I took my wrangler mudding with my wife, and boy howdy did we get the wrangler muddy. After an initial rinse at home, I took the Jeep in for full detailing including undercarriage, engine block, interior including steam vac clean, and exterior including waxing and buffing. They spent 2 hours and did a great job. My wrangler looks brand new! Thanks for all your hard work!

I always come in for an oil change and car wash. There’s a mechanic by the name of Tony that provides phenomenal service. He brings everything to my attention, both good and bad. He noticed I couldn’t open my trunk due to a mechanical issue. He fixed the mechanical problem to my surprise. Even the Toyota dealership could not fix the mechanical trunk issue. This guy Tony is a gem to this organization. He is why I entrust this company with my car. Excellent customer service and knowledge in the field of repairing vehicles is an understatement. I recommend this establishment and this mechanic to all. It is a challenge finding a knowledgeable car mechanic that works for a business that truly cares. Majority of my experiences have been unpleasant customer see and highway robbery. Thank goodness for Tony and Prestige!

Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient! I brought my Hyundai Accent in for a detailed interior wash and cleaning. Abraham was very helpful and friendly in determining the exact service that was needed and thorough in his explanations for what had been done. The result was great! Very detailed in the cleaning and even the exterior as well! Interior had been steam cleaned and vaccumed and looked like new as well as smelled fresh and clean. Also very efficient; I got it back earlier than what was quoted. Highly recommend for any detailing or car service!

In the beginning they did a wonderful job but the last year or so I have went they were slacking, rushing. I think for almost $30+ your car should be wiped down inside no dust on dash console screen etc. A little disappointing. People are nice but need to slow down a bit and make sure everything is done right. Maybe have someone checking the cars before calling the owners out.

I paid for the Most expensive service today, the service is ok, but not great. There were several spots on my paint that were not cleaned properly. The inside of my truck was bad, they did just the bare minimum. I heard good comments about this business, but today it was not good. They need some quality control at the end of the process.

Hi,I was in the shop today to get my car washed and I was so happy with the interior service that I did not notice exterior of my car. My car has scratches on both the corners in the front. As I was in rush I did not get a chance to look at it. But when I reached home I saw the scratches and am now wonder Why did your guys not inform me about these. I am extremely disappointed. I come here every few weeks for a car wash. Whether its a hand wash or a machine wash, it ALWAYS comes out amazing. The picture attached to this review was The Works wash. Even though I dont have leather seats, they cleaned the entire inside of my car, including the doors. Ive always been skeptical about putting my new car through a machine, but their machine has yet to damage or put any scratches on my car. I definitely recommend them!

My car was COVERED with dog hair inside. My mom has 4 big dogs that were all transported in my Jeep. Prestige did an AMAZING job cleaning it for me. He cleaned all the doors and seats very thoroughly. They really went above and beyond! Thank you!!!

I paid $300 to have my car professionally detailed at Prestige. They spent the entire day on it and clayed the paint and detailed the inside. The car is several years old but they did such a fantastic job that you would never know it is that old. The claying removed scratches in the clear coat. Professional service and did exactly what they said they would.

Amazing customer service and attention to detail!! Tony is the mechanic you want to see if you have any vehicle issues. I won’t use any other location in Tampa for my car wash, detail, or oil change (Tony). They DO get very busy on the weekends so come in the morning if you want to be in and out!

It’s affordable, yes. The people are nice. However, the wash seems to be bare minimum in terms of effort. I’ve tried this place a few times and even paid for the most expensive one. They always leave behind tons of dirt and barely vacuum. The last time I went, it literally looked exactly the same inside and out, the floor was covered with LOOSE dirt they should have vacuumed out. I would have been better off cleaning it myself. Seemed like a waste of money. I guess you get what you pay for. Definitely will pay for a more thorough wash and vacuum from a different place in the future.

Had sap all over my car that has dried for 2 days. They got all of it off with a hand wash. These guys know what they’re doing. It’s also a great value clean. Highly recommend 👍🏻

They cleaned and detailed my car. The service was great, the car wash was excellent, and they were very helpful. Bryan came to me about a crack in my windshield and asked if I would like to have it taken care of. After listening to what he said he was going to do, I decided I would accept his offer. I had a brand new windshield the next day. It was my first time at Prestige and I am thoroughly impressed. Bryan from TMG was very professional and extremely helpful. 5/5 I highly recommend. When you’re there, ask for Bryan; he’ll give you the best service.

Visit on 5/18/21, between 3-3:30pm.I had extremely high hopes for this place as my good friends come here and the business has incredibly great reviews. Unfortunately, I can’t say I had the all star experience that many did. The exterior is immaculate, but I feel the interior detail job was not delivered in the capacity that I paid for in “the works” package (their top tier package).The door jambs were still sandy and ridden with dog hair, I don’t believe I got the full leather treatment that was supposed to come with it (I see only some areas are shiny/feel like they were treated), there is still dirt on my leather seats that I know can easily come off, my steering wheel is untouched, and my console still has coffee stains.I did note that they shampooed the mats, but it’s as if they didn’t vacuum thoroughly, because there is still debris all over.Just disappointed.

I recently had a bad experience elsewhere, I took my Dodge Charger for them and the service that Gabriel did was excellent. He is very attentive and really understands what he does. I highly recommend it.Ask for Gabriel, he is the best!!!

Weve had our car washed a number of times at Prestige. After the 1st time we noticed that they did not vacuum the entire interior very well at all. So the next time we spoke with them specifically about the vacuuming and still had the same issue on multiple occasions.So the next time we spoke with them yet again about the vacuuming and getting all the bugs off the front of the vehicle. When we got home, still not vacuumed well, windows streaky and smeary and bugs still stuck on the front of the car.I went again today and again, asked specifically to have the entire car vacuumed well and to get the bugs off the front end. When I was told the car was ready not only did they not vacuum out the back of the car, but I had to ask for the water still on the car to be wiped off along with the dirt I could see that they missed. Only to get home to have to reclean all of the door jambs and frames, windshield and all of the tires and tire wells.Now, when I pay $35 for a car wash, I would expect it will be clean when I leave. One time, things happen, no worries. Multiple times, somethings wrong with the service. Having frank direct conversations about issues and still no improvement, my patience and understanding is wearing thin.Me having to reclean my car after I just paid to have it washed, youve lost me as a customer. Save your money. Spend your money somewhere else.

They do a nice job on your car but they are operating a scam. The window replacement company that they have “helping” people replace their cracked windshield, likes to sue your auto insurance. Stay away!

I’ve been taking my car to Prestige car wash for years and have always been happy with their service. Recently my mother-in-law decided to spray paint something only a few feet from my car and needless to say the spray paint covered over 50% of my car! I took the car to Prestise the next day and found Abraham he looked over it and said we can take care of this! I left it with him hoping the spray could be removed. When I went to pick the car up I was blown away how great it looked!! The spray paint not only was completely removed the car looked brand new again! It was a lot of work to do this and I’m great full they out the time and elbow grease in. Thank you Prestise staff and Abraham for all that you did!

I use this prestige car wash and lube Not just for the car wash but for oil changes and inspections as well. Ive also brought several vehicles there... my truck and even have my Lotus hand-washed there. For the money... these guys do a great job. Ive been going for years and never had a major issue. Free car wash with oil change too. The place is family owned which is also great. Met the owner a few times and hes a really nice guy. The facility is also nice... lots of rocking chairs out front... big leather chairs inside with nice cold AC. And even free WiFi.

I was having an awful day which was made worse by my tire going flat on 275 on my way to Tampa I made it off the exit and went to the first gas station I could find which ended up not having any air machine so I went across the street to prestige in my last attempt to just pump it up enough to find a tire they plugged it for me free of charge and sent me on my way. Very nice and professional staff who cares about their community.

The team at Prestige did an incredible job detailing (inside and out) my Jeep Wrangler. I took it to them on a tight timeline and they made it happen same day and communicated well throughout the experience. They were very professional and didnt miss anything. Went for a wash today 6/15/21. Looking to get my car vacuumed and washed. After they finished with my VW Passat I stoped at the parking across to show my fiancé the car (on camera) and noticed that all the rims were dirty. I literally grabbed a napkin I had inside the car and started cleaning them myself. The manager (or who was referred to me as the manager) was there and the boys who cleaned the car watching me cleaning the rims!!! and they didn’t even bother to assist me. I will do a hands free wash next time... I have had better results. First time costumer (and I even told them when I came in) and will not come back. The only reason the review is a 2 is because there was no issue with the vacuuming.

Is this what you call clean? Ive been going here for years. This is a lousy job .If this is what I am to expect in the future I will quit going

30 dollars for a hand wash and dry. Didn’t do the roof. Did not even try with the rims. Smear marks all over the truck not to mention they use hard water because it stained my paint. The sign out front says $18.99 for a car wash and anoil change. Thats only if its Wednesday and youre a female. If not, you pay more than going to 2 separate places smh.The after wash pics speak for themselves. They didnt even vacuum the slots. If I wasnt in a hurry I wouldve spoke up. If they reach out for a redo, Ill give them another shot cause Ive heard a lot of good things about them from my clients. Maybe the only put in elbow grease on high end cars.

Three stars because its convenient to get oil change and a wash together and they were pretty friendly, however I dont reccomend you get your interior done by them, vacuum job wasnt great but more importantly they used dirty rags that left a super gross smell in my car that I had to clean repeatedly to remove. also they used armor-all or something slippery on my mats and pedals that I had to pull over and wipe off because it was unsafe.

Mediocre wash and poor service.Called ahead and asked if there was a wait, I was told there wasnt. When I got there I was told 45 minutes and ended up being 1.5 hours. I missed a meeting because of it.I got the deluxe wash. They told me my car was ready and left me to find it. The dash wasnt wiped down or at least not very well. It was still pretty dusty. The front of the car had spots all over it, looks like they had just let the automatic car was due its thing - it did a decent job on the sides but not the front. My car wasnt very dirty to begin with so it wasnt a tough wash.Had I know how long it would take I would have just washed my own car and done a better job.

Well I paid $40 for interior and exterior yesterday. My mats were never done, under carriage never washed, console has wipeable dirt. Tons of stuff was never cleaned. I will not use again.

Just paid $38 for an interior and exterior car wash and noticed this when I got home. When I called for a refund, since I could afford the hour to get there and back to have this this fixed, I was informed I also need to go back in for that. Needless to say, my husband and I will no longer be going to prestige car wash.

The service is awesome from the first time going! My first time was taking my brand new Porsche Macan GTS 2020 to Prestige Car Wash!! Of course you can imagine me not dropping my brand new baby with just anyone. But they told me that they will hand wash (absolutely no brushes) and make sure that they will professionally clean the car. They did not disappoint They did an awesome job.The customer service from the entry, drop off, cashier to the delivery was very classy and made me feel welcomed! This is my new go to professional car wash establishment!They know me immediately when I drive up which makes a big difference in making me feel like a special client. My husband also had the clay bar treatment done to his car that was excellent.I highly recommend this car wash!

Excellent value for the cost and relatively quick turnaround. The location is fairly easy to get to. My lovely old car (88 E30) got literally covered with bird poop while overnighting under a large oak tree. With the prewash and deluxe car wash, my car looked good as new. Here is a bonus. They do not use amour all products on the interior; they use lexol instead, so there is no risk to having your dashboard crack.

I wanted to do a oil change with a carwash exactly like its advertised and they were super unmotivated and when i asked a question he said he doesn’t really wanna do it so i said ok and left.. but to the company if you don’t wanna do something then don’t advertise it!!

My absolute favorite place to get quick oil change. The complimentary car wash with vacuum is a definite plus. The mechanics do a nice job of recommending preventive maintenance which comes in handy. My car comes out super shiny, squeaky clean, and nice fragrance inside.

Sometimes they miss a spot. But, if you point it out, they make it right.

I received a full detailing at Prestige and it was fantastic. It was a little more expensive that I am used to, but you certainly get what you pay for. I can honestly say that my car is cleaner now that it was when I drove it off the car lot.

My 2010 red Toyota Prius was in desperate need of detailing - I mean really desperate. It had been sitting outside near oak trees for at least two months in the hot summer sun and it was a MESS. I honestly wasnt sure they would be able to get it looking decent again and was even concerned the paint might have been permanently damaged. Abraham helped me book a clay wax treatment and I left the car for the afternoon. It was finished on time and I was stunned at the amazing job Eric did restoring the shine. The inside was super clean as well. Cant speak highly enough of the excellent, professional job they did. Staff inside was helpful too, in keeping me up to date on when car would be completed. I will definitely be back!

The first time I went there they left the keys in my ignition and killed the battery is so dead I had to buy a new one. One year later I thought I would try them again and this time they shattered my Sideview mirror. I will never return since they made it very apparent it was my fault the mirror broke during the process of cleaning.

EVERY single time I come here when I get home I have to go behind the work and clean my car from dirt, stains, bugs missed. I have a garage kept car that doesn’t really get dirty so I don’t see why it’s so hard.

They always do a fantastic job, and restore my car to looking like it could be in the show room. And very inexpensive. I have a newer bmw and they take great care of it.

These guys always have excellent service. Literally didn’t finish writing this review before they pulled me from the leather couches in their air conditioned waiting room to tell me how they were gonna do work on my car. During my last oil change they were out of bottled water so they gave me a Capri Sun. I mean, come on...Capri Sun. Who doesn’t want to sip on that action while getting your oil changed.

All I can say is WOW!! They had my Infiniti looking brand new! As a Realtor, I spend most of the day in my car and its important to me to have it in pristine condition. I have been trusting Prestige with my baby for the last several years with the works car washes frequently and other services as needed. Abe recently recommended full detailing with the clay bar and I was honestly blown away by how amazing it looked... literally sparkling. I find them to be very honest, never trying to sell more than what is necessary and taking great care with any concerns. Good people, and always friendly customer service. Affordable, FRIENDLY, fast... I received excellent customer service from the time I pulled into the driveway till the time I left. The employees outside and inside were courteous and polite. I felt like they listened to my needs. I love the prices and feel like the quality of service is worth the dollars I spend. I highly recommend the Prestige Car Wash. I visited on a Friday afternoon, just after 1pm, and there wasnt a terrible wait.

I bought my 2018 Honda Accord in February. I have taken to Prestige Auto Wash every week since. Draco is very cool! He has taken care of us with washes, but recommended a wax after a few months. My car got waxed today by the detail guys and she looks so pretty!!! Thanks to the detail crew for making my baby look like 🔥!

When I use to work in Downtown Tampa, I would frequent this location and was happy with the work but I had an older car so any love that it received I was grateful for. Now that I have a new car, I am trying to keep the outside and interior in good shape now. With that being said, I came to Prestige expecting that same level of service. I left disappointed. I could have done a better wash on my own for a lot less. I was charged $3 extra for bugs on the front of my car. I dont know what was done but nothing looks different on the front of my vehicle. Then they didnt fully wipe down my vehicle. Why am I spending close to $30 on a car wash when there was still dirt on the outside that the guy wanted to say was a scratch when I had to point out it was dirt. Then I saw a scratch in my paint that wasnt there already. I wasnt happy and dont plan on going back. For the price you can go elsewhere. They didnt fully vacuum my seats and just, for someone on a tight budget, I expected for my car to look clean clean.
