All right this as one of the worst reviews Ive ever had to write upon calling Franks formal Wear to ask them if I could bring in one of their tailored suits that I found of an all white after six jacket and pants combo I was told in one of the rudest manners that they would not help me and refuse to help the up and coming small business owner who needed a suit to go into the bank for a business loan cuz Im wearing holy jeans and a stinky shirt and was absolutely disgusted and appalled on how that man treated me on the phone hung up on me while I was talking and refused to answer the phone again when I called minutes later if I could write negative stars on this review I would but I cant take Stars off so you get a one and I will be talking to the management staff about his behavior 8629-12007 is my license number and Im lucky if I dont talk to my attorney Im getting my business loan I will be spending all my money and time at mens wearhouse here in regency square this Phil was willing to listen to what I had to say and was willing to help me with

Had to get a last minute tux. Frank got me in an out with a great tux in less than an hour! Picked every piece at the perfect size the first time. Super nice guy and good pricing. Shop small business shops and keep amazing guys like this in business! Well worth it.

Went in here on a recommendation, Frank was awesome! Super nice Godly man. I bought a 3 piece suite, Frank did all the alterations right there and i took the suite home. Awesome value $, will be back for another soon!

Frank got me in and out with a fitted suit that my wife loved, in under an hour for fair price. Im 61 240lbs, so its not the easiest size to accommodate either. Id recommend anyone do rentals or purchases through. Great guy with a lot of history!

If youre looking for a fitting, measurements, etc, I would try somewhere else. Anywhere else. Unless you like being yelled at and talked at like youre five. I was directed to call this store and was just doing as told; it was completely unprofessional to smack talk other stores and belittle me. Save your time everyone and go somewhere else. Even an active volcano would be a better place to find a tuxedo. Come to think of it, maybe an EF5 tornado. Sheeeeeeeesh.

Frank is unprofessional, downright rude and lies. States he can do something and then changes his story. Tux too big and then doesnt make it right. Absolutely awful to deal with. Do not use Frank!!

My experience at Frank’s was fantastic. The suits were of great quality, the attention to detail spot on and most importantly the customer experience. Frank himself drove all the way back from Orlando early just to open the store for me when it was closed. That level of commitment to his customers is not something you see every day. To say least, it was perfect!I am extremely impressed with the talent and expertise FRANKS FORMAL WEAR had in fitting the perfect tux. Frank has top notch experience and whatever didnt fit, he did the alteration on the spot.Before finding FRANKS FORMAL WEAR, I had gotten a tuxedo rental elsewhere. The fit was ridiculously big on my son. FRANKS FORMAL WEAR accommodated him quickly finding a modern well-fitted tuxedo that made him look sharp.When attending a formal event, feeling good and confident in your clothes is important. Dont waste your time going to places that will not meet your standards or needs or mislead you, like it happened to me before going to FRANKS FORMAL WEAR.WHAT A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! My son looked flawless. I will definitely go there for my son again and will recommend it to all my family and friends.

Do not judge a book by its cover! First jacket I tried on was a perfect fit. Seriously knew his stuff. Extremely friendly and wonderful Vietnam vet. Support this local business. My girlfriend was amazed. Pressed the undershirt in the store. Cant recommend highly enough!

My experience with Frank was kind of off to begin with. When my good friend and I went to get sized for our tuxes, he was very quick, Im assuming he got all of the measurements, because he seems pretty confident in what he was doing. So before we left we both left a $50 deposit per request of Mr. Frank. He never said when we could come in and try the tuxes on before the wedding, to assure they fit correctly, or give us much information besides telling us to leave the deposit and to sign the receipt. Upon the week of the wedding, I decide to call and figure out when we can come in, because it is Tuesday at this point, and the wedding is supposed to be on Saturday, and there are 13 groomsmen, some of which are coming from out of town. He informs me that they can come in some time Thursday around 1 o clock after a few questions before he would give me that answer. Once we arrived, some of our things didnt fit properly, which he tailored the pair of pants for my friend I was with when I was in there. But we all had clip on bow ties for the wedding and we were sure we needed hand tied bow ties. He fixed the problem and ordered them and they arrived in time, but let me remind you this is Thursday when we find out that these are the bow ties he has left for us. My slim fit shirt, which he kept explaining fit just fine, was squeezing my chest and I couldnt even raise my arm to shoulder level. He gave me a fitted shirt to fix the problem, but the shirt was clearly way too tight and he just kept disagreeing with me. The groom should have had tuxedo pants, but he was given suit pants, so we did not know that he was going to need a belt to add to any stresses to anybody getting ready for their wedding not at home. Anyways, beyond all of this, to fast forward after the wedding, he calls my cell phone at 11:10 AM, explaining that I need to bring the suit back by NOON today or he is going to charge my card or the grooms card, my choice. He has a very pushy tone in his voice when he says all of this, and quite frankly that comes off as a threat, and I refuse to be spoken to by anyone that way. So I explain to him Im sorry I had no idea it had to be back today by NOON(50 minutes from when he is calling me) but I will work on getting it there as soon as I can. Once I confirmed that my friend had my suit, I called Frank to explain it would be there around 1230 or 1, and before I could finish my sentence he was rude enough to interrupt me and say listen listen listen here, you signed a contract and you agreed to bring it back by this time. He never explained anything to anybody including the groom or bride or anybody who was renting the tux. If you have a tux company and someone is renting for the first time, you should probably inform them of some of the policies, like returning it by a certain time before you charge someones card unknowingly. Long story short, I will never give business to this man based on his unprofessional attitude, our entire experience with the gentlemen, and his business could definitely use an upgrade, were in 2016 and those tuxes arent so fresh.

For the love of all things good in the world, business is NOT the place to promote your personal politics. He rarely answers the phone and hes a trek for us. His place smells terribly like mothballs. Isnt always open during open hours.

My fiance and I are getting married in a few months and have been looking for a place to rent/purchase a tuxedo for the wedding. We went to a popular formal wear store and had a HORRIBLE experience. We then discovered Franks and thought we would check it out. Our experience was amazing!! Frank was so helpful and really understood exactly what we wanted. He had multiple different tuxes for my fiance to try on and pick from. We were able to purchase his tuxedo for the same price that it was going to cost to rent one if we went with the other store. We will forever be using Franks for our formal wear needs.

I came to this store in desperation. I had issues with the my previous tuxedo store and couldnt receive the tuxes in time for my event. Franks was able to recommend the perfect tuxes. He helped dress all 3 boys, he took the measurements, and had all the tuxes ready by the date promised. AFFORDABLE AND RELIABLE & GREAT QUALITY. I will definitely use them again. Thanks Frank!!

I see a few that a few plopped have made some bad and great comments about Frank. Well in my experience Frank has always do a amazing job with all my items as well as any rentals. Frank has been in business for 50 years and I wouldnt trust anyone else with my stuff. Every time I go to the shop I see Bucs players, judges,doctors big people in Tampa( that should tell you something)

Frank is mean and rude. He kept changing his mind about his prices, saying it would be 10$ less without shoes, 20$ less without a coat, then wrote for the original price he said, without taking the 30$ off. When we tried to suggest this difference in a FRIENDLY way, he became very hostile. We subsequently walked 2 blocks to another store and got a better deal and kind, friendly service. When we tried to come back and give him another chance to lower his price, he said, youll be sorry. If you choose to do business just hope that you dont have to exchange more than a few words because he will certainly get very snippy very quickly. In the end even if his prices were better I wouldnt do business because he is a crotchety old man in need of a xanax.

Wasnt very professional stood in store for 20 minutes had ppl behind us and didnt even get greeted or told ill be right with you sir so i went next door to sacinos poor customer serviced and cluttered store

At the end of the day, Frank does NOT care if he gets your order right or if he messes it up- to say he ruined our wedding weekend would be an understatement. Got ALL of the suits wrong- not what we ordered at all! We didn’t know this until one of the groomsmen called my husband asking why he chose a suit that was so baggy- that’s when we figured out frank messed up the order and then willingly started distributing the wrong suit as members of our wedding party went to pick them up! We ordered specific Ike Behar suits which were slim fit and modern, and frank had some old school Ralph Lauren suits instead. Frank did not care that this was the wrong suit at all- said a black suit is a black suit! Oh and he also pretty much blamed it all on my dad. My father is a larger man, and frank claims they didn’t have the suit pant in my dads size so they had to switch it out with a different suit and that’s how all the suits must have gotten messed up! We had frank call the guy who he orders rental suits from in front of us and we could hear frank reply at one point saying “oh you emailed me? I don’t do email.” We are assuming since he never responded to the email, the company made the decision to send all matching suits instead of just sending one different one for my father. Regardless, my poor father felt responsible for the whole mix up during a time when he should be experiencing nothing but joy! The fact is- Frank knew we ordered Ike Behar suits, and when the order was delivered to him he knew it wasn’t what we wanted, and he still started handing them out to wedding party members anyways! Then he wanted to say that since people left with the suits, he couldn’t do a full refund. He would still have to charge $50 for walking out of the store with the suit! Absolutely insane! How were other people supposed to know it wasn’t the right suit? And I guess I can’t forget to mention that out of the suits picked up, one was extremely dirty, and one smelled awful.We are still having issues with everyone getting their refunds, and it’s 3 weeks later! Thank God for the amazing people at Men’s Warehouse! They saved the day- literally took care of all our suit needs with the 24 hours we had left before the wedding. Frank scewed us and Doesn’t want to take accountability! It’s sad there are such awful people out there- avoid this place!!!!

Frank is a horrible tailor, an arrogant grumpy old man, and he has no clue how to run a business. For one a friends wedding we rented 3 suits and purchased 5 since they were a deal. Upon arriving at the wedding Frank quickly became the evenings punchline. Out of the 8 suits, SIX had issues. To put that another way, 75% of the suits we were wearing had issues. The man is laughable as is his work

We were a little hesitant to have our wedding party rent their tuxedos for our wedding from Frank after reading a couple of bad reviews, but his prices were far more reasonable than any other rental place we went to. We decided to go for it and figured that most people dont take the time to review their tux rental place unless they had a bad experience. We were right and we are so glad we took the chance! Frank was an absolute pleasure to work with. He talks a big game but he can 100% back it up. Our guys looked awesome in their grey tuxes and they each saved about $60 versus the popular competitor. Its a small space with a ton of tuxes and suits all over but Frank truly knows what hes doing. Thank you Franks Formalwear, you definitely deserve 5 stars!

Frank was very helpful in selecting a tuxedo for my son, everything looked great and decent prices.

According to Frank, he is a master tailor, however this self proclaimed master is a moron. I was recently in a wedding with 8 groomsmen, and of those 8 suits 6 had errors. Ranging from misaligned buttons to unhemmed pants to missing belt loops, Frank did manage to perfect one thing; a running joke. We laughed at his mastery for hours and mocked him endlessly. Needless to say never rent anything from this man

Hes a con man . rude . terrible customer service. Changes his prices depending on how you look. I must say i was warned by fellow co-workers before visiting. Hes a pos buisness owner and if i was you Sacinos is a block away . Much better prices and way more professional. Frank is a lying scumbag who sells used shirt as new. He should be shut down

Our ring bearers shoes fell apart mid ceremony, several groomsmen had issues with their pants fitting and one groomsman pants split while trying to sit down.
