It was nice living in Amira, easy access to everything in Tampa area. Its neatly maintained community and staffs are amazing. Great neighborhood. Lucky us, new management Amira got all the appliances new and upgraded the units. They look fantastic. Last but not least our favorite staff Brianna, she is the best. Right from day one to the last day, always got the first class service from her. Special thanks to her and to the Team Amira. We will miss living in Amira.

We had an awesome tour with Jackie! She was so funny, sweet, and accommodating. She was able to answer all of our questions with ease and a smile. Jackie even gave us a great recommendation for a place to grab lunch after! I would give her 10 stars if I could!

I do not recommend this place to live.1. On the tour they show you the model apartment you will live in. When you move into the apartment it is not the same as the one they showed you before.2. The staff is rude.3. The maintenance is poor.4. Cockroaches5. Low water pressure

I highly recommend Amira at Westly. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The maintenance team is prompt and resolves issues quickly. Grounds are taken care of daily and overall it’s a nice community to live in.The amenities are amazing from the swimming pool, common area, fitness center, and all you can drink Starbucks machine. There’s even a feature to use your phone to lock and unlock your doors which is helpful when you don’t want to carry keys while running on premise.

We met with Jacqueline and it was an amazing tour. She was very friendly that both my girls loved her and she was very helpful. She explained throughly my different options and what I should and shouldn’t do in order to move in at my convenience. The complex is so beautiful. And everyone there staff and residents are very nice and outgoing. My daughter can’t wait to move in; she won’t stop talking about it 🙂

ROACHES!!! In the first month of living here I have killed over 30 large water bugs. The grounds outside are covered in them and the buildings have huge gaps and holes from being poorly maintained.I offered to move apartments and try and work with the complex but they wanted to charge me $450 and up my rent by $500 a month. My experience is you will see large roaches in your apartment every day. The spraying will not help. The units need to be sealed. And the grounds and perimeter of the buildings must by treated. But do not look for real help from the management. They acted as if it was normal to kill a roach a day in your home. Makes me wonder how their homes look.You move to Amira at Westly apartments in Florida I hope you like roaches.

My move in went very well! The leasing office is super responsive and helpful, and shout out to Brianna for making the process go smoothly! My 1st encounter with maintenance was speedy and satisfactory. The pool is so beautiful and truly looks like you’re at a resort. My apartment is absolutely beautiful from the stainless steel appliances to the quartz countertops!

Ive lived at Amira for 5+ years and just renewed my lease again. The office staff, especially Brianne and Sara (someone needs to buy them lunch!) are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever I need anything.Very few maintenance issues but when they arise, the maintenance staff takes care of issues ASAP.I like the pool area and the grills are great for a barbeque. The gym is cool and never too busy. Ive recommended this place to others and will continue to do so!(Seriously, buy lunch for Bri and Sara!!)

I have recently just transferred from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom apartment here and I absolutely love it! Everyone in the office is amazing and so helpful along with the maintenance staff. The property is always well maintained and I love all the amenities!

This company who ownes Amira @ Westley restricts water by putting something on the water lines because the water is part of a package deal that is included in the rent, There is zero water pressure, Then for a extra 30 bucks a month they’ll charge you for your own parking spot out front of the building meanwhile your paying over $ 1,700 dollars per month mind you for a 2&2, If that wasn’t greedy enough they get their minions in the office who have absolutely no compassion for their tenets go around from building to building under the false pretenses of a “fire alarm” Despite, not hearing not one alarm or seeing not one rep. from fire dept. over the course of the week, They wanted to take a look inside tenants apt.’s and if you have so much as had a kitten well that’s a extra 300 dollars plus 20 monthly, Despite the fact that I explained that we took a 6 week old kitten in from the rescue he doesn’t tear or ruin anything and he goes to the bathroom in the litter box. Then a week later my fiancé had to get a hysterectomy and would be out of work and that I would be the sole bread winner, No wonder why they hardly have any tenants that renew their lease, Greedy, deceptive non compassionate owners & staff, Stay far away from this place

I lived at Westly Shores apartments for a little over four years. Only in the last year or so did it become Amira at Westly. I had a great experience in this apartment complex.Pros- The maintenance staff was really quick to respond to issues- The complex itself is very clean- Staff always seemed friendly- Parking wasnt a hassle ( no designated visitor parking, I think of this as a pro)- Pricing is solid at least in the Tampa market, I renewed my lease 3 times. (The two bedroom apt is cheaper than a lot of singles in the area)- Really convenient location (at least for me)Cons- During the switch from Westly Shores to Amira there was a lot of construction, and inconvenience, which we were expected to follow a laundry list of tasks everyday or we would be fined. This wont be an issue for anyone else hopefully, I just felt at a management level this could have been handled better- Cable package, this was a mandatory fee of $50 which only provided cable television.... In the four years I lived there, I never watched cable once (so doing the fast maths, I spent about 2,400 dollars on a package that I never once used, and could not have removed from my rent. (I think they now incorporated a new media package which includes internet, but I dont know for sure, that was happening as I was leaving).- The gate...... I hate the gate......All in all this was a great place to live that is kept clean and in a good location. I dont write a lot of reviews, but I feel like they deserve a good one.

Just moved in over 1 month ago. Assisted by Brianna R. who was fabulous! Showed me what I needed, got me the paperwork required and moved me in, in 3 days! I really didnt expect that and I was ecstatic. Great property. Looks very well kept. Maintenance calls respond within 1 day, which is decent. Would recommend.

Great experience. 4+ awesome yearsIt has been a great experience living in Amira by Westly. The core strength of the community is the people. Everyone from the leasing office and maintenance department is A-awesome. This includes Briana, Sara, Kay, and Seff. Everyone is always open to hear your concerns and ensure that your stay here is comfortable.The maintenance team and especially Mike is great. The online portal helps with a quick submission of service requests which are handled the same day or next day. Would surely recommend this to everyone looking for a great experience.

Pros:- friendly staff that actually SEEM to care about your issues (while you are still a resident there)- I would say the bedroom and bathroom were pretty spacious- location was good if you want to be in Tampa but still close enough to st. PeteCons:- location: It’s located next to an airport and highway so you will hear loud cars and planes landing at all hours of the night- crime: while I was living there the gates were NEVER closed until the last week I was there (even though I’m pretty sure you pay for the gates). There were a lot of thefts and other crime occurring- no maintenance: doesn’t look like the keep up with the maintenance of the buildings. Filthy hallways and stairs that need to be power washed. Dog poop like other comments have said in the side walk squished because it’s been there for so long.- I didn’t have an updated apartment so the appliances were awful. Theres horrible linoleum tile that will come up when you try to open the dish washer (because it comes out of place) no matter how careful you are.- DO NOT EXPECT YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. even if you leave the apartment spotless. It’s really dishonest practice when apartments operate this way.. sad.Pictures show how the apartment looked the day I left.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for about 8 months now and have LOVED our experience. Maintenance is quick and efficient, not deferred, theyre renovating everything right now, the staff is super friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this neighborhood to anyone currently looking. Its very quiet, nice shade trees for walking, friendly neighbors, located right next to the highway.

I have had some of the best experiences living at Amira! From the day I pulled in the staff has always been kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Besides all that they really do listen to your concerns and take action. Seth, Brianna and all the others who I may not know by name thank you for continuously giving me a great experience.Apartment living and being so close to so many different cultures and personality types can be trying because we all dont live the same but the staff at Amira bring all our back grounds together and make living here very pleasant or at least that has been my experience for the last year and half! Great job I know you all dont hear it enough.

The whole team is amazing and very kind! I toured back in March with Kay and she was very informative and patient with me. Then I did a virtual tour with Sara shortly after and she was awesome and fun to chat with. Nonetheless, we are excited to move in soon!

I will be totally honest, this is by far the best complex if youre looking for affordable and updated living. The staff especially Brianna, are outstanding! The process of moving was made so much more comfortable by the paperless online documents. If you want a stylish apartment home then this is the place for you! I haven’t moved in yet, will be relocating next month. But I must say that I am beyond impressed with this team. I originally looked at these apartments back in February. They followed up every month until this month just to check and see if I was still looking. It has been such a chaotic time with work and covid19 happening that I didn’t even get to finalize an apartment yet! Thank god for their emails because I finally put an in application. Seth was just amazing on getting my approval and so reassuring. I was having a really rough week and that news was just amazing to me! I thank him for his kindness and being patient with me. They were very responsive to my emails as well and helped me get approved fairly quickly. One less thing to worry about for my move! This place is beautiful so I am really excited to be moving here as my first home out of state. I can’t thank you all enough for your follow up and kindness! Great job.

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at in my life. I cannot post without leaving at least a one star review, but trust me theyre at zero. Do not move here. The staff is not only rude, but completely unhelpful. Do not try to report anything to the front office, they will not take it seriously. I was once asked why I was reporting an incident that happened within the complex because the receptionist felt it had nothing to do with me. Also, the dog park is nothing but dirt and covered in feces. The backyard area where you can walk your dog is covered in trash and more dog feces, if you report it they will tell that they just depend on people to obey policy but have no consequences. The complex is beyond hungry for money. There display photos show you a beautiful apartment with all hardwood flooring - WRONG - my apartment had carpet everywhere except the kitchen and foyer. The water pressure for the kitchen sink is next to nothing. There are silver fish all throughout there storage units. There is an On Leash Policy for the dogs within the complex yet I was attacked by an off leash dog while living here. The trash crew will slam your trash bags all up and down the breezeway with no regard for the time - it could be 12 AM on a Tuesday while youre trying to sleep, loud as can be - and thats if they even feel like taking it that night. Half of the equipment in the gym is broken, and the pool isnt even accessible on Sundays. The maintenance crew will give you an attitude if they need to repair something in your apartment. I would not recommend that anyone live here.

I currently live at Amira. Ive had a few challenges, or incidents take place. I want to commend the staff, Sara, Brianna, Seth, for their quick and thorough response! Security is an issue, I had my motorcycle stolen out of the parking lot right in front of my building and the office told me it wasnt the first motorcycle taken off the property. We use key CARDS to enter our apartments even though we received letters MONTHS ago saying wed be getting real keys and locks. God forbid you lock yourself out (doors lock automatically) its like 50$ to have them open for you. They tend to send out letters saying something is going to be done and it never does get done. Our addresses changed because we were supposed to get real mailboxes (you have to go to the office during business hours to pick up your mail that they sort into a drawer) and we never got mailboxes. The new addresses dont show up on all GPS or online if youre trying to ship to your apartment. If you happen to live near the conference center (like I do) and theres an event going on, good luck on finding parking in front of your building or even close. Gym and pool area are alright. Parking area is poorly lit. You can hear your upstairs neighbors walking around and vacuuming. You pay a lot and I dont think its worth it. Definitely wasnt worth all the headaches theyve given me over the last year.I can say though that the apartments are decently sized and set up, Hayley and Jordan are great staff and the maintenance guys are great and respond very quickly. Only reason why I gave this place two stars.

I have been living here about 6 months. The renovations to the units and the property are nice. The office staff tell you they are going to do something and never follow through. During the renovation process. Certain personal amenities in my apartment were taken down. Office managers and staff told me that inspection had to be passed and they would rehang my personal shower heads. The shower head that was placed by the property was placed on too tight. For weeks I have been asking the managers and staff to have someone from Maintenance to loosen the shower head. One week they tell me. Oh yes!!!! We are going to send maintenance to your apartment. I have placed 6 different work orders and they say they have been completed. Not true!!! All you have to do is send maintenance with a wrench and I can hang my own damn shower heads. Customer service here sucks. They fail to realize that I do not work for them. They work for the tenants of the community. We are the ones who pay to live here.

Decent place to live. Make sure you take pictures for proof while move in, but thats the case for all apartment community...else you wont be able to prove anything at the end if they charge you. I have lived in this community for more that 2 years - good friendly management staff, quick in resolving the maintenance requests, clean community.My 2 centsCan improve gate entrance system, more transparency in apartment evaluation process after tenant moves out.Over all - worth your money. I would at least pay a visit if looking for new apartment in the area.

We lived at these apartments back in 2015 and really enjoyed amanites and place overall especially hot tub by the pool. This what made us move here again last summer. We appreciate new updates and most of the staff is friendly and helpful and thats why I am giving this place 3 stars. New owner is doing multiple updates and thats good. The contractors mostly were very unprofessional and caused huge inconveniences and we had to clean our place for long time after they performed work without covering anything. Our carpet was dirty and had multiple paint spots. The quality of new updates is extremely poor. We had to ask maintenances ( which did good job by the way) multiple times to came and fix handles and such after they installed just a couple months ago. Lastly this new owner made a schedule which we have to obey (otherwise we pay fees) to pick up valet trash pick up. They are charging for it $25 a month and require to set trash in certain hours and some days there is even no option for a pick up. So we have to watch our trash pick up schedule now. Most of the week we leave for work super early and come around 9 pm so we have to keep trash all day inside and hope that we lucky to catch TRASH VALET to pick up our trash.

I have been in my apartment since August. Overall, I am pretty happy. I moved in for the location, price, and gym. This apartment fits my needs and I feel safe. The office is always nice and courteous every time I see them. The gym is always clean and the equipment works. My only complaints are small and come with apartment living. Like neighbors playing loud music or the repainted bathtub. I took off a star for the parking. They are painted too close together and one day my car is going to get scratched. That’s why I park off to the side now.Overall, it’s a nice unit and I would recommend it.

Nasty place to live in. Roaches are inside the walls and electric receptors. An old building that was remodeled but just very superficial just to hide all the nastiness under a new rug and new paint. Please do your family a favor and live somewhere else.

I lived here for a couple of months..This place has a great pool,cabanas, & I want to say a jacuzzi...Gym is good,could be upgraded for machines but all machines work as they should.Basketball hoop and surrounding area could also get some work..They just paved the whole communities roads recently!They also have a good maintenance team that makes sure everything is resolved in a timely manner!Front Staff was great! They are very resourceful and show great attitude! especially Brianna :)Overall great experience living at Westly Shores!Thanks!

If you move here be prepared to have your packages n property stolen.And trying to post on the community wall to inform other tenants of misplaced or stolen items becomes difficult when the staff are selective in approving posts on the residential portal.Also be prepared to pay for the renovations they made. Reason they have raised the rent.And the pool is closed on Sundays When everyone is off work which I find To be ridiculous

To begin with, I would first like to say that the Management team and staff are wonderful and go out of their way to help those in need. That in itself is very much appreciated because usually it is the management of an apartment complex that turns people away from it no matter how the apartments are. I had the pleasure of working with the Leasing Consultant, Haley, when I came in to check out the apartments and then sign the lease. She gave me a tour and answered all my questions and was able to assist more than usual since she also resides in the complex. Great experience therefore made it easier when it was time to make a decision on where I wanted to live.In regards to the apartment and complex itself, I have enjoyed living here. The location is near the airport/international mall and near the bridges to cross into St. Pete or Clearwater. The complex is pet-friendly which allows me to have my best friend living with me. The gym and pool area are really nice and the community in itself is kept clean and maintained. My apartment is a good enough size for myself and my dog and has a little balcony/patio which I enjoy. I have had to call maintenance for certain issues but they have been helpful and respond quite rapidly. In my time here so far, I have to say that I am glad I chose Westly Shores over other apartment complexes.

The staff is polite and thats why Im gonna give you guys 2 stars otherwise I wouldnt give you any. Let me explain something... when you first come here to visit, it seems like a well cared property with no trash left outside-doors or sewing smell just outside home... when you first come to visit the decorated model, all appliances are full functioning, like important every day appliances such as dryer and stove. But once you are living here like I am since 2016 I could see this major problems very closely. By the way, my dryer is not working again.

We lived here for 2 yrs with no problems. Pretty quiet complex, pool is nice, and the people are friendly. The only issue we had (which wasnt a big deal) was there arent lights on the ceiling fans. We would recommend this place to anyone. The new updated apartments are really nice .

My neighbors are respectful working adults.My unit had new appliances, and was cleaned thoroughly.Gym and pool are kept up, as well as landscaping. Parking lot is clean.Staff is friendly and helpful (Hailey is a rockstar).Reasonable gated community for a decent price. A lot of bang for your buck.

Prompt courteous service. Very clean well kept neighborhood. Maintenance requests are quick and easy, usually completed the same or next day. When I moved out I left the unit in the same condition I got it in and quickly received my full deposit.

Great value. Calling them luxury apartments might be going a bit far, but the apartments are of good quality (and units that are a bit older are getting updated ASAP) and if you live in one of the buildings not on Hillsborough then it does feel like you are hidden away from the traffic. I love all the green space theyve created. Its also super convenient for getting to the airport (windows are well insulated to dampen the air traffic noise), downtown, or hopping onto one of the causeways to get to Clearwater or St. Pete, which is one reason I picked Westly. The maintenance staff is also great. Specifically, Mike happens to be the one who fulfills most of our maintenance requests. He does a great job and is super friendly-- hes great with my dogs which is a bonus! For the money, Amira at Westly is a great deal.

The staff is nice and accommodating.Security - seems to be an issue. Apparently there is no security guard anymore and the gates are always open.Parking - Parking is a huge issue. If you come in after a certain time, youll have to park a good distance from your apartmentMaintenance - they are great, always respond quickly to issuesNoise - CONSTANT NOISE from people upstairs, well into the night. Also people are always yelling outside at night.Living Space - decent amount of living spaceAll in all, this place was a good place to live but now it has gone down the drain. A surcharge is being added to our rent for Valet Trash which is less convenient for residents and has more restrictions. There have been a couple of power outages, some of them being for 6+ hours, with no notice.Also, there is no water in the gym. There used to be but got rid of it.A

The staff here is unbelievable. They have gone out of their way to make sure any and all of their residents are happy. The property is always being maintained to look absolutely gorgeous. I love living here and wouldnt want to live anywhere else.

I’ve been living here since 2/25/19.The staff are pretty friendly so i can’t complain when it come to them so that one star is for them.However, within the first week of living here i saw a small roach on the cabinet, but I’m not use to roaches so i thought maybe it just got in when i came in the apartment...no!I’ve been killing these roaches every time i turn the light back on in the kitchen mainly, one so far in the bathroom, and 3 in the living room.Pest control came on 5/2 and sprayed in the kitchen, that didn’t work. So I reached out to Jordan and he sent Pest control again on 5/8/19 and I’m still killing roaches. I would literally rather move to a entire new apartment in the complex to give them another shot or just move period. I hate bugs and so far just unhappy living here. Just not Sanitary. I would post pictures, but i don’t see how on here.

Only reason why I am giving these apartments two stars is because the office does its job correctly. But I was never told upon signing my lease that my master bedroom had a door that led to the outside of the apartment. I can hear everything and everyone at night once they get home, leafs and bugs are constantly coming into my bedroom from underneath the door because of a huge gap. The carpet is rough and cheap and stains easily. I guess the people who lived here before I destroyed the locks to the doors because everyday I have to screw it back up to the panels. My master bedroom door is a door thats supposed to be used for an exterior front door. I pay 1190 and it hurts to know that I could have just stayed where I was before and actually have a nice apartment to come home too. I definitely will not renew my lease next year. Also my car was hit in the parking lot, there are no security cameras around the complex and the apartments did absolutely nothing. Now I have a nice big dent and broken headlight, and 500 deductible to pay so my insurance can cover it.

The people are great but the Appliances are outdated, Hot tub is cold because its not filled on a schedule just when someone complains.Blocked off entry to George rd.to build a new office which is now a eyesore over grown lot. Security gates have been Propped open since November 2018 its March . Not going to change its my 6 yr because it Convenient

Just moved in last Saturday. I was told appliances in the upgraded apartments are all under 2 years old. Well when I got to my actual apt, the dishwasher was verifiably older and did not work. They came and said it was fixed, so I reloaded and dishwasher fell out of compartment because it was never secured in the first place. They have since secured it, when I tried again the it still did not work. The vents were filthy and this apartment was obviously occupied by former smokers. Wooden balcony full of cobwebs, dead bugs and in need of paint, badly.

The reviews on here must be paid for because everything positive said about this place is a lie. Today, 4/7/19, there was a man digging through the trash at the pool looking for drugs in broad daylight. There is dog poop everywhere including on side walks and the middle of the street. Maintenance drives there golf carts on the sidewalk so you can see smooshed dog poop on almost every path. . Even though there is a list of animals not allowed to live on the property, you see them everywhere. There was a crime scene investigation van on the campus less than a month ago. These positive comments couldn’t be more false.

Before my husband and I bought our townhouse a couple of months ago, we lived at Westly shores apartment for over a year. When we signed our lease we worked with Jordan. He gave us a very informative tour and sold us on the property. I would Highly recommend the property and if it weren’t for Jordan we wouldn’t have lived at westly shores for some time.

The apartments are beautiful and the parking is always so easy. The staff are beyond amazing and are always ready to answer my questions.

Was considering moving here but I just read reviews and reply from management said “sometimes we need to use your deposit to make the apartment ready for next resident”.... wth? that ain’t her issue. That’s deceptive.

The staff was absolutely incredible! A nice, quite neighborhood, with a great location. Close proximity to the city, beach and events.(I would still be living there if I hadnt recently purchased a home.)

Great apartment complex. The area is well maintained and generally they are very quick to fix things. The office staff are very friendly.

As I am writing this its cold, raining and Im wet. In addition to this Im locked out of my apartment for the 3rd time. This is due to my key (which is a card you swipe like a hotel key) not working. This has happened time and time again without any apology or reassurance that it wont happen again. On this particular occasion my girlfriend calls the after hours number for such emergencies and the person on the other end asks have you paid your rent?. It took everything out of my lovely girlfriend not to swear at this person. Weve paid our rent every time on time without fail for 10 long months!.. My girlfriend replied yes we have. The person says okay Ill be there in an hour An hour!!! Really!!! Needless to say were both pissed off. I mean why are we being punished for not doing anything wrong! Were good tenants. Never had an issue with us... But other that Westly Shores ( formerly known as Mainsail) is a great place to live..Except if you have an old AC unit. Dont even get me started on that. They will send someone out 11 times to fix it before anyone really looks into the the main cause..But that story is for another review.

Why did i ever move into this community. worst decision i made. i give this complex Zero stars if i could

Placed Service request on Website late in the day and today my repairs were completed early in the morning. Courtesy call was made to me prior to maintenance personnel entering my apartment. I really enjoy living here. Feels like home!!!!!

My spouse and I have lived here 9 months. Despite the location near a busy street and highway, road noise is minimal. We are used to almost no street noise in our previous residence so the fact that we have easy access to the highway and little noise is great! Bedroom space and closets are adequate. Kitchens could use more storage and bath should have another cabinet but we were able to work this out efficiently and inexpensively with Ikea.We have a second floor apartment facing the parking lot. Neighbors choosing to play car audio at rude levels can happen but the complex cannot be blamed for that. If ALL the AC units kick on at once that can be noisy too. But usually noises from outside are not disturbing.The staff and maintenance crew are top notch. We have had few reasons to call maintenance but they have always been very prompt and effective. I have only seen two bugs and a spider total in the apartment since we moved in. The office is very good about managing packages for us too which they certainly do not have to but do!We have no drafts or leaks that we are bothered by. The bathrooms convey noise effectively through the vents which is annoying so watch how loud your music/ audiobooks/etc are because you ARE sharing.The pool area is great. Hot tub could use a little cleaning as it gets foamy and we ALL know what that means. Residence are usually good about sharing space and such. No conflicts there.Overall the negatives are made up for with the great staff, amenities, location and reasonable price. I recommend these apartments to anyone!

I agree with everything Amanda Morales said at the top of the lost. To add, this apartments are not luxury at at. Still use old electronic stoves with rusty drip pans. I asked to get them replace, the front desk woman said they cant replace them. Theres no medicine cabinet or drawers in the bathroom to put away your belongings. The valet trash service is good, but I hate the fact that when you come home from work and walk to your apartment trash is everywhere until they come pick it up. Luxury means, granite counter tops, stainless steel refrigerators, induction stove tops, up to date services, keeping residents safe and this place is none of that. You better off going across the street at 5 West. Thats luxury right there

The day I moved in, the apartment hadn’t been cleaned. There were dead roaches in the dishwasher, a hole in the top of the microwave, and a thick layer of dirt and grime on the base boards. I went straight to the front desk and was told the manager was out for the week so they couldn’t do anything. I had to clean the apartment myself while moving in. I picked this apartment complex because of the amenities and security of being gated which were both compromised during my lease. 6 months after moving in they decided to re-tile the pool that ended up leaving the community without a pool for 3 months. There were two entrance gates one of which was almost always open compromising the security of the residents. When questioned the management stated they are sorry but there is nothing they can do. Basically shrugged off my concern offering no solutions. The complex itself is beautiful on the outside but the management is severely lacking.

Maintenance is quick. Dont expect the gates to always work they were unresponsive or wide open many days. I dont care about the gates that much though.When I moved in Im fairly certain the place was not cleaned by their cleaning crew before I moved in, found a crack pipe over the kitchen cabinents.Floors are loud, be wary of any room bellow another if your upstairs neighbor likes to stomp.They will try to up your rates at the end, I got my full deductible easy pz.Awful exit location, youll have to get brave to get accross Hillsborough at times, there was a side exit that was better but it was closed unsure if it will reopen.Office staff let me know the fire department inspected the apartments and if a hurricane ever hits like Harvey hit Houston (lots and lots of rain) the first floor apartments will be under water

Card keys always have issues. Have been locked out now for close to two hours while Ive had to wait for the maintenance crew to get back from lunchand replace my door locking battery.

Already disappointed and we haven’t even moved in yet. We were told we were getting one thing and come to find out this was not the case. Also details of how there’s an extra door in the master were not disclosed. If you plan to move here just make sure you ask to see the apartment BEFORE you sign otherwise you may not get what you’re expecting.

When I lived there gates are never closed and my apattment flooded every month. My apartment was robbed 4 times management does not care

Stayed there for 2 Years, I was new to tampa, its close to EVERYTHING. If i wasnt building a house Id still be living there

I am currently living here and the only thing I can give good reviews about is Hailey and Jordan. Also one of the maintenance men and older gentlemen who is very sweet and actually kind of fixed the burn issue we were having and did fix the microwave panel issue but the apt. Complex does not keep up the way the should with things and take forever to respond if they even do to voice mails and in person the only two who are really pleasant and response quickly and efficiently are Hailey and Jordan there is one other that is always in the back and if you dont knock on the side door comes out only after saying hello half dozen times or not at all, another person here showed my boyfriend this trick for her. They fixed the door issue and now we have mail boxes but the noise level is ridiculous even for apartments there are random kids in the halls at all hours there has been vandalism here the gates go down a lot, they have yet to add us to the box so if we order food or have friends over we cannot get them in unless we go to the gate or they trail behind, there is no more volley ball and area to sit at any more, the gym stinks of mold we dont go anymore because of it and we were told the one pull is cleaned only once a week and the Apts do not look like what is on the site we saw, but they are big and it was clean when we moved in. The property is only luxury bc of size no other reason. And I lived in what was supposed to be hood Apts that better kept up and the neighborhood had no issues with vadilism and it was not gated. Over all 1 star fits for what you pay vs what you get.

Excellent staff, great location had a problem with the sink was fixed the next day.

UPDATE: I previously rated this complex 5 stars and gushed about how great it has been to live here. It took less than two months for reality to set in. Things here break; a lot. Maintenance is pleasant to deal with, but when your AC breaks three times at the height of the summer, it doesnt matter how nice maintenance is. The gates are regularly non functioning, so they dont do anything for security. Shortly after moving in, a neighbor had his motorcycle stolen while our gates were not working for three months. Someone has attempted to break in to our car and another neighbors car (this is when the gates were working, so maybe its a resident). The cards to the gates also randomly need to be reset. We werent shown our actual unit before moving in, so we found our carpet to be nearly threadbare and should have been replaced before we moved in. The apartments are spacious and come with washer and dryer, but our stove repeatedly breaks and one burner still doesnt work, even after being fixed. The main reason we moved here was for the amenities-the gym, the included cable, light and water included in the rent at a fixed rate. The gym has gone to trash in the past six months; most of the weights have been stolen, two of the four treadmills are broken and several of the cable machines are missing pieces and cant be used well. If you ask anyone about plans to fix or replace gym equipment, the answer is no. Also for some reason many of the people in our building are incredibly disrespectful. There is garbage everywhere in the stairways and parking lot, we regularly hear the stomping, music, and yelling of our neighbors and their visitors at all hours, and currently our neighbors across the hall have a small pile of dirty cat litter (complete with a cat turd) that apparently spilled from their garbage last week, still sitting in front of their apartment. Yes, the walls are thin, but thats to be expected in apartments. We can hear traffic from Eisenhower and Veterans all night, especially loud bikes and obnoxious cars with no mufflers. The only good here is the size and Hailey and Jordan in the front are both very personable and attentive. Management here doesnt seem to care about what goes on, otherwise. Overall, this place is average at the very best, but Ive lived in cheaper apartments and felt more comfortable. These are far from luxury and Im sure if you want to spend only slightly more, you could be living far closer to luxury.When I was researching apartments I saw several negative reviews about the new management company, which made me nervous to move in here. However, I am so happy we chose to live here than anywhere else! The apartments are nice, everything seems well constructed and insulated (I havent heard a peep from neighbors), and every staff member weve encountered has been so nice. Weve made three maintenance requests so far, and each time it was resolved within 24 hours. Our leasing consultant, Jordan, is very nice and has remembered our names and faces since our first meeting. Any contact we have made with the company itself has been responded to immediately. The amenities here for the cost of rent are great! I have a brand new washer and dryer, and a dishwasher! The bedrooms are nice size and have walk-in closets. Bathrooms have plenty of storage. The pool is lovely and the gym is fully equipped (we cancelled our L.A Fitness memberships). If youre looking for a comfortable apartment complex in this area I highly recommend Westly Shores.

The staff is somewhat friendly. The gates are always open which defeats the purpose of living in a gated community. The door locks were promised to be changed from electronic card lock to key locks when I moved in over a year ago to be changed in the first couple months of living there, I still have the electronic card locks going into my last month of my lease, even though I was made to stop by the front office to pick up my keys because they said they were going around changing locks. Ive been locked out of my place multiple times having to wait on a guy that lives close to the air force base to come open my door bc once it shuts its locked.Make sure if you decide to move in that you flea bomb your apartment due to previous pets living there (my place had fleas and when vacuumed a lot of pet hair still in the carpet). The guys have entered my apartment multiple times without notice, when Ive politely asked if needed in my apartment to let me know seeing that I have a very large dog and not knowing how hed respond to a stranger walking in without me being there. Ive been stopped outside multiple times saying that they have gone in my place because of a request to fix something I did not send in a request to have fix and then comment on how beautiful my dog and friendly my dog was. Parking is horrible probably due to the gates being open and people leaving their cars there. My car has multiple new scratches on it due to kids riding their bicycle in and out of cars and throwing football in the parking lot instead of in the grass, which I understand because it seemed like I was the only one to ever pick up after my dog.

Did not agree with some of the changes new ownership made so I did not renew my lease

They charge a super excessive amount of water, this month they charged me 80 dollars, being that only my wife and I live, we leave 8 AM in the morning and we arrive at 9:30 PM👎🏻
