Had my wife’s car break down while getting my car serviced at Lexus. Chris was prompt and on time. Very friendly, upfront with cost and in and out within 40 mins. I couldn’t be happier as with towing you have long wait times and or rude drivers who don’t care but that’s not the case with Chris. Should we need a tow again, we will definitely be calling and asking for him.

They were professional fast and helped me out huge!! I need a tow late for my Tesla, not only did he tow it he came back and moved it for me after he had already dropped it. I had to move the car about 6inches so the Tesla would reach the charging port. He was the best, great customer service and would recommend a tow if you need one with them!

Towed my girlfriend’s car on short notice that was in a tough spot, was professional as well. Definitely appreciate the service and highly recommend. Also gave us recommendations on where we could get some body work done. Once again appreciate the service.

This tow service is not a good place to get your car towed at they came with the wrong tow truck that I didnt know cuz Im not a tow truck driver mess my muffler up and then ask me if I have proof then when you call they are very rude the guy just left me hanging on the phone

They towed my vehicle from a parking spot that did not state it was a tow away zone. The tow away notice is located at the very front of the apartment complex but not at the actual parking space. They towed my car and told me it would be $175 over the phone. Once I get there he asked me for my DL and if I would like to go ahead and pay . I gave him $200 in cash. Expecting he would give me $25 in change instead he goes inside and to do paperwork and once he returns outside he says “oh actually it’s $200 because it was 5 miles and we charge $5 per mileage. Yet, the sign outside his gate with the prices and fees does not state this!!!! People, please do not give this company any money up front with out an actual invoice first!!!! They are thieves and can not be trusted!!

My vehicle was towed by this company for being parked in an illegal area. Originally I was furious because where I parked, I had permission from my properly manager to park there. I thought this towing company knew but I recently found out 813 towing didnt know I had permission to park there. But the employee with 813 towing went above and beyond to rectify this issue and went above and beyond to make suitable accommodations to ensure this issue doesnt happen again. Technically they were within their legal right to tow my vehicle because at the time they didnt know I had permission to park in a restricted area.813 towing went above and beyond to rectify this issue and because of that they will have a loyal customer in me. I will now use them for any towing service I need personally.813 towing is professional and reliable. I do recommend this company for all your towing needs.

The towing of my car isn’t my issue. My issue is that I’ve repeatedly called the number listed and also the number on the voicemail and the response I received was “on the line, call you soon.” I have yet to receive a call going on an hour later. If you can text you can answer the phone. Professionalism 0.I’ve updated my review after getting my car back. He didn’t take long to meet me to give me my car back.

813 Towing Service gave me one firm price upfront & didnt change from it. It was pretty much comparable to other tow companies in the area, however, unlike the other services there were no extra add on charges! It wasnt well theres a upcharge for this, & mileage charge is this etc. Like I said, what I was quoted is exactly what I paid! Also, the driver was friendly, professional, & timely! I would definitely use this service again & I think that if you are in a situation, then you should too! 👍😊

I was very grateful to get saved after my car broke down at a red light in a busy intersection. I was waiting for Geico which told me that the tow company could be up to 60 minutes in wait time. My cars electronic system went down and I could not start it. I didnt get the gentlemans name but he pulled up behind me with the truck. I started to wave him away thinking it was just another vehicle, but he came to check on me and said he would get me away from the busy intersection, and being at the light, so I didnt get hit. I had him tow me nearby and, after given the time frame for roadside assistance, I just had had him take me home. I was very grateful that he was there and was happy with the service provided. I will be using 813 towing in thefuture! Edit: His name was Kris. Thank you again!

My car was towed by them because of my apt communitys rules. When I got there to make arrangements for my car to be towed to a mechanic shop, they told about their service. However when I described my problem, they when out of their way to fix the problem long enough for me to get help an auto dealership.

This establishment is great & affordable! I had a gentleman come to get my car his name is Chris that tows for them, he went above & beyond of what is usually expected. So many over charge u or are moody & rushing so much that you seem not to count as a customer but not Chris!! Nope he was an angel! We sincerely appreciate Chris prompt service at every aspect of our towing. My family and I traveled from Alabama to Orlando for our winter vacation and was attempting to end our trip in Tampa when our car quit on us while entering downtown. After waiting for almost 2 hrs for a tow service, 813 Towing was dispatched and arrived within 15 minutes. He quickly dropped my vehicle to the auto shop and contacted me to let me know it was there. I accidentally left my bag of laundry on the side of the road and Chris also picked that up and placed it in my vehicle as well. Awesome and professional!

Im not knocking their job, they do their job in the neighborhood by towing cars illegally parked. However the speed that the driver is driving in my neighborhood is unacceptable.

Absolutely the best towing company in Tampa. I have used them three times the first time for a jump start, second towing and today my girlfriend borrowed my Acura RSX and accidentally shifted it into 2nd gear over revving the engine. She continued driving it and went grocery shopping. She told me the car was fine engine was running strong no signs of mechanical damage. When she returned with her groceries the car started but the engine struggled to accelerate and it would just die after a few attempts it never started again. It was a hot day and she got aggravated so she found another way home. She locked it and just left it. I called 813 Towing services and within an hour a very professional tow truck driver had my car at my residence. It was hands down the best service I have experienced from a towing company.

May have hit some debris and disconnected a fuel line. Called a different company and was informed it would be hours. Called 813 towing and they were out in just over an hour. Hooked upntje car and away we went. Got me back home with my car in good time and the company was pleasant. Will call them again next time i have an issue.

I parked my car in this apartment complex and they towed my car for “reverse parking “ . They put this little sign on a fence that was not visible in the entrance I came in.

Don’t expect to be anywhere anytime soon when going to retrieve your car from them. They’ll have you wait at the gate outside until one of their sluggish drivers can make it down to take your money. I get it don’t get towed, but if you’re going to be in the scummiest industry then at least have some professionalism.

They should enter the condominiums more often because all the time the visitors occupy the parking lots of the residents and the private parking lots, they only spend a couple of days a week and at 4 or 5 am.

The crane gives tours to Armenia Village Apt and takes the cars of the tenants, in particular they took my car in 2018 and now 2020 they take it again I am a resident of the Condominium, they are simply Thieves behind the money, they do not respect the people who they live in the condo
