and took her time with me. She gave us our space when chatting about the dresses which was great and she didnt give her opinion much which I actually thought was really respectful. She was super informative and really listened to what I liked and didnt like. If price is not a consideration I would totally say this is a one stop shop!

Liz was great. The shop felt cozy and personal. We found the perfect dress and it was on sale too! The champagne toast when we said yes to the dress was awesome as well.

I had such a great experience at Isabel O’Neils. The stylist I worked with, Liz, was so amazing. With just a couple of pictures and ideas of what I wanted, Liz found the perfect dress. The Adam Zohar trunk show was going on during my appointment and Adam was so nice and wonderful to work with while there. The selection at Isabel’s was endless, all of the dresses were so beautiful. The entire staff was wonderful and I’d recommend this bridal boutique to anyone!

What an amazing experience! Not only did I find THE wedding dress I wanted, Liz was so awesome and so personable and brought every type of dress to me she thought I would like. She even brought a few that werent exactly my style.but I loved them as well! I would recommend them to any bride to be!!!

I had an amazing experience with Samaly for my initial dress fitting on 3/14/2020! All of her selections matched my expressed style. She was sure to inquire on my pros and cons after each gown fitting. I fell in love with a dress designed by Ines Di Santo and purchased during my first visit. I’m grateful for such an amazing experience provided by Samaly and staff. The salon was beautiful and kept. VERY INTIMATE! There was no overcrowding and scheduling an appointment was seamless. This salon comes HIGHLY recommended!

Amazing. Maryisabel and her staff are thee most patient and professional women I’ve ever encountered. I had so many specifications for how I wanted my wedding dress and although I felt my requests seemed incredibly unreasonable they assured me none of my “wants” were an issue. They went above and beyond to make sure my wedding dress was exactly what I wanted. Isabel Bridal was thee only store I went to try on dresses because their service is top notch. During alterations I wasn’t able to articulate exactly what I wanted to the seamstress; I was looking to do a slight change in the design (aside from the basic alteration—i.e. bustle and hem) and the staff was able to clearly define what it was that I needed. Everything about my experience was perfect. Truly. The dress was flawless and I never felt so amazing as I did on my wedding day and I have Isabel Bridal to thank for that!

I worked with Liz today on finding my perfect dress and I was more than pleased! Not only did I have a wonderful experience but I decided on the first wedding dress that Liz picked out! The atmosphere of the store is personal and inviting. I felt totally at ease trying on dresses and I’m so glad I now have a wedding dress!

This is the first and last place I looked for a dress. I came in just to get a feel for what I wanted and ended up finding the dress of my dreams. Not only that but Alexandra treated me like a goddess. If you want to feel like a queen on your big day come here... you won’t be disappointed

Absolutely loved my experience here! The dresses at Isabel ONeil are certainly a step above what is offered at other local shops in South Tampa. The selection is smaller, but so much better, so many absolutely stunning gowns in this boutique. Tricia, the consultant that I worked with, was so much fun to work with, never put any pressure on me, and was incredibly knowledgeable about what could and could not be done to a dress as far as alterations. She actually listened to me and understood what I was looking for. All of the dresses she pulled for me were dresses that I really liked and wanted to try, unlike my experience at the 3 other places we went to. Rather than telling me that every dress looked perfect like youll hear in other shops, Mary Isabel and Tricia gave me real, honest feedback which was so incredibly helpful. Even when I was feeling uncertain and came back in 2 more times to try my dress on, they were awesome and accommodating. Thank for you a wonderful experience, I cant wait to come in for my fittings!

My daughter and I visited Isabel O’Neil as the first bridal salon in her search for her bridal gown and my daughter eventually bought her gown here. I wish I could put into words how AMAZING the experience was with Somaly (the name of the bridal consultant who helped us)! She was SO patient, creative, kind and a real joy to work with! She spent several hours with us on two different occasions and made many helpful suggestions in regard to options for my daughter none of which the other salons we visited did. My daughter needed her gown rushed and that was not a problem whatsoever. Somaly was upbeat, genuine and very well informed on each dress and designer. She only offered opinions when asked and was just a joy to work with! I cannot encourage any future brides enough to make Isabel O’Niel the very top of their list of salons to visit when searching for a bridal gown!

They were rude and judgmental, and kept pushing their alteration and modification services. The consultant started off the consultation by saying something quite rude to my party, and then didn’t listen to what I liked and didn’t like. We went to David’s bridal afterwards and had a way better time with a MUCH more professional consultant. Honestly, as gorgeous as the gowns are at this boutique I wouldn’t recommend the experience to anyone.

I went to THREE other bridal stores before I was forced to go to one last one by one of my bridesmaids! I’m so glad I came to Isabel O’Neil and worked with Lizz! She was so helpful throughout the process and took her time to pick out gorgeous dresses in the style and budget I was looking for. I found the absolute perfect dress and I cannot wait for it to come in and finish the fitting!

I visited Mary Isabel s shop with my mother, and it was a wonderful experience! Its a small boutique, so you arent trying on dresses with a bunch of other people around. She made us feel very comfortable and was not pushy at all with anything I tried on. Her suggestions for dresses perfectly matched what I had envisioned, and she did everything she could to stay within my budget. Very nice boutique, highly recommend!!!

Alex is absolutely amazing and the sweetest person you could ever meet! I am just overwhelmed with joy on how quickly they accommodated for me and had my veil made in one day! (Simple no trim circle cut floor length) and wow no words on how amazing it came out. Unfortunately I did not know of this store when buying my dress but they have a beautiful selection of dresses and will accommodate to your price and needs. They definitely know what they are talking about and know how to get it done and make you happy!

The best quality dresses and such a cute place. I did feel a little rushed towards the end, as they had another appointment but I was never told about a time limit. I would definitely recommend this store as they have a lot of beautiful, unique choices that are so different than anywhere else.

Isabels is absolute the best bridal store that I have ever been too. As a bridesmaid, I visited many bridal shops with my dear friend who recently got married. The entire experience was 5 stars from beginning to end - selection, quality and customer service. Best of all, Suzy looked stunning and had the most beautiful wedding.

Its about time Tampa has a bridal boutique like this one! From the moment you walk in you are greeted and pampered by an attentive staff. This store features a breathtaking variety of some of the most beautiful wedding dresses Ive ever seen. Going to this boutique for my dress made this usual to-do task into an event that my sisters and mother all shared together.

I currently live in Texas, but our wedding is going to be in Tampa since majority of our family lives there. My MOH and one of my bridesmaids went to the Galia Lahav Gala event to look at a dress and had a wonderful time, one of the bridal consultants even put the dress in so they could take pictures!I fell in love with the dress, and made a plan to visit with my mother (who also lives in another state). I emailed back and forth with one of their consultants and we picked a day that they would have the dress shipped over so I could try it on in front of my family.The day comes and the dress isnt there and the bridal consultants that were working had NO idea what I was talking about. They assured me that they would figure something out and track the dress, but I have not heard a peep from the boutique.

I drove down from Jacksonville FL to see their line of Ines di Santo and found out they had my dream dress the Elisavet and when I tried it on, I knew from the reaction of the girls in the salon it was my dress! I said Yes to the Dress and I was done in ten minutes! I didnt even want to try on another dress! They were very helpful and knowledgeable and Samaly actually worked for Ines and how lucky was I to find her!!! Very thrilled with the experience, the salon, the girls and my dress! Once you put on a dress from Isabele ONeil, you will know the difference. Marysabel listens to what you want and will work personally with you to find that special dress for that special day. Marysabel meets personally with the designers prior to purchasing and knows exactly what can be done to customize the dress to your preference, should you want something changed. The personal 1:1 customer service sets this boutique aside from any other. You are made to feel like a “Hollywood Movie Star” and will have exposure to the same designers selection that the movie stars wear on the red carpet without having to fly to California. No Bride should make a purchase anyplace else without making an appointment at Isabele ONeil first. This place is like no other boutique I have been in.
