The workers there are super sweet and attentive. The wait time was very short despite the place being packed. They follow COVID safety guidelines. The facilities are very clean. They do a good job with their work and are honest if they can’t do something rather than most places that will say they can and do a bad job. I recommended them to everyone when they ask about my nails.

This was my second visit. I was not happy my first visit but decided to try again. On the visit today I got Angie as my nail technician and she was very good. I will definitely go back to see Angie again.

I came here a while back, but I remember the place being really nice and clean. I got a manicure done here, they did pretty good but it chipped off within a day. My mom and dad did pedicures, which they really liked. The workers did a nice job. Workers there are really nice. Its really busy so make sure to make an appointment.

Nice full pedicure, $43 +tip could have used more leg massage. I wasnt offered hot stones and I forgot to ask. No speaking in their primary language in front of customers, no cell lk phone interruption. Very clean feeling place. Take walk ins. They said 25 min wait I think it was about 12.I will return.

The customer service here really needs to improve. They have messed up the color of my nails twice. The first time, I got bright pink nails when I had asked for different color. The nail tech was listening to music instead of paying attention to what color I had asked for. Recently I had a manicure that was very poorly done, and I had 9 cuts in total. My nails are also not straight at all, my two thumbs are so slanted. This service took 2 hours and 30 minutes. I have never had a manicure take so long. It was such a horrible experience because they were so rude when I pointed it out to them. I had also arrived at the time of my appointment but they made me wait for 30 minutes.

I love this place and the service is awesome! I gave it 4 stars because there is a bit of a language barrier. On my recent visit I asked if the nail tech could fix my nail that had broke off to be the same size as my other nails, and I guess she didn’t understand what I said..so in conclusion I walked out with my nails unmatched in length. :-(

This was my 1st time coming here. My bf booked the apt. For me and I arrived a few minutes early but was acknowledged and attended to right away. The lady who did my pedi and mani was super sweet and did a great job. She took her time and never rushed...The place was clean and so was their restroom (yes it very important to me that restrooms are clean lol).I for sure will be back!

Its better to make an appointment and go to their happy hour on Tuesdays for 15% off. Also waxing was great and didnt hurt. Thank you, Kim and Hanna.

Let me just say that I was very pleased with the service. I received the Signature Spa pedicure and upon entrance, I was greeted immediately! The staff was very friendly and professional. The facility was clean and had a nice relaxing atmosphere to it. Also, during my pedi I was offered water, which I find to be a nice gesture. I will definitely be returning.

This is one of the nicest salons in Salinas. The atmosphere is “spa like”. They have always done a very nice job. I have recommended this place to my friends and coworkers. Nicole is the only one that has handed me her business card and that’s who I refer people to. They also offer you a bottle of water. I have no complaints.

My girlfriend has gone here 3 times in just this week she went for a fill to fix one broken nail. She wanted a design and the lady (Kim) kept telling her she needed to get the full set no matter what. She wouldn’t let her pick her nail shape which was an almond and kept insisting that the coffin was a much better choice ( the most expensive nail shape )and after 5 minutes of telling her she said she needed the full set in order to get an almond shape. For two holographic powder on her nails, she wanted to charge my girlfriend $48. she decided on the one holographic nail and charged her $45, when she only walked in for a fill not a full set, and got a basic red nail color that was for $20. The price was pretty outrageous for just a simple fill and basic color with only one holographic nail.

They do a great job! Signature pedicure is super nice with hot wax. Prices are reasonable. Staff is very friendly and well trained. Cute atmosphere very customer oriented.

Its a lovely place and staff is super friendly, but they did my nails and my pedicure so fast that I didnt have time to enjoy it. For this same reason, my nails werent painted as perfect as I would have expected. My pedicure was beautiful anyway.If youre looking for something fast, you may like it.

The place is so elegant, yet, down to earth. The staff were friendly & professional. I even ran into a good friend, there! Truly enjoyed the manicure & massage, as well as the wax-off of my Granny midnite shadow! The prices were reasonable enough to leave decent tips, too! 5 stars for their efficiency & effectiveness. This is my new fav nail salon in downtown Salinas. Try them. I think U will feel much better when they finish your manicure, wax or whatever U need done! Be kind to yourself: go there!

Went for a fill, Kim did my fill, I picked a color from one of the samples they have on display, Kim painted my nails and it did not turn out the same as it was on the sample nail. I had 1 broken nail she replaced it with a new fake nail. My total charge was $48 she said because the color I picked had flakes. Please tell me Im not the only one that is very well aware $48 for fill and broken nail is a lot.I informed the front girl and she agreed my nails did not look good. It was so obvious anyone could tell you they didnt look good. The front girl was really compassionate I honestly felt like she truly cared and wanted me to be happy with my nails. If anything Im surprised Kim didnt feel embarrassed for the nails she did on me.The front girl was so understanding and nice. Thankfully HANNA fixed my nails. HANNA stayed late for me to fix my nails and she was so kind and friendly. My nails now look good thanks to HANNA. Now that was excellent customer service, thank you HANNA. I will return because HANNA did my nails nice and she went above and beyond to stay late to fix my nails, that shows she cared, plus she is so kind. And the front girl at reception I didnt get her name but I will also return because of her she also provided me with good customer service, she apologized and did what she could so that I could go home happy. Thank you front reception 🤗.The 1 star is for Kim.********But I do give HANNA 5 stars and the front reception girl *****La Bella nail spa you need more workers like HANNA....you should consider letting Kim go, you dont want a worker that is going to bring your business down.Now everyone will know because of my review not to go to Kim at La Bella Nail Spa.

I have been getting my nails done for years in this County and I can honestly tell you this is my favorite place brand new couple years old is the most beautiful its very clean and I love the management and the ladies how they are handled and how the customers are catered to. Very high-class I will go to no one else but them.

Close and convenient. Its still very new, every time Ive gone theyve burned me or cut me with the rotary sander. I did complain and owner apologized. But my nails look great I just dont like getting hurt in the process but want to give them a chance since I did let him know. I went in today because I popped a nail off at the pumpkin patch and went to fix it. They asked when I got them done, I said last week and they fixed it for free.

Always in a hurry to get my nails done, want to charge me $5 extra per nail design! The passed three times I’ve gone they hurt my nails. My last appointment was yesterday and I kid you not, the lady attending me kept dropping her tools and buffer by how rushed she was and I wasn’t a walk in.

It was my first time going to this location I went in today for an eyebrow wax & I came home & cried. And this is why i dont try new eyebrow places, my word of advice stick with who you are most comfortable with on doing your eyebrows! Lesson learned.

Went in for a gel manicure and my nails began to crack and chip 3 days later so that was a great waste of my money. Not to mention the lady who did my nails (helen) was not friendly the entire time she did my nails, only time she spoke to me was to ask what color i wanted and she was so rough and cut me so ridiculously bad i still have a scab on my cuticle a week later. she never apologized & would not stop painting my nail with blood still dripping over my nail/ finger. Really disappointed with my first time experience at this place.

Amazing!!! Super beautiful place, super clean/sanitary. I had a pedicure. Water bottle given to me upon arrival. Tools were fresh, plastic lined tub, gloves used. First time I didnt feel like I was being rushed through a pedi. It was a relaxing pedicure, not the normal wham-bam, nails painted, done. I am 34 weeks pregnant with twins, and Im telling you- HEAVEN. They are all so sweet here, I will DEFINITELY be back. I highly recommend La Bella Nail Spa!!

They are great everyone is so nice its very clean sanitized serialized and they have reasonable prices might be $5 or $10 dollar more then other places but its well worth paying a little more because you get what you pay for the color doesnt chip away it last very long, the fills also last a long time for me its almost a month until i have to go get my next fill, they dont tell me no like the other places when i want multiple colors, rimestones, glitter, design ect. Hannah has been my nail tech for over 3 years now and she is amazing i love my nails ever time i go she attends me right away and the staff and receptionist are very respectful of my time and have great customer service they are very polite i recommend everyone to come here they have great technicians, beautiful salon, affortable, professional, great customer service all the ladies are nice and the manager is great come to this salon it is truely worth the money, time, and service you will get and definitely you will love it 💅🙌❤
