Very unprofessional, came to my house at 9pm, shining lights, looking in my windows, They are lucky I did not see them as a threat,, and decide to stand my ground.

After reading previous reviews I was dreading going to pick up my vehicle. The situation Im going through was bad enough... I was not looking forward to being treated rudely based on what other reviewers were saying about their personal experiences. My experience with them was exactly the opposite of what I expected. The woman at the front desk was nice and so was the man who brought my vehicle out. They both apologized for the wait, though the wait was not terribly long.I felt they were professional and friendly, and I am glad to have had that kind of treatment while going through this experience.

FYI- this will be a lengthly but honest & thorough review. My car had been towed by this company earlier this month, and when I was informed where I could find my car & the company who had it, I quickly googled them to do my research. All the negative feedback others had left on them was surely enough to worry me & add more stress to my situation. When I tell yall MY PERSONAL experience with these people was NOTHING like what I had read about, it wasnt! It is true you do have to call a few times to get thru to someone, but making an appointment to come get my personal belongings was super quick & easy. When I arrived there, I was not permitted on the lot or anywhere near my car, they had already packed up my belongings and just pushed the box thru the gate. I thought that was very odd & new to me that I wasnt allowed to gather my own stuff, I was also worried about things that could easily be taken from my car during that process. When I got home to look thru the box of my things, I was VERY surprised to find most of my money & pieces of gold jewelry that were in my car amongst other valuable & sentimental items returned in the box. These days it is extremely rare to come across honest folks, & these people are it! Im thankful.

They were competent and treated people with respect

Brooke the admin uses her personal cell phone to conduct business. Called for four days w/o returned phone call. Brooke misplaced paperwork & was no-show day of appointment. Failed to show for work, & paperwork could not be found. When asked why a SunPass wasn’t removed when personal belongings were, she said it wasn’t their responsibility to remove anything registered w/ the car, but the license plates were returned. She was very rude & disrespectful. Continued to talk over & claim not at fault for additional SunPass charges for 30-Days. I understand car repossession was my responsibility. Owner was nice & professional. Admin Brooke an epic failure.

They saw my car seats and all of and my kids belongings In my truck, they werent even about to take all my stuff out before towing. they werent very nice at all and dont really care what the circumstances of your tow is. its my truck but my husband pays the note..or so I thought he was. considering that, they shouldve atleast been nicer about my grabbing everything I needed before towing.

My situation was unfortunate however the personal were professional and courteous. I had to go to the ER the evening before and got home late and left the prescriptions in my vehicle. I woke up the next morning to go to the pharmacy and noticed my vehicle was gone. I then contacted my finance agency and found was told it was located at ARS so I drove over and spoke with a gentleman who said I was unable to get my vehicle until Monday but he was able to get my prescriptions for me so they could be filled. So on monday I was able to get everything done to get my vehicle back. Spoke with the manager and set up an appointment with ease. All in all everyone were courteous, prompt, efficientand professional despite the circumstance . They made the best of a bad situation. Thanks

This company came to take my vehicle. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. First off the driver seemed like he was Tweaking out on meth or some other type of drug. Not only this but the driver unbolted my drive shaft and left the bolts in my driveway. On top of it all I followed the driver as he dragged my driveshaft for about 3 miles at about 50 mph. My drive shaft is no doubt ruined.Then they give you information over the phone both corporate and local office, then when we get there tell us otherwise. This is the most grimy dirty business Ive dealt with.

ZERO respect for your personal property. They steal items from your vehicle, intentionally cause damage, and then lie to your face and ignore your calls seeking reimbursement for damages. Guess Im calling an attorney!

The lady in charge was very rude. Fix your attitude lady.

Took days to get anyone to answer the phone and then put on hold for 15 mins trying to recover personal property
