The staff are amazing but the property, definitely not happy... Not sure why there is a major bug problem that seems to not be able to get resolved. The apt cost too much to have to buy products to clear the bug issues... Had we seen one bug with the walk thru we would NOT have moved in. The neighbors are loud on the weekends.
Blue Magma never responds to tenant complaints and they hire anyone available for management. You have to hold your rent to even be acknowledged. Im still waiting on a work order to be completed from June. Still havent spoke to the manager, Shatera B (or whatever her name is because she never gets on the phone or comes from her back office to talk to residents).

As explained in the previous email, this is unfair to me. Ive worked so hard in making sure this balance was paid in full. I always stayed in communication, made sure you all were informed every step of the way, now this! Honestly, I dont feel appreciated as a tenant. I have been here for 2 whole years. I understand it took me a while to pay, but the whole world knows that a major event took place. CDC issued an order of protection during this time. No where on the lease does it say that my lease would be in jeopardy if there was a world pandemic. Unfortunately, I was one of the billions of people who suffered financial hardship by contracting the virus. I had no other choice but to stay home and quarantine. Prior to this my rent was always paid, even after I paid in full, I paid on time for August. I am not a risk to this property. Ive never been evicted since Ive been on my own. I have no choice but to make sure my rent is paid, I have kids to care for.So I need to contact someone from Blue Magma at this point.
You can choose to live at The Park at “Whatever” at your own risk. Trash all over the community, maintenance issues fixed at their leisure if at all…doesn’t matter if it’s inconveniencing the tenant, adding on fees or increasing them without notice, lawn maintenance is a joke and the saddest of all is not only does the office staff not care, Blue Magma, the parent company is just as willing to ignore request to contact tenants to discuss issues within their communities. I see it in all the reviews on all the websites. I understand needing an economic roof over your head in these times but please don’t expect much. You’ll be stressed out and heart broken. I’m convinced they stay in their offices reading the reviews and laughing at our complaints….. they get a kick out of it. It’s the only thing that makes sense as to why a company can be so heartless and just downright trash.
Been here for 6-7 years. Nothing has been done to our apt except for new blinds, thermostat, smoke detector, electric water heater and door knobs. But yet cant get my carpet cleaned, the damaged, moldy bathroom cabinet that was from a flood from a rusted pipe that happened 3 years ago, kitchen sink that leaked and flooded the cabinet below, to which I had to go buy a new one because I got no response and our good vent has been out for about 4-5 months. All of these repairs I have put in request for and nothing has happened. Even tried to ask any maintenance men I could see outside and was told not they problem tell the office.Now, we just received a notice saying in order to renew our lease, we have to agree to a $300.00 increase to our rent. Since this company has been here, our rent has gone up about $150.00 and we still cant get anything fixed in our home. We love this area because its easy to get around. Were up in age and havent missed a rent payment since weve been here. Weve had no complaints or anything but it just seems like no one cares about us, just how much money they can get from us. You would think being good tenants would be a plus but its not here. They just lump you in with the others who dont care about where they live. Now we may have to pick up and move from our home because no one seems to care.........
I have lived here at The Park at Leyton for 15 + Years. You have our building 8 and the connecting building busted up concrete. And the rubble in the pack of the parking lot!!! This has been like this since June 2nd!!!!! When is the work going to be completed? This is the worst experience while living here. I need a repose asap. I am reporting this to the BBB. I have had it. I am adding to my review. These are pictures also from the Fourth of July. There’s fireworks debris everywhere. I doubt the office will do anything about this but somebody needs to know.
I rented from this company and Atlanta Georgia paid to break my least once I moved they put the apartments on my credit I’ve been a great tenant during my stay there were a lot of issues with the apt nothing was ever done I always paid my rent on timeSince I know the company is based n Florida I wonder did anyone working here still my identity do not rent with these people they are frauds

When I first came to the Park at Leeds for a visit, the very first thing that caught my eye was there landscaping and how they kept their facility up to par. That’s something big for me because it says they care about their appearance. However their staff is just fantastic, with great customer service. I personally had to deal with Mr. Monix whom made sure that everything I asked for within the apartment I was trying to rent was as perfect as the displays showed on their website. Very reasonable and safe place for children to live in. If you are looking at Park at Leeds for your new home this is the place.
Worst experience ever!! I transferred into a “renovated” unit in February of this year. The unit was not ready and was unsafe to move anyone into. There are holes in the walls and around the outlets. The unit had no appliances and looked like a construction site on move in day. There was paint everywhere, plastic and paper all over the floors and mirrors. The bathrooms had no knobs and were disgusting. Alerted my leasing office and was told “You can clean it up”. Six months later and there are problems that are still not fixed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
I applied at the Park at Palatine and was immediately denied after paying $380 for an application and admin fee. I was told they didn’t know why I was denied. Not one eviction or owing a landlord debt. Credit score met their requirements. I’m supposed to get the admin fee back since I was denied but have not heard from them since. Called many times and it’s been a month. All that money wasted during a pandemic. Please do business with another management company.
I am originally from Dothan Alabama and I went to the park at Ashburn about 3 weeks ago and I work with amazing leasing consultant by the name of Ty. Best experience ever she went above and beyond her and her manager Sierra. They really impressed me and the property was flawless. Unfortunately my company relocated me to Nashville Tennessee where I tried to see if there was a sister property however it was in Memphis Tennessee. Ive already told handful of my friends about my experience. Keep up the good work ladies

I lived at a complex in Pensacola that was bought out by Blue Magma. Upon moving out, they tried to to charge over $2000 for flooring replacement. I should also note that its absolutely insane that this complex who gets corporate discounts through flooring companies, comes up with this number for the quality of flooring. After a few back and forth responses by very unprofessional staff, we no longer heard from them. We also never heard from corporate when we reached out multiple times via phone and left messages. Months later I received a letter from a collections company about the charges; when in my eyes since I never received a response after emailing and calling, that the issue was resolved and the charges were dismissed. I guess the next step is escalating the situation by seeking outside help to try to get this resolved since the company is not responsive. Its ironic, because if you do your research on the company and the mission; they brag how they strive for excellence, but this whole situation has been NOTHING of that sorts. I know someone will comment how there are two sides to every story, but when we were respectable residents with rent never late and very low key, its upsetting how this company has let their staff handle the situation. And that is coming from someone who has been in customer service for the last 5 years.6/22/2021 - Almost a year later and we are still dealing with this company. We have left them multiple messages and called during office ours (per their comment below) without a response.
Moving in was a great experience and I can honestly say the the management team is awesome ! They make sure my needs are taken care of at their earliest convenience. I like to take my issues directly to Ms. Shannon Glover, due to her being so confident in her work. She makes sure all issues are properly handled to the Tee! I absolutely admire her work ethic as she is very caring and compassionate for her residents. She shows that she is there for all her residents by giving emergency contact numbers for all staff on call. And also makes sure staff knows the needs of the residents.
Latiscia in The Park at Paisley is a life savor. I had issues but she did take it upon herself to come in and take care of EVERY LAST one of them. One at a time she knocked my list down. Is Blue Magnum perfect. NO ONE is but they do try if given the opportunity.
I have lived in an apartment owned by this management company for over 2 years. When we first moved in, everything was great. 3 months ago we transferred to a bigger apartment at the same complex and have had nothing but problems. My family went over 30 days with no air conditioning in the hottest month of the year when temps were near 100 degrees every day. We have multiple service issues that we have called the property manager about for 3 solid months and they have not even come to look at. When I’ve reached out to Blue Magma, no matter how many messages I leave, no one ever bothers to return my calls. I’m beyond disappointed and wish I had never signed a new lease. I cannot wait to get out of this property and away from this company.
This property management company is THE WORST. How can you raise a tenets rent in the midst of a pandemic over $200?!?!? Ive lived in my apt for 5+ years and Ive seen companies like this come and go. For anyone reading this please contact me ([email protected]) together we can file a formal complaint against the company with the respective states. Why doesnt anyone answer the phone?!? Why do you hire property managers with little to no customer service skills. Who picks up the phone and says Yeah.... unprofessional to say the least. Maintenance since they took over is a big JOKE!!! I am a current tenet at The Park at Galaway. My apartment was broken into and the door kicked in on Saturday August 22, 2020. Since then no one has come to fix my door. My door does not close properly and when closed has a huge gaping hole. I was told by the Community Director Calethia Henderson that the state that my door is in now, is considered safe and secure by the company.This isn’t the first incident, last December the assistant manager entered my apartment illegally and threatened to fight me. IN MY APARTMENT.DO NOT LIVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

I live at the pasadena location The park at winslow.Its honestly been terrible. I just renewed my lease for more money and a 600$ transfer fee for honestly nothing they offer packages for the apartments but i should have stayed in my last apartment. My a/c WILL NOT get fixed at all, my floor has been complained about for almost 2 months theres rarely hot water if i have to be honest they invade your privacy by climbing onto your patio even if the windows are open on the 2nd story . The new maintenance supervisor is unprofessional and very rude and it honestly seems like nothing is getting done my a/c will not cycle . It stays 76 in my house at all times my light bill is 350$ and honestly they could care less they expect me to put a window unit in they provide just to run my bill up higher . Its honestly ridiculous here and i wish could vacate my lease without a ding on my credit thats how bad it is .
Due to me being new at the property I have not yet encountered many issues! I have met one of the best management teams yet to come and I am very overjoyed to be a new resident here. The property manager, Shannon Glover, has a great spirit, if not, the BEST !! She is very compassionate and she cares about her residents in this community. She is also very diligent in her efforts and always follows through and makes sure the task at hand gets completed. The few minor problems Ive had; she has made it her priority to make sure the issues were handled and properly fixed!
Very professional and always courteous. I’ve known some of the staff members for years and would recommend anyone to call this place home. The landscaping here is maintained pristinely. It feels almost like walking through a Disney Park.

Worse place to ever stay. They do not have hearts. They do not care about their residents AT ALL! I was a resident at the location in Huntsville, AL and my apartment caught fire due to the work the apartment complex was doing on the building. Well I was displaced for an entire month with no call to ask if I was okay or needed anything. Also still haven’t received my refund for security deposit or rent that was paid, and my things that were left in the apartment for 6 weeks after being said I could not go in were stolen, thrown out like trash and molded! The office manager laughed in my face about the situation. WORSE COMPANY!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.
Thus is a clean quite property! The new property manager Monica and her office staff is amazing! They are always there to lend a helping hand!
I recently visited Highgate in Orlando Fl. for my parents as they are moving here from New York. I contacted the office on a Monday at 3pm and was able to get in to tour by 4:00 the next day! I was given a tour by a lady named Janet. She was extremely helpful and very professional. My parents are in love with this property and how it is conveniently situated in the heart of Orlando. The model was clean and very nicely decorated. The snicker bar was a bonus too!!
On Friday June 5th I went to The Parks at Leed Apartments to look for an apartment. I was blown away with the landscape of the property and the signs going into the property that talked about excellence. I walked in the office and I loved the decor and it smelt so good. The staff was pleasant and very friendly. I spoke with the manager Lorenzo and he was very professional and went out his way to find out my needs. I did ask Lorenzo about the signs coming into the property and he stated that the management company Blue Magma strive for excellence in everything they do. I thought that was awesome. They didnt have any one bedrooms available and Lorenzo almost convinced me into getting a two bedroom but it was a little out of my price range. He did refer me to their sister properties so I will be checking them out this week. I definitely would refer Park at Leeds and live there.
Horrible place to live, staff in the main office are VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. There are holes under the guest bathroom sink, the doors are falling off the hinges (Master bedroom door, guest bedroom door, and front door) None of my outlets have covers, some of the outlets in the entire apartment does not work. On my porch, there is a giant hole in the wall that exposes the plumbing, there is trash in the parking, we have valet trash but mines never gets picked up. There is a roach infestation problem. Since I’ve been living here (1 year) no one has ever came to the apartment and did an inspection. They also entered my apartment without notifying me, if you are going to enter my property that I am renting, by law you have to notify me 24 to 48 hours prior to entering my property, they did not. They came into my home and turned my water pressure down without my knowledge. Upon returning home from work, on multiple occasions they were evection notices on my door, I’ve never missed a payment, I was never late on a payment and I have all of my receipt as proof. Every time I make a complaint to the corporate office, the same exact person answers the phone the EVERY TIME, and tells me the same thing. “ I will send out an email to the property manager and they will contact you”. NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED ME BACK.. This place is a disgrace, and inhumane to live in, something needs to be done about it.
Ridiculous customer service! Reaching anybody at the corporate office or the apartments is a joke. No one will respond and no one seems to be concerned with money that is owed to me. All I want is my deposit. I was a great tenant, never late, yet when it’s time for you all to pay up, it seems like it’s an issue. But if I would have been late paying, I would have a $75 late charge!!!!!!!! I moved in March. We are almost to June and I have yet to get my deposit. I will never rent from them again and I will make sure none of my friends and family don’t either. Literally withholding people’s money during a pandemic. Great way to do business!!!!!!!!!

The Park at Netherly, Union City Ga- After living there 7 years new management comes in and increases the rent to a $1045 for my 2 bedroom apartment. The only upgrade I got was new blinds, I dont even have washer and dryer connections. I Always Pay my rent months in advance and Ive been a responsible and loyal resident. Definitely dont deserve the unprofessional treatment of this new company.
The property grounds were maintained beautifully. The unit floor plan was spacious, clean, and maintained well. I would recommend taking a tour and considering The Parks at Highgate for your next home. I had an appointment with Jan and she was very nice and professional.

I had to come back and edit my review. After Blue Magma Residential got wind of this review, they have done a complete overhaul with the incompetent staff members. Tricia is still there, as she should be; and the new manager, Miss Scot is fair, courteous, very professional. Miss Irene is so sweet, compassionate, but very professional. These ladies go above and beyond their duties Everyone in that office, follows through. No more days of calling and never getting an answer or call back. When we call, they answer. We dont have to call 5 to 10 times for one maintenance request. Work orders are filled usually within a few hours of placing a request. The same way I complained, is the same way I can come back and commend this exceptional staff for correcting the major challenges in our community. The Park at Netherley (Union City, GA).

You people need to stop responding to your tenants concerns by telling them to call the leasing office because you people never answer youll damn phones its like thats what you train your workers to do. Neither the leasing office nor the Management company answers their phones.
Since Blue Magma took over the Park at Hairston, Stone Mountain, GA it has been wonderful. Maintenance and especially security has greatly improved. Shannon, the apartment manager, was especially helpful with our apartment renewal. Thumbs up to Blue Magma

From the leasing agent Tradell all the way to the property manager, Shannon Glover !! They are all informative and very structured on how they want the work done. The property is an amazing place to get a good start in and around the Atlanta area ! So, if youre looking to move out of moms house and get a good head start - these are definitely the people you need to talk to !
First all on the first they was closed so I was turned around to pay my rent which I had to come to find out my water was second I’ve been waiting on a light for my kitchen a week thirdly the soo called security cursed me out for no reason very disrespectful fourthly they trying to bully me out a$100 late fee which they didn’t want to take my rent when I tired giving it to them..I hate I moved here with a12 month lease!
I lived at The Park at Mayfield in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, previously Foxgate Apartments, for four years. I had no issues with management until it was time for me to move. I did my intent to vacate in December 2019 and I moved out in March 13, 2020. They tried to charge me rent in April and I had to call and let them know that I had done turned in my keys and had been gone. I called for three days straight and talked to Kevin before Torie talked to me. I still have not received my security deposit and I know I am owed money back because I paid rent for the whole month of March. There is no communication at The Park at Mayfield and I still have not gotten any response from Torie or the property manager. They need to do better because after all that time I lived there I had to leave on a negative note.
The office staff has been amazing since new management has taken over. The two ladies in the front were very helpful. I haven’t needed maintenance yet since my apartment is new, but did meet them while in the office and they were super friendly.
Very disappointed in the customer service at the main office. Have been calling and for over two weeks have yet to hear anything from managers. Ive been given the run around so much. I will never rent from you all again. All I want is my security deposit. The apartments first lied and said the old managers would have my money than to find out you all have my money from my old apartments than say its certain days they file paperwork. Than no one from the main office calls anyone back. So unprofessional.
I work in property management and this company is amazing. All of their properties have great branding and smell amazing. Their employees all seem very happy to work their and the residents look happy. I am thinking of moving to one of their locations.
I have been living at Sutton Hill for 7 yrs and what a change. Their is no hanging out, we have a curfew, security patroling, I even see the manager walking around at night with security.The manager Mrs Kay is one of the reasons I choose to stay. She is nice, kind, concerning, and you can even talk to her unlike other managers thsts been here. Even when her husband passed away recently she still came to check and have concern about her residents thats what she call us.. Then theirs Brandy shs is nice pleassnt and willing to help. Mr Kenneth is no one to play with. Maintenance is great and a team and does your work orders. As long as their here I will continue to stay.come ths other one will. Thank you Blue Magma for having thwm here

Been living here two years in January..1st year under old company now with blue magma the rental staff unprofessional..was told I owed a late fee of 100 dollars .which I paid them August came I was told I owed 50 dollars which I went and paid ..the manger .made a copy ..then September was told I still owe 50 dollars i produced my money order receipt again .and now its October same issue was told we know u paid it i made a copy of the wrong side of your money order.why wasnt it logged in from jump its been three months I paid it in August will not be paying it again

This company just took over our complex. We are scheduled to move out the end of the month but we need our rental history to be approved for other housing. They tell they have no records from before they took over. So you mean to tell me you take over an apartment complex and have no idea how the current tentants have paid in the past? At least within the last year? So how do you know how much everyone’s “refundable” deposit is suppose to be? That information doesn’t just disappear. I can’t wait to get out of this ghetto place. For the life of me I don’t understand these companies and their accounting practices. Seems like accounting 101 to me but what do I know I just got a degree in accounting and do taxes for a living as well. 5/27/2020 Update - after now speaking to the 3rd apartment mgr. since March 1, we were lied to from day one. I feel like it’s going to be some shady dealings when it comes to getting my deposit back. They tricked us into pay almost $600 with the promise that we would be reimbursed some of that since we moved out early. Well come to find out that person got fired last week. So now this week it’s a different story. But I’m going to see what this “due diligence “ investigation reveals. My best advice to anyone considering moving to the Park at Paisley in Memphis is RUN!!!

I agree with everyone else. STAY AWAY. I was a great resident never gave management any problems nor was ever late on rent. I was told 2 weeks after I moved out I would get my security deposit. It’s been almost 2 months. Each person is telling me different things. It’s so unprofessional and a scam. Do not deal with this company! Nobody obviously wants to do their job. Don’t waste your time.

The Regional James is a liar who fires people to cover up what he is doing, and Jana and others corporate members that seems by the look of the Our Team on the website, have already moved on, know what he is doing and covers it up for him. They are ripping off their residents, by charging them fees and make the resident pay for them. If you are looking for your next home please look carefully and do your research this is not a good company and they do not treat their resident rights. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND MY CAT TO ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES....RUN! RUN! RUN!

I looked on the web site and saw both properties in Orlando, The Park at Highgate is closer to my job.I have been a manager at Olive Garden for 11 years so I definitely am all about customer service, but I have never ever had such a wonderful customer service experience at a apartment complex. I went in on a Saturday and I met Janet Mercer, I was greeted by her saying Welcome to The Park at Highgate I am Janet and I cant wait to help you transition into your new home so lets get started and she was happy and smiling.I have never heard that before, that made me smile. I could go on and on, I am not sure if that is what employees are taught to say but it worked, she bragged and bragged about the property and Blue Magma. I have and will continue to tell that story. Blue Magma was previously managing a property that has transferred management duties to my company and Sharifa and the rest of the team at Blue Magma made this process very easy providing us all the info and permissions we needed.
I paid a deposit and application fee, and was told after my funds was taken that the property was sold to Blue Magma Residential. I was offered only my deposit back even though my application was never processed Blue Magma will not refund me my application fee saying the old owners were paid that money not them. The staff at Parks at Hairston is rude Kay Davis intentionally had my application denied after my funds was paid out. I will have this company investigated by the BBB and The Housing Authority!!!!!!!

Dirty water, say they cant do anything about it. Dirt or grease literally comes out of water making tub black. Maintenance, up until this point, really does not repair anything. Most have truly not known what they are doing. Old apartments with warping wood, etc. Email and call and work orders are not always written up for repair requests. 5 visits and still did not fix toilet but maintenance could be seen talking and wasting time. We have followed every request but office is not happy that we voice our concerns about the problems in the apt. Letters come out that repairs are going to be made and what we need to do but many times nothing is really done. Lived with splintered railings that could not be held onto while going up and down the stairs for over 3 years here. Got home from hospital and freezer making loud grinding noise all night and say even though it was repaired the previous week. Maintenance comes and bangs on it and leaves.
The lady Jana Simmons is one of the nicest staff that I have came across . Nice attitude ❤️❤️
Honestly, this place doesnt even deserve 1 star. It was the worst place my family and I have ever stayed in. From the mold, roaches, squirrels/rats in the wall, no a/c or heat, stolen property (valuables and personal paperwork), and the list goes on. I have never experienced such poor service and just down right mean and unhelpful staff members. Since we lived there (1 year), the management has changed AT LEAST 3 times which wasnt a good look. They had my rent payment in the back of their drawer and tried to say they didnt receive it. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. We are located in Huntsville Al

In the office today, Jade the Assistant Community Director looked at Glenn her employee, asked Glenn if this entire Time he agreed to the Pricing that we saw website and what he knew to be true was the price was 980$.If the price was any different, I would have not gone through this entire process. I would have not put in an nonfundable 200$ Admin fee and 75$ App fee. Ive already Rented the Uhaul for the move in date and made necessary work arrangements with my job for me to move in July 6th. Im very upset that this means The Park at Collington Apartments practices false advertising. Also the employers agreeing it to be one price then last minute increasing it on their customers who provide the business.

I was told that my deposit will be mailed to me in 30days or 30 business days it has be far over 30 days and 30 business days, i have yet to recieve my deposit back, the staff is very unhelpful, and untruthful, i have calle this company serveral times and spoken with ppl who claim they do not have a clue about whats going on, i am very upset my deposit is my money, and it did not take me 30 days to send my deposit, it took me 30 mins, this company is pure garbage, the worse company ever in life do not rent from these ppl you will never get your rental deposit back.🤦♀️😤😡🤬

This company is the worst ever I will never live her again. They are so unprofessional and do not know how to treat people especially people who pay money on time. Been having maintenance problems for over a month and being lied on stating I will not pay my rent which is a lie . They need to fix the damn problems first
I live in one of the complexes owned by this company. Ive emailed complaints to this company about the complex with no response. The complex is cheaply maintained and the management is swapped out every couple months.
HORRIBLE!!,HORRIBLE!!,HORRIBLE!!!!!!I live at the park at edinburgh in lithonia georgia, worst mistake of my life. I have been having issues 2 months after i moved in. keep putting in request at the office and told they will take care of it and that is as far as it goes. No one answers the phones as priority. they do it when they feel like it. They make you feel so important and valuable to get you to sign the lease but after that tenants are thrown aside like trash. i have heard other residents say they have been dealing with nonfunctional bathrooms for 3 months and have no had any results. I have called the corporate office to get in contact with the regional manager but was told she has no contact phone number just email.....really what manager doesnt have a number for them to contact them...they must think i was born yesterday. i renewed my lease trying to be nice and give new management a chance but they are horrible. please dont be fooled by the outside appearance like i was. trust me you will regret to live here.it is 6/22/17 and i will i could move like January.

Ive lived at The Park at Ravenna since 12/09/16; As soon as I signed my lease I started having issue with the staff immediately. I even went as far to apologize and bought the leasing agents Jazmine and Jackie flowers for xmas to all be on a clean slate. I have complained about the Roaches that are coming from the apartment below me. I have request numerous time for them to please have someone out to full spray my entire apartment for at least a month once a week. I dont feel like that a lot to ask for. Ive written Blue Rock Partners numerous time with no response. Ive filed a BBB complaint as well as contacted the State of Florida to see if there is anything that can be done toward a business that is predatory such as Blue Rock. I wouldnt advise anyone to rent from The Park at anything. The materials are cheap. The staff rude and unprofessional. I could go on and one regarding the treatment I received. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Iving at The park at Stonehaven has been the worst living experience ive ever had. From Negligent, unprofessional & untrustworthy staff to deplorable living conditions. I can honestly say that this particular property deserves to be knocked down and condemned. I was forced to live with raw sewage and drain flies for 6 months. I have spent hundreds of dollars buying bug spray, fly traps & linen, because i had to use mine to clean up the numerous leaks that for some reason they couldnt fix until i contacted the BBB. Only then was i able to rid myself of the bugs and attempt to enjoy my last 5 months in this apartment. So i thought!! Next, I was then harassed and accused of leaving trash in the common area, they refused to accept my rent and threatened to evict me. Not to mention having the police called on me 12/2015 for being upset and complaining about the conditions of my brand new luxury apartment that ive lived in for less than a week. I am writing this message to bring these things to your attention. No one should have to go through this. I moved on 11/30 and was told that i would receive some type of email saying when i would receive my deposit. I still havent received either. I can only assume that this is the doing of the leasing office bullies you have employed. I have endured a lot of emotional distress and agony as a result of the 12 months i had to spend in hell. I would like to at least hear something back! Im aware that it takes time to receive deposits back but due to my history with this complex i can only assume that they will continue to drag their feet!
