I booked my car weeks ahead of time at the best price on the internet. When we arrived at the airport, there were no lines at the Enterprise desk and processing took just a few minutes. Likewise, no wait at drop off. Agents were all friendly and very knowledgeable. Ive already booked my rental with Enterprise for my next trip!
I highly recommend Enterprise. Everything went smoothly. We had a small issue our second day. No worries though. Once I called and explained the situation, Enterprise stepped up and took care of the issue. I will always choose Enterprise as my car rental source!
I found my experience at Enterprise in the Tampa Airport to be extremely easy. I had loaded my license and payment information online before I arrived. All I had to do was walk up to a kiosk at their location in the airport to complete the transaction. Then we were instructed to go down a level to meet a rep to pick up the car. I noticed as we walked past other car rental businesses, there were lines. I was relieved we had chosen Enterprise instead. There was no wait and we had our pick of vehicles waiting for us. Return was very simple too. We collected our things while the rep created a receipt for us, he emailed it to me, and then I was able to continue on to the terminal.

Easy to book through the Mobil app. My initial reservation cost was over $900 but I kept checking back and making new reservations and got it down to $315 for a full week just before the start of our trip in mid August. We saved over $600 and I was thrilled. This was for a minivan out of TPA. I love that I can make and cancel my reservations at no cost - this made it easy for me to secure the best price for my rental. The car was in good shape and easy to drive- no issues. Costumer service was satisfactory.

I have used Enterprise in the past for rentals near my house. There is an Enterprise close by and convenient. I have always had a good experience with all employees in person and on the phone. This past week was no exception and actually one of the best experiences I have ever had with any company. My flight was canceled last minute and I was rerouted to Tampa (was supposed to fly into Orlando).I called the 800 number with my original confirmation number and explained the situation and they were able to just simply change my pickup location to Tampa. There was a $200 extra drop off fee but I was in a pinch and needed to get the car to drive to Orlando. When my flight arrived in Tampa at 1AM, I was greeted at the Enterprise counter by the friendliest and most professional staff. I explained my situation and the manager on duty waived my drop off fee. When I went down to pick up my car I was again greeted by a very friendly and professional person who gave me a choice of 5 different cars and allowed my family and I to try and fit all of our luggage in the trunk before we picked a car.After the nightmare I had with my flight, it was nice to have a pleasant experience with my rental car company. Very nice team at the Tampa Bay International Airport location. Erin was kind enough to write me out directions to an area hospital. Ashley extended my rental agreement without any problems. Choosing the car that I wanted was easy. Dropping off the rental was easy as well. Overall it was a smooth and easy experience to get a rental car from Enterprise.This is why I continue to utilize Enterprise for all of my rental car needs.
Honestly, its usually difficult to give 5 stars to most companies, but Enterprise took care of us so well we will definitely come back. We got a flat tire as soon as we arrived to North Carolina from Florida and Enterprise took care of AAA coming out, mainly because there was no jack in the car to change the tire myself, but they didnt scoff and offered a discount for the inconvenience as well. The entire process was quick and easy. Will definitely return!
I was greeted as soon as I walked up and was assisted with printing out my reservation. I was then directed to the garage where I was greeted right away and escorted right to an extremely clean van. The pick up and drop off process was super easy and fast. I have waited in line 1 hour plus with other companies, and this process took about 5 minutes. Felt awesome walking past all of the other car companies with huge lines! I reserved a Mustang convertible and with the shortage of rental cars I was worried they would try to give me a different car, but no issues and had a great time with the Mustang. Highly recommend!
I’m self employed and in years past, when I needed to rent a car I’d go on one of the many sites on the net and find the lowest price. Two yeas ago I had an unpleasant experience. My plans changed I called to cancel and that rental agency said they do not accept cancellations. What?? That’s when I started using Enterprise all of the time. Fantastic customer service, variety of vehicles available (one time was put in a high end luxury car for the price of midsize b/c of low inventory). In my most recent experience I was rear ended at a traffic light. When I returned the vehicle with the police report of ticketing the other driver, the agent glanced at the car and then was immediately very attentive about ascertaining that I was okay. Who does that?ENTERPRISE, the only choice!
The difference Enterprise provides is its customer service. So much of business travel can leave one feeling theyre being herded like cattle. Enterprise always personalizes the rental experience, always provides you with a personal contact you can reach out to any time during the rental, and always asks for feedback on my experience renting from them. Any time I ever need extra assistance, Enterprise is always there, responsive and focused on my immediate need. I cant say enough about the difference compared to other car rental companies.
Over the years, I have learned that when it comes to using rental vehicles, Enterprise is my best choice. They may not be the absolute cheapest, but all things considered (reliability, service, fleet quality, etc.), Enterprise is my best bet. Using their app streamlines the entire process from beginning to end and their customer service is unbeatable. Their personnel are just a wonderful group of friendly, attentive people that are always eager to serve no matter what time of night or day. I won’t consider using anyone else!
The car was not cleaned or sanitized there was left over trash from the previous rental. Also the car itself had a malfunction with the windows going up and down on its own.
Rented a minivan last week from TPA. This was the easiest rental Ive encountered. Taylor was absolutely wonderful and very helpful at the desk. Drop off was a breeze as well. No extra charges either!
Highly recommend this facility at Tampa Airport! Walked right up to the counter; they had my reservation along with multiple choices of vehicles. The mini van was extremely clean and the personnel were awesome! Also, received an email an hour before my reservation time with a confirmation that they were holding my vehicle.
I dropped off my rental at Tampa International Airport on Friday 8/20 and over the weekend, I realized I left a few items in the car. I submitted a lost item report, which is still pending. However, I had reason to be at the airport today and had the luck of speaking with Zac, the location manager, at the check-in line. He didnt just call downstairs or act like a drone... he walked me down to the garage, located the items, and handed them off to me... all with a smile and a grateful attitude for my patronage. Service like that is rarely found these days and sets a great example to his employees. Enterprise, if you pay attention to these reviews, that kid deserves a promotion and a raise.
The Yukon we rented was very nice. It was also very easy to check in at the rental counter and get to our car. We did not have to wait in line and the guy helping was very nice. The only issue was the Yukon was not cleaned very well. There was sand in the back seat and something sticky had been spilled on the middle seat and not cleaned up.

Great experience. I reserved a Nissan Rogue and to my Surprise was up graded to an Infinity QX80. Took less than 5 minutes to pick up my vehicle and took less than a minute to drop it off. Will definitely be using Enterprise for all my future rentals
This was my 3rd time renting from Enterprise. Each time was fine and as expected, but this Tampa airport location process was much quicker and streamlined. I checked in at the contactless machine. They had several cars ready. Check in and check out was really simple. Great experience.
Check in process was a breeze. I walked up to a kiosk, entered my information and was out the door in about 5 minutes. As I was walking towards the rental cars, I noticed long lines everywhere else. I was able to get a car within minutes and was on my way. The car itself was great and returning the car was extremely easy too. All in all, a great experience.
Tequila, our reservation agent, was awesome! We didn’t have a reservation and that didn’t matter! She took excellent care of us and our Dodge Journey was just what we needed for our extended family!I had a reservation with another company and the line was soo long that I moved to Enterprise. I’m thrilled with the whole experience!Especially when I returned the car at 4am and there was an agent waiting for me so I could tell her that the oil change light and alert was activated.

This was the smoothest rental that I have ever booked. When we arrived, (our pickup was Tampa Airport) we were able to lookup our reservation on one of the kiosks. So absolutely NO waiting.. Every time I have come to Tampa and rented a car, I have dreaded the experience as I would have to wait in a long line for at least an hour. Half the time, the vehicle that I had rented. (normally MONTHS in advance, was not available) As soon as we chose our options, the kiosk printed our reservation info and we were off to the parking garage to get our van. The van (Toyota Sienna) drove beautifully and was very clean. The only issue that we had was that the mirrors would not adjust via the toggle switch, and I had to pull over to manually adjust them. (My fault- obviously I should have checked them before I left the garage!) When we returned our rental, the process was quick and efficient. We pulled into the garage and they immediately checked the van and took the keys. When I informed them about the mirrors, they apologized and applied a very fair discount in which I was not expecting! The rep was very friendly and handed me my receipt so we could catch our flight. I will never use any company other than enterprise after this amazing experience! Thanks so much!!
We always rent from Enterprise when traveling and this time was no different. Tequila was our agent at the Enterprise Airport location and she was great. It was a holiday weekend and her customer service was on point and she was quick to get us in and out!
We have used Enterprise several times and the staff are very friendly and efficient. Vehicle was clean and very well maintained; we chose a pick up truck because it was the better value for a larger sized vehicle which we prefer.Only minor issue was wait time; this couldve been avoided if we check in online or kiosk but were reluctant to do this. There were only two counter staff and a third (assume possibly supervisor) came out briefly to entice people to use kiosk. He stayed only long enough to help two customers begin using kiosk before he left. We may have also used the kiosk if he had stuck around; wouldve thought he wouldve opened another counter check in to assist the other staff with the many customers still waiting in line.
Checkin was very smooth and quick! Employees were kind and helpful. Checked on us throughout our rental period via email and helped make changes due to flight changes. Return process was even easier! Highly recommend!

I usually have a great experience with Enterprise. But the car I had this time had some driving had some issues with accelerating. I meant to call in and say something, but my family and I was enjoying our trip in Florida and it kept slipping my mind. So I just let the representative know when I checked it back in on my departure day.
After a terrible experience with our original rental company we decided to give Enterprise a shot! Fantastic experience. We arrived at Tampa International airport and had reserved a car from Budget. (I should have known better...) Our flight arrived just after midnight and when we got to the rental car center we were told by a Budget employee that there were NO cars left. About 25 people - some with young children - were saying, we have a reservation and the response was, no cars left. We immediately went to Enterprise where I had rented vehicles for business and was able to rent a car. I believe that they accommodated every person in line! Service was fantastic and they were patient and professional. THANK YOU for stepping up when your competitor created so much stress! Lesson learned - ENTERPRISE ALWAYS!!!

Once we arrived in Tampa Fl. we wanted to quickly get to the Car Rental and start our journey. I was wondering if there was going to be a long wait for the Car Rental. NOT....Pre-Reservations made the check in SO EASY. % minutes we were on our way to pick up the Car Rental. 15 Minutes tops and we were in our Rental with the AC on high and on the road.Drop off was even easier..Well be renting from Enterprise again on our next trip which is in 3 weeks....I hope I will get some sort of coupon or discount for returning back to EnterpriseThanks,Happy Customer
People are always great with Enterprise. Im always willing to pay a little bit more for Enterprise because the people are highly trained and the premium I put on the brand. But their policies turn their product into a commodity...they arent any better or worse than any of their competitors....they just charge a little more. So, Ive been an exclusive, loyal customer for the past 10 years, but Ill only do business with them moving forward when they are the cheapest or have the best vehicle for the price.My experience this past week with them was unsatisfactory. I was on vacation in Florida, with a weekly rental price of $650 for the vehicle...It was priced a little more than the competitors, but that is ok to pay a little more for the service. I was forced to fly home one day early from an different airport than I had flown into (it was 60 miles from the original airport Sarasota vs Tampa). I called the customer service department to see if I could do this, after an original mix up (I could not understand the customer service rep due to their accent...they spoke English, but it was tough to understand), I was told it would be an additional $500+ to drop the vehicle off at an airport rental return that was 60 miles from the originating rental facility.....I asked why such a premium to do so and they responded it was their policy and all they could do. Regardless of the fact the original rental facility had plenty of vehicles and rented them cheaper than the Sarasota facility who was out of vehicles. So just to clarify, Enterprise would not let me return the vehicle to a facility that needed vehicles and charged more from them instead making me return it to the original facility who had plenty of vehicles. So I returned it a day early and just Uberd to the new airport. It was a commodity driven decision and from now forward I wont be an Enterprise brand loyalist. For the record, all the people I dealt with were great.
My son and I went to the rental counter and the car was ready. I asked if they had a car equipped with GPS. She contacted a lady in the garage and asked her to direct us to a car with GPS. She provided us with a BMW with GPS.Both ladies were very friendly and professional. They took care of us so quickly.Im retired now but in my old job I traveled all over and always had to wait for my rental car. The process was slow but this experience was the fastest and friendliest Ive ever experienced.I would definitely rent from Enterprise again.

When arriving at the airport, tired from your travels, collecting your luggage, and taking the train to the rental cars, youre pretty frazzled. When we arrived at Enterprise, we were immediately greeted by an associate who preceeded to help me through the rental process at the kiosk. We had a very easy experience with Enterprise & our rental car. Check-in was easy, we had a choice of several vehicles. It was not the most luxurious ride, but it served its purpose - got us from point A to point B. Luckily, we prepaid for gas, which was good because apparently there was a gas shortage during that time! Returning the car was even easier! No hassles, cost was exactly what we were expecting.

I reserved my SUV a couple of days before our trip to Tampa. We checked in at the Kiosk which was an easy process. A representative was waiting for us to show which vehicle we could select from. Very easy process and reasonably prices.
Making reservation online was super easy.PIcking car up at airport - we were SO GRATEFUL Enterprise was OPEN since our flight got in very late (after midnight). All other counters were CLOSED! The customer service reps at counter were super nice,, patient and informative.Getting car in airport garage was a breeze as was returning it.Only issue was that when we woke up the next day and saw the vehicle in the daylight, we discovered a big scratch on the side. Would have appreciated a walk thru when we picked the vehicle up so we could be assured we would not be liable for that since we did not cause it.I will definitely rent from Enterprise again.
Everything with enterprise usually goes smooth without a hitch. I understand that the exact car rented may change, however in what world is a German sports sedan the same as a Japanese luxury ish car? An audi A5 sport back is in a different class than an infinity Q50. The attendant whos name was Julian at the pickup counter was more than helpful, hes an asset to your team. Again the or similar for German car should be another German car.

Very easy to go thru the pick up process. I used the self serve kiosk, easy & quick, went to the lot with my paperwork. I was greeted with a friendly face and taken to my choice of vehicles. I have never had such an AMAZING rental experience! From picking up at Tampa, streamlined no fuss, guy at counter gave me paper told me to go down escalator and someone would be there to further assist me! Got down she looked at my paper said “pick any car down that isle keys are in it! “ that we did picked any car we wanted in our class! Drove away! Car was decent, price was ok considering everything is high right now! Check back in was just as easy ! Not sure if it was just Tampa or if enterprise has changed they way they do things but lord that was the best success I have EVER had at getting in and out quick and painless! Took longer to get our bags!

Enterprise was great on our trip. First, we had to modify our reservation because the airline changed our flight. Enterprise was able to modify our pick up and return times and we were able to get the same vehicle. The vehicle was ready upon our arrival at midnight. We were able to select the exact truck we wanted and were out of there in 10 minutes. The return was equally as smooth with a price that was quoted to us with no add on charges. Enterprise has consistently provided this type of service - thats why we always use them ad no other.

I’ve never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to get my car. The cars are always great and drop off at the airport couldn’t be any quicker and easier than it already is! I reserved a Regular size pick-up, but once I arrived to my destination I was told the regular size pick-up trucks were on recall. I was not offered a discount on my rental. I requested a partial refund via email after my rental and have not heard from anyone.I have been a customer of Enterprise for several years and definitely disappointed. I am very dissatisfied with my car rental from enterprise.
The rental was fine. Using the kiosk to pick up the vehicle was complicated and unclear. Not user friendly. Returning the vehicle was fine.
Unfortunate to have an issue with the unit we first have.. but customer service was not very helpful on the phone who directed and asaured us to avail the replacement unit from the nearest branch which turns out to be false and have to travel back to Tampa airport for the replacement unit... and was not even given a discount for the first day loss. 🙄😵

After a horrific experience with a different rental company, we took our business to Enterprise and were beyond grateful that we did. The rental was much more affordable and the service was next level. Tequila promptly and gracefully assisted us with the papereork and provide humor and recommendations after coming from a stressful interaction with the previous rental company. We will definitely be using Enterprise for all trips in the future!
Not recommended for those who do not like smoked in cars!!! Here is my problem. I chose Enterprise because they offered the ‘no smoking’ cars. When we arrived the only two cars in our class were very smoked in. we took one, but each day we had bad headaches. This continued on to sinus infections. I called 6 times during the vacation to resolve. During 3 calls, the customer service people tried to get in touch with Tampa Enterprise rental car at the airport to ensure you had something that would work. They said no one ever picked up the phone at the Tampa location. This was my experience too as I made many calls. Customer service said to go back to the location without any promise of them holding a car. We are about an hour away from the Tampa airport. So as the week went on, we were unable to get anything else to replace our very smoked in car. I called the near by enterprise locations too, and they were sold out. I have now spent more than 6 hours trying to resolve this. It dampened my vacation. We were trying Enterprise one more time after a horrible experience in Richmond Va. But clearly I need to find other vendors. There has not been any resolution to this concern including after returning the car.Not only was it smoked in, but the windshield wipers washers would not work (after buying fluid on my own). The tires were marginally safe. I also called enterprise roadside service twice and they were not able to help me.
My overall experience was fantastic. Original reservation was at a downtown Tampa location on N Nebraska. My flight was rescheduled which got me in after this location closed. I was advised to call the Tampa Airport location as they now have vehicle availability. Called TPA and the reservation was made smoothly. Called back to downtown Tampa to cancel original reservation and this too went smoothly. Kudos to the downtown Tampa CSR for her suggestion. Pickup and return of the vehicle was seamless. Will use Enterprise for all of my out of town transportation needs.
Because my travel was unplanned and moment by moment, I had not created a reservation for a car until I was at my airport destination. When I approached the friendly rep at the TPA Enterprise desk, I asked to rent a car using my points. Mike told me that points reservations were made either online or by phone. He provided me a number to call. When I stepped away and call the Enterprise number given, the voice message told me that the reservation office was closed…”Call back tomorrow.”I returned to the counter, and again spoke with Mike who helped me rent a car. Mike told me to call the number the next day and ask their help in converting my rental fee to points.When I reached someone at the number the next day, I was told that Enterprise couldn’t convert the rental fee to points because the RA had already been created.It is disappointing to find that what would seem to be an easy task for someone to perform…covering the rental fee with accrued points…is not possible.

When I arrived at the airport of my destination, they had kiosks for me to enter my information to receive the car that I reserved and I was on my way to receive my rental car. When I was exiting the area I noticed that most of the other car rental places had long lines and no kiosks. Also, they gave me a VERY nice car which was above what I had reserved. It was a pleasure to drive the vehicle that they provided. Enterprise treats me well.
Reservation process went fine. After getting the notification of a fine if some smoked in the vehicle... the car already stank of stale smoke. Not sure how they would have know if we had smoked in it. Returning the car was convenient. Got an emailed recent quickly but was charged for a full tank of gas. Has to call and explain that I picked it up with 3/4 tank and returned the same. Took a couple minutes of waiting on the phone but they removed the charge. So overall food experience other than the smell of stale smoke in the car.
We picked our rental car up at the Tampa airport. Fee to drive across the country and drop in Palm Springs airport approx $2,000. In Dallas we had a family emergency and my wife had to leave the road trip and fly to Spokane. I called to see if I could turn car in at Dallas airport — was told the additional fee would be $6,000 dollars. So I drove to Palm Springs. I called enterprise upon return and they could not explain 6k additional quote. They need to address this as customer can’t be left with excessive fees if emergency causes a change in drop off.

We had an issue with fitting our 4 bags in the suv that said it could fit 4 bags, but they were nice enough to get us another vehicle, at no extra charge, that would accommodate us. It was a very pleasant experience.
Had a very smooth rental. Tequila was very friendly and efficient at the counter and had us on our way in no time.
Very straightforward rental, however the additional fees added to my bill for the sunpass (which amounted to higher than the actual tolls) was not communicated to me and a surprise on my follow up bill.
The staff that we came in contact with at TPA were fantastic. Thomas at the Enterprise check in counter was very professional and quick at getting us to our car. Mateo had a great attitude and made us laugh. He provided directions to exit the airport and, again, was very professional. I don’t know the name of the gentleman who we returned the car to but he was very helpful and professional, as well! For these reasons, this is why I return to Enterprise every time we travel. Rental prices are very good, too, which are very important to me!
Excellent customer service. Car cleaned and sanitize completely. This is my go to car rental company when traveling.
After a fully paid rental with Budget at Tampa airport they refused to let me take my card because I paid with a debit/credit card!! I walked right upstairs to Enterprise and the lady was wonderful and set me up immediately using the same payment I used with Budget! NEVER again will I choose anyone other than Enterprise!!
The service at Enterprise at the Tampa location was great. We used the kiosk instead of a agent, that process was smooth. Went to the car area and the gentleman who waited on us was awesome and very friendly. He had great customer service skills. This location had plenty of vehicles to choose from and a variety of cars, suvs and trucks to pick from.
The staff at the front desk in the Tampa International Airport, John and Kierra, were incredibly friendly, personable and efficient. But the reps over the phone were not as invested. I had to call twice because the first agent didnt even save my reservation. When I called back the second time, the next rep had an attitude. Enterprise, youve got some work to do.

Your services were great. We try and always use your services. Upon arrival, we ordered a compact car, but after searching for our car for a few minutes, the representative quickly found another car that he said would upgrade us into. Rented a mid size suv. Check engine light came on. Exchanged vehicle at the nearest enterprise where I was staying. Then the new vehicle had a slow leak in one of the tires. Took it to same enterprise I exchanged vehicles Enterprise said when it’s off hours take it to a Firestone near my hotel. It was a nail in the tire . By the time Firestone waiting for approval and getting a new tire.installed It was 2 hours at Firestone. When I dropped off the car at the airport the sales rep deducted $100 off the initial bill
It is only fair that after a recent bad experience with Enterprise in Ft. Myers that I write a good review for them for Tampa. Bottom line, all my expectations were met when renting a vehicle from Enterprise in Tampa:1. The car we received was in the class we asked for.2. The car was clean - inside and out.3. The attendant took us to the car and did an inspection with us.4. The attendant was courteous and friendly.5. The car itself was fine for our needs on this trip and we had no problems with it.6. Return of the car was fast and easy.Good job Tampa crew!
We only used Enterprise because almost all the other rental cars at Tampa airport had not so good reviews. it wasnt the cheapest car but well worth it. A very good experience, very little wait time, personable staff.We picked up and dropped off at the Tampa airport, the car was ready when we got there, clean, no funky odors. We actually were offered a couple different cars in the same price range. We Paid to return the vehicle on empty and that worked out good for us since we put a lot of miles on the car. Id rent Enterprise again.
Its was great experience from the moment i picked up car to drop off staff friendly and helpful asked about my trip wish me safe travels it was just awesome
The customer service representative that helped us was so helpful and we got through quickly and off to vacation. We rented two vans and both were clean and great vehicles. Easy to return and get back to the airport.
