Diana is a life saver, with only a week till the wedding, my daughters dress needed extensive alterations and she was able to do the work. She is such a professional and really knows her craft. I recommend her to anyone that needs alterations.

Our experience at Dianas Bridal surpassed all our expectations - it truly was incredible. Diana is amazing! Coming from me thats a huge compliment. My mother could make ANYTHING you could ask for. From a babys layette to an elaborate wedding gown. No pattern needed. Give her some brown paper bags and shed make a pattern for whatever outfit I had picked out of a magazine or store window. Ive been to many seamstresses since my mom passed away but have never been satisfied UNTIL I met Diana. She is just as good.Diana has transformed a size 12 dress into a size 4 - taking it completely apart, resizing and putting it back together. For my oldest daughters wedding, my youngest daughter (12 at the time and very petite) wanted to wear the same dresses as the rest of the bridesmaids. She was a size 10 in childrens clothing. We ordered the size 4 bridesmaid dress and Diana transformed it. I have been going to her for about 10 years and I drive close to an hour to get there, depending on traffic. She is totally worth it. I wouldnt let anyone else touch any of my fine clothing.A rare gem in todays world of short cuts. Diana does it right! You wont find a better seamstress anywhere!

I bought my dress somewhere else, but had Diana alter it. I actually didnt like how puffy the dress was originally, and Diana was able to remove some of the tulle to make it a little smaller. She basically took the whole thing a part and put it back together and it was perfect! She is wonderful!!

So I went with my daughter yesterday to see if they had any gowns for her quinceñera. Upon entering, you can clearly see their selection was very limited, however, I wanted to give them a shot. My daughter doesnt speak a lot of Spanish, so she prefers to communicate in English, And this lady had the nerve to call my daughter a white girl. Now theres nothing wrong with that, but we are very proud Latinas and my daughter was very offended.... If she wasnt Latina, shed be having a sweet 16, dont you think..... I didnt catch the ladys name, But she was trying to shove dresses down my throat that I told her clearly I didnt like, Trying to convince me that alterations would make me like the dresses... So I entertained the idea with an open mind. My daughter tried on a dress, I was not convinced and she could tell, so she quickly brought another dress in. While I was trying to lace up my daughters dress in the back, She caught an attitude and tried to dust me off, Like if I was annoying and aggravating her.... My daughter had her back turned to us but she could clearly feel the negative energy coming off of this person and the look on my face. I immediately told her to take off the dress that were done!!!! We didnt come here for an attitude, we came here to spend money. The one that helped us was a skinny older lady with glasses.... I guess the owner was there and when she saw the look on my face as I was waiting for my daughter to change into her clothes, She asked me what happened, I told her, And she continued to apologize for that. I appreciate that from her, but she wasnt the one that gave me the attitude and the horrible taste in my mouth for this place... I strongly recommend if youre looking to have a great time trying on dresses and somewhere you can build a relationship with, THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT IT!!!! Davids bridal is down the street, With way more professionalism and selection

I found a beautiful dress at this shop, but it did not fit right. So the owner said she would alter it for me. She came in and visually inspected it on me, pulled some areas tight, but did not even take measurements with measuring tape or any assistants. I figured maybe she was just very, very experienced at sewing. I still found it odd because for my first wedding dress (for my first marriage), the wedding boutique (in a different state) was amazing and had three ladies pinning and measuring with measuring tape, and the dress and sleeves fit like a glove! I felt beautiful on my wedding day, as a woman should. But, with this shop when I went back in to try this dress after the alterations, no one was there to help me and no one in the shop offered to help me try it on. They were busy. I was not sure if it fit perfectly, but figured once I could button all the buttons it might. Well, I figured wrong. On my wedding day when we buttoned it up it fit so horribly my Mom had to spend almost an hour safety pinning several areas and the dress still ended up looking frumpy, with bumps everywhere for the wedding pictures. The bust was also horrifically over sized, which easily could have been prevented as I gave her an exact bust size and she could have measured too! I ended up spending weeks worth of hours editing my dress in my wedding day photos since it looked so ill fitting. I would never recommend this shop for wedding dresses that need to be altered. If it already fits you like a glove, great, but if it needs even a slight alteration, do not buy it from this shop - they cannot sew! Trust me! The waist was expanded but sewn crooked in three areas, the sleeves and bust were way too big (most people would prefer tight for their wedding). It was altered so poorly it actually fit better before the alterations! The only reason I why I gave this shop 2 stars instead of 1 star is because the staff was friendly and the clearanced dress was reasonably priced. But, buyers beware if the dress needs alterations - go elsewhere!

I bought my quinceanera dress here and I couldnt have been happier with it. I had looked at many dresses with many shops before Dianas and between the service, the dress, and the package, I could not have been happier. Im also extremely curvy so its hard to get everything tailored to perfection but rest assured that Diana did an exceptional and speedy job fixing up my dress. Never have I ever written a bad review, but by far this place is the worst! Do not trust that they can do any kind of alterations. Not only did she ruin my mother’s gown, she also ruined my bridesmaid dress. Both dresses were a simple fix of shortening the length and taking the dresses in at the waist and she messed up both. After multiple visits, dresses are still ruined. Very unproffessional. Doesn’t listen to customer requests, only capable of doing the best minimum. And at the end is still paid her over $200...such a rip off! AVOID coming here!

I went to Dianas for daughter sweet sixteen dress. Very nice dresses, we found a dress to my daughters liking the dress needed to be altered. We went back to the second fitting, which didnt go well. We had some small complaints which didnt set well with Diana. She walk out the room and sent her assistant to let me know she was done working on the dress. I thought that was very unprofessional. She didnt finish the job but was paid in advance. I had to take the dress to Davids Bridal to have the work completed.

I had a horrible experience at this place. Went in with my girlfriends to look at a few dresses just to get an idea of what I want. At first, the owner was welcoming and gave us her suggestions, but as soon as I mentioned that I may have already found the dress that just needs to be altered, she became furious. She took my measurements and didnt even give me a chance to contemplate on her price for the alteration. Literally two minutes later, one of the stylist who had been breathing down our necks came in and took all the pins off and then got the owner, who basically told us to Get out. My girlfriends and I were so upset by her behavior. I hope your experience is better than mine, but I would not go there if you want to leave crying.

We never could have expected to be treated so rudely on what was supposed to be a special day. I called the boutique, and asked for the last Wed. appt. to try on bridal gowns. A woman told me she could schedule me at 5pm, and said it was fine if I bring a couple of friends.When we walked in the boutique, the employee looked very annoyed when I told her I had a 5pm appt. She said, my dressing room is full but you can go pick out your dresses. So my 2 friends and I are literally rummaging through dress bags to try and pick out a dress, not having any guidance on style, fabric, or anything (there was not much selection, either). She then came over and said - I leave at 6pm on the dot, so Ill let you try on no more than 5 dresses. As we picked out our 5 dress limit, there was nowhere to sit or to put them while we waited for a dressing room. At this point, we were holding 5 giant dresses and feeling pretty unhappy, but wanted to make the best of it. So we popped a bottle of champagne my friend had brought. The employee watched us pull out the bottle, open it, and pour it into glasses, and then she decides to say we cant have champagne in the boutique because her dresses are very expensive. That was when we decided to leave, and the woman could not have been more relieved that shed be able to close her shop early.If you want your bride crying by the end of the night, take her to Dianas Bridal. Luckily, theres a Davids less than a mile away where they dont turn customers away.

Diana was GREAT! I went to her store with my mother, aunt and sister looking for a dress since the one i’ve already liked (on another store) couldnt be altered by the day i needed. Since i was already in love with one dress i didnt like any dress on Diana’s store so she asked me to show her the dress i liked and offered me to alter it in 3 days, that was the best news on that day. She took all measurements and after 3 days my wedding gown looked like if it was made over me, JUST PERFECT! It had a lot of details to take care of and Diana did it very carefully. I highly recomend Diana. She made me feel exited again about my wedding. THANK YOU Diana!
