If I could post more than 5 stars I would!Having never utilized a storage company service before, I was blown away by the welcoming nature of Aila when I went in for the first time. She went above and beyond my expectations of service and she really created an amazing first impression.My second impression- JUST AS AMAZING!I was again impressed by the advice and knowledge Aila had, but also Jonathan! They both answered any questions I had and were both extremely helpful.In conclusion, I will be taking my business no where else, as the welcoming nature of the managers really sold it for me!Also, the storage units are immaculate, climate controlled and with great security.I totally recommend!

This is the best storage unit we have ever rented and probably the most cost effective too. We reserved the unit online. The check in process was the most wonderful experience we have ever had a storage facility. Aila checked us in and she was absolutely great. She explained everything, showed us the unit before, and even helped us make sure our door-code worked before sending us on our way. She was so cheerful and kind to my husband and I.The rest of the day we moved our belongings into the unit and we never had any issues finding a parking spot, or cart to move our stuff, and never got held up at the elevator. (They provide various sized carts so there is no need to make a million trips.)Thank you again Aila for all your help and awesome customer service!Pro-Tip: Check their website for online offers. (That is how we got our great deal)

Jonathan was amazing! He got me in and out explained everything and I was on my way. The place is air conditioning very clean and simple access. They even offer free truck moving up to 30 miles free. Not a bad deal so if you looking for a clean environment to store your belongs this is a nice place to do so.

I have been renting from Life Storage since they took the building over from Seminole heights storage.Jonathan and Aila are GREAT!!! They are always Professional and Polite. The Building is always clean and in order. Do NOT EVER get rid of these 2. They are a Great Team!!!As long as they are at this location this is one bill I do not have a problem paying. I really look forward to seeing them on the first of the month. Keep up the GREAT job you 2.

I actually have stuff stored here! So much better than public storage! Its climate controlled, smells like a brand new building. Amazing customer service and the walk ways are all named after streets in Tampa! I think thats so cool lol so I walk down Nebraska Avenue to go down Bayshore by my to my storage lmao. Walk ways have Street names so u might get a storage on Overstreet Ave lmao

Life storage they are the best Better than any storage room I ever had. The dest clerks they are awesome very perlite very good attitude they are very helpful whatever you need anything that you need help they always there if it just questions they always got a good answer Im not going nowhere Im still here I want to stay. Ive been with them for a couple months now and I really enjoy my storage room and the people that I work with they didnt just put me in there and didnt explain to me everything they always there when you need them. The process to reserve a storage unit online was easy although it is easy to get lost in the building once you are in.

Today I went to rent a storage and I felt so welcomed into the facility that it made me feel wanted. The Associate manager gave me such a wonderful tour of the facility she even showed me where my storage was located. She was so much of a help and I just loved seeing her happy face unlike some people that dont even smile or welcome you. This storage was the best one yet and i would definitely recommend this to others.

Was given inaccurate information the day I signed up for my unit that if I moved out on the 1st that I wouldnt be charged for another month. Once it was near the 1st I called to verify and told i would have to be out 2 days before the 1st in order to not be charged for another month. I was also under the impression that my card would be automatically charged monthly based on information given by the frontdesk worker. I was not automatically charged and am now being charged a late fee that lifestorage refuses to waive.They also beg customers to leave 5 star reviews which is probably why their reviews are inflated.Edit: after being sent to collections I had to get back in contact with life storage. They transferred me to their regional manager who was extremely rude and belittling over the phone. After going above him and explaining my situation to an executive the guy calls me back leaving a voice message that he apologizes, he misunderstood and the issue was taken care of.I would avoid this company at all costs.
