She provided them with two car seats and a safe vehicle after their original car (at another company) was not available. After our long trip with two toddlers I left my new iPhone in the car. I didnt realize it until I was boarding for my flight. Maya got the phone and personally took it to UPS and shipped it back to me. I am so thankful for her, she went above and beyond. We had a great experience with our first time renting with Executive. Maya saved the day for our family after a not so great experience with another car rental company. On the spot, she got us all set up with the mini van and car seats we needed. She was polite and professional and sweet with our kiddos, who were ready to finally get out of the airport and go! She even took the time to help us with the car seat installation and get the a/c running so it was nice and cool for us newbies to the FL heat. The van was clean and ran great, easy rental and return. Great experience!

Great company! I was visiting Tampa from NC and other car rental companies were giving me problems Ive never experienced before anywhere else. I walked right up to Executive Car Rental counter and was helped immediately. They even had a new computer system and still was prompt. At the end of my vacation, I left my luggage in the back of the Rental by mistake. Executive walked my luggage to FedEx and sent it to me. So yes, Executive Car Remtal gets 8 stars from me.

MUST READ ! We recently tried to rent a car from this company. We had a confirmation # and all the dates for our vacation reserved at the Tampa international airport. When we arrived to the rental counter, we were told our major credit card was no longer excepted from executive ( but was excepted the year prior ). This was never disclosed to us until we arrived on site . All other rental companies except our card but were all booked ( understandably ) for our last minute rental needs. We had another card available that is in my wifes name ( she was with us btw ), but was told because the rental was in my name, it could not be used ! they left 6 of us STRANDED at the airport with NO ANSWERS or solutions ! We will NEVER use this company again ! Thank goodness for Enterprise rental, they found us a vehicle and saved our vacation !!

I recently scheduled a flight to Tampa for a business trip for my father and 2 of his coworkers. My father had a flight that was scheduled to land at 9:20pm. Executive called my father shortly before he was about to board his flight to confirm he would be at the Executive car rental counter before 10pm, because they said that was when they closed for the night. My father confirmed that his plane was going to land on time and he would have more than a half hour to spare to pick up his reserved vehicle. My father showed up at the Executive car rental counter at 9:35pm and NO ONE was there. My father tried calling the number that called him earlier, but no answer. We highly DO NOT recommend executive car rental.

I have been renting vehicles for 25 years now, both business and pleasure, and I have never had a bad experience until I tried using Executive at TPA. Essentially, this company ended up costing me around $550 extra. Not only would the girl behind the counter not accept my debit card as a form of payment, but she was extremely rude, arrogant and downright disrespectful about it. I went down to SIXT and they were able to set me up, but ended up paying around $750 for a 4 day car rental. My first and last impression of Executive, they absolutely suck and I would not recommend them to anyone!

I had an amazing experience going through Executive Car Rental! The pick up was very fast and easy. Danish, the man that assisted us, made the process a breeze. The documents were clearly explained and the process was made simple. We were also upgraded free of charge to a nicer vehicle because there was one available. The drop off process was also extremely quick and easy. I have never personally rented a car before (although I have been through the process with others) and to have such a great and personable experience was much appreciated.

I called to notify them that I was going to be 4 hrs past my return time. My daily rate to begin with was $30.00. For the additional 4 hours they want to charge me $60.00 - twice the rate for 4hours!!! This was my first and last time renting with them.

We rented from ace but there was a 2 hour line, she offered to work it out with ace and rent us a car from her instead. Ace = Horrible Executive = Efficient

I have used Executive on a number of occasions at Tampa International Airport. Their prices are very reasonable. I use them so often after a trip there last December I received an email coupon for 10% off my next rental. It clearly stated the 3 options to redeem the coupon. Upon making a reservation (which there is no place to use it during an online reservation). Or print it or show the email on your device at pickup. I chose the latter, only to be told by the manager on duty that he had no way to redeem the coupon. The only option given was to call, and take time out of my vacation to deal with customer service. I received a survey on day 3 of my vacation and chose to send a message to the company explaining the issue.Update, I have been contacted by customer service and they more than took care of my complaint. A+ effort. I will certainly use them again in the future.

My rental experience with Executive at Tampa Airport was excellent. On initial check in our agent Amanda was extremely helpful and professional. On arrival back at Tampa on departure, we were checked in by Walter who again was extremely polite and helpful. Both agents went the extra mile to ensure the experience was relaxed and stress-free. I think that executive appear are professional than most other companies we have used over recent years.Will definitely use them again!

Be very careful when you rent from this company. They promise you a better car for writing a good review when you go to pick the car up. They added a charge for tolls without asking if we needed it. We never went on a toll road during our trip. We contacted their corporate office and were told that their people would never add charges without explaining them to us. This was absolutely not the case. They also hold on to your deposit far longer than they have any right to. We will never rent from them again. I also see that they responded here saying they have no record of having done business with us. Thats kind of shady, I would say, since we absolutely did rent a car from them.

I was immediately greeted by staff. There were so friendly and spoke in Spanish which it was great. They made my car rental experience awesome. The rental pickup was efficient and fast. The guy at the car pickup below was amazing as well, he also upgraded my car and made me feel welcomed. I would absolutely use this place again.

The young Man Bryan at the front counter was multi-tasking with two other customers, He acknowledged me, took my paper work and sent me out to the Car (which was fantastic). I often rent vehicles for work trips and over the last year had several bad experiences with other companiesAfter using this company Executive three times, I realized the customer service here is better and this company offers the same vehicles for a much cheaper rate than I previously paid with my other company. I could have save thousands if I had switched a year ago. They give great deals for repeat customers even free upgrades. I found my favorite car rental company.

I had a great experience renting a car from Executive Car Rental. The compact car we obtained was clean, no smoke smell. Good gas mileage. Friendly staff. It had a minor check tire pressure sign that would not go away but we were informed beforehand that it should not be an issue and that they verified the tires air pressure. I would rent from them again! No qualms.

The service is good. although my Florida driver license is discriminated, the people behind the counter explained everything for me with patience. Check-in time is way too long for me who has a Florida driver license. However, they said it will be fast next time as they have all my info in the computer. The car is very clean in a good shape. everything is good except Florida driver license part.

The manager, danish, was super nice and friendly. I couldn’t get my personal insurance information to load on my phone so he called my insurance company himself and verified I had the right coverage for the rental vehicle. He even upgraded me for free for making me wait till he did all that. Excellent service and would definitely rent from them again.

This place is awesome! Not only did they rent me a beautiful car using my debit card, they also charged me the lowest price in town. Buyers beware. This is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with.I used them a few years ago and they added an additional charge that I saw once I got my credit card statement. There was not reason for the charge, they claimed it was for an additional day..Mistakenly, I did not recognize their name a few years later and I used them again. I brought the car back within the window of time that the front desk told me I had and they charged me an extra day because they said I was 45 minutes late from the 24 hour period. The front desk told me I had a grace period of an hour when I checked in.I disputed the extra day charge with my credit card company and they credited my card for the extra day. The next month i had the extra day charge added on and an additional fee of $25. I am currently disputing those charges but I warn you they are rude and ruthless. Stay away from them.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Initial vehicle didnt quite fit our needs so we went in to see what we could do. They were able to get us in the perfect vehicle for our trip and did so in a matter of minutes. The entire staff was pleasant and downright entertaining in their humor. The guys at this location are outstanding! The Saturday pickup was crowded and busy but they acknowledged us numerous times and handled the situation with a smile, gave us water and good customer service. The car was clean and ready in less than 15 minutes. Drop off was great they even help you unload the luggage and got a wheelchair for my mother. I highly recommend them.

I had a sedan and needed more space to accommodate a total of 6 people including myself. I spoke to a representative named Bryan and he was very professional. He was able to book me the perfect vehicle and answered all my questions. I am renting a vehicle from Tuesday to Saturday. Will update about checking out the car and returning process when I return. But so far everything is amazing.

I rent from this location on a regular basis. The service is always prompt, and they have really stepped up how they treat their customers. They are always friendly and Im greeted with a smile, which is nice after the stresses of flying. As with all rental companies, have your required information, and do a walk around when you accept the car. (Cell service is spotty so screenshot/download your documents before you get to the counter to save time)

My last rental was a weekend deal at a great rate, when I arrived at the terminal at 8:30am the level of car I had selected wasnt available. Rather than have me wait, they upgraded me 3 levels for the same price. When picking up the car, Maria was genuinely warm, friendly, and informative. We were treated as guests instead of customers. Kent handed us our car keys, inspected the vehicle with us, and wished us a happy journey.The car was maintained, very clean, and handled well.It was when we returned the car that we understood how much this facility cares about their customers.Apparently, I left a glove behind in the car. We had already walked to the departure tram, which was arriving shortly. Kent had found the glove, and RAN the entire distance to catch us and return the glove. Made a reservation for my husband and they took him through hoops before he could get the vehicle. We had to not only provide our current insurance but binders that showed that our coverage covered rentals even though we are covered through our American Express card. Then we find out they put a $2000 hold for a 24 hour rental. I won’t be renting this company again!

Great customer service, lots of smile and quick service. We decided very late to rent cars for the weekend . Most places were sold out and their prices were prohibitive. However, at this location we were able to get 2 altimas with less than 10k mileage and very reasonable price. They were the best and we will be definitely going back to do business again.

When I arrived at the desk to pick up my rental car I was told that my reservation was cancelled . I asked why was it cancelled and I spoke to a CSR the day before my flight and I confirmed my arrival time at 3pm. The lady at the desk said someone tried calling me the morning of my flight and was unable to leave a voice message that my reservation was not valid. She further noted that if I wanted to rebook the rate would be $220 + taxes. Before she could finish I said the total for my reservation for 3 days was going to cost $150 and there is no way I’m paying that much. I asked to speak with a manager. The manager Syed Bilal was very apologetic and extremely helpful. He was going back and forth trying to get us a car but was unable to, one car company said they would give us $400 per day ohhhhh wheeeee! I gave up and said we were going to take a Uber to our hotel. Shortly after, I arrived at the hotel I was contacted by another manager she apologized and stated that she had a car for us and we can pick it up immediately. Syed Bilal didn’t have to go through all this trouble, but he did. What a wonderful employee every business wants especially during this time. Thank you again Mr. Bilal.

Professional and friendly throughout my trip to Florida. Stephanie explained my rental agreement very well and recommended their SunPass, which saved me a lot of money. I absolutely love this location. All the gentleman I’ve dealt with there are very professional and courteous. This is the only location I visit in tampa airport. Even when they are booked and out of cars they go above and beyond. I definitely found the best car rental place for me.

The company doesn’t take third-party insurance so I had to deal with trying to get my money back after reserving on Priceline. And, they make you pay a $250 deposit hold (only company I’ve seen with this large of a hold). They also made me call my insurance company USAA to verify my insurance (card not good enough). I also reserved mid-size and I was given a small Kia Soul. Will not rent from them again. Inconvenient and didn’t even give me the right car.

My dad rented a car this week. he is having a very hard time, very stressed and was anticipating a long wait. However, it went way better than expected. I was a bit skeptical at first. Executive Car Rental were very professional. The vehicle I rented was fairly new and very clean. The owner takes pride in his Staff and vehicles. I would recommend this company to rent from because it was very affordable. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the vehicle we rented was a bit dirty on the inside upon pickup. The vehicle also was slightly damaged on the exterior & we had a tough time getting the vehicle we wanted (the vehicle the initial reservation stated we would receive.) Maria, however was extremely accommodating and we thank her for that. All in all, solid experience and would recommend if your on a tight budget.

I rarely write bad reviews unless it was really bad. Here is my advice: Dont bother with this company. If you dont take my word for it, just read all the 1 star reviews. It will just cause you more headache than its worth the money you may save (which you will probably wont) . It just not worth it. There are much better car rental companies. This is the worst Ive ever used.Here is the list of all the things that went wrong.1. The gave me a car that wasnt what I requested (a mini van, which the sound system was broken).2. They charged me for a toll fee that I never used it. Even though they swore that my drive to Orlando was needed, since they dont take cash anymore. There are no tools from Tampa to Orlando.3. After I returned the car, they called me saying that window was cracked. which it never happened. The van was already in a beat up shape.4. I asked the lady to send me picture of the the crack in the window and she never did.5. Its been over two weeks and I still have receive my $250 deposit back.6. I tried calling them multiple times and its almost impossible to get them on the phone. I still have not gotten any explanation to why I have not gotten my deposit back.I think thats how their business model works. They have very low prices, but it will make any excuse to charge you more or not give your deposit back. You will end paying more than if you with a better reputable company.Save yourself a headache and rent a car from a different company.

Ive had great experience with this company. Mostly the customer service. Pony, really puts you at ease and accommodates your difficult needs. Very professional and prices are very comparable. I do a lot of traveling and Ive experienced horrible service with similar competitors. I would highly recommend this company. **My boyfriends recommendation** put motorcycles in your fleet!! 👍

Quick and easy. Check the local gas prices in advance. Their prepaid fuel rate is way cheaper and pretty decent so you dont need to worry about filling up before drop off

Maria was very helpful at the counter! I had a issue with my radio and they gladly gave me a different car! Upgraded me right away! Max was very helpful with that. Mike who also helped get the car swapped out was also very helpful! Will go thru these guys every time for a rental car!

Max did a great job checking us in and explaining our options. The guy who turned over the car before we left did a through job cleaning it and pointing out small scratches and minor dents. All in all it was a pleasant experience and the car is perfect.
