I love this place i been leaving here for over 5 years. One of the most clean complex i have ever live. Office staff and Maintenance team always willing to help. Grounds and Pool always on point.

These are absolutely the worst apartments I ever lived in. Since I moved in there was a problem whether it was with my AC my refrigerator black stuff coming out of my water faucets and now I have termites. The office indicated to me that I certainly do not have termites I had to take the light fixture off the wall and bring it to the office just to show them I have multiple pictures and The office basically called me a liar. For the second time. My refrigerator broke on me about four times already when they replace my refrigerator if they replace it with the old rusty refrigerator and I had to complain for them to replace that refrigerator. They indicated to me what’s wrong with it it’s a working refrigerator. They promised me I would’ve gotten a brand new fridge fridge raider never got that my light in my daughters room that I’ve asked him three times already to come fix still has not been fixed. I know my apartment is infested with termites. Worst apartment I ever lived in

I had to change my review. The apartments are not renovated for new tenants moving in. They dont upkeep the grounds or keep the pools clean. Theres really no cleaning of any sort thru out the complex. It looks like a NYC Projects. The rent here is ok but you see very expensive cars parked in the lot. Corporate needs to get involved.

Would not recommending even attempting to try and deal with this place. Found the place online and loved it seen they had available units. Call to schedule a tour and the lady over the phone proceeds to tell me, we are all full and there is no availability.I tell her it says you have 3 units available on your website. She proceeds to tell me they were sold out 3 months ago.I told her then you might want to change the information on your website. She goes to tell me the reason it says available is because we are waiting on Teco!?!?That is not possible teco doesnt take 3 months to respond.I wouldnt waste your time with these people.

Veronica was absolutely amazing and helped us out with all prior information needed prior to moving in! The staff is very nice and welcoming! The maintenance come on time and work efficiently to make sure your troubles are resolved! Definitely enjoying it here!

Who is this lady that works at this office and handling phones??? She is EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. Where can I find the regional manager? She has no clue of anything or who her manager is and just hangs up on me in the middle of a conversation. This place was never like this. If someone can please get me the number to call someone over her unprofessional communication please let me know. I will be looking for more info on how to report this lady this is unacceptable.

I submitted and application despite previous bad reviews. There was was problems with the website.application must be submitted more then once. After submitting application and paying $85 there seems to only be one person that can review applications and is never there when you call. Im told I would be contacted but never get a call back. Very Poor experience and feel I got scammed out of my $85.

I wish I could rate them less than 1 star. The office is a nightmare to get ahold of. I moved out last August and called multiple times to make sure my account was in good standing and I wasn’t due a refund on my deposit or owed money for whatever reason. I was told every time I called that info had to come from the assistant manager. I never received a call back but saw on my credit report recently almost a year later that they sent me to collections. I’m so disappointed because I called multiple times and had I known I owed money I would have paid it right away. In the time I lived at Waterford it was always an issue getting in touch with the office. They don’t answer their phones or return messages and getting maintenance to come out was equally as difficult. I lived with a broken dish washer my entire lease. These apartments are cheap for a reason.

I think is a quite place to live, is not expensive and the apartments are great, not to sleep in the nights, in my case I have a neighbor that don’t let me sleep at night because he/ she wake up at 4 a m They didn’t allow me to change the apartment even when I told them that my mom is sick :(I talked with the office manager already and none helped me!!!!

Why isnt the black stuff coming out of peoples tub water still not fixed?

I agree with all of the negative comments. Had we been able to see the place in advance, we never would have moved in. We would have seen the roaches crawling everywhere. They sprayed and sprayed for 8 months. We had to go into the office every week to get put on the pest control list. Now, we fight them on our own and are having much better luck. However, it is obvious the building is infested, so it is a war we cannot win. Office staff - I dont know how they have jobs. They are friendly and pretend to be concerned about their residents, but no follow through on countless occasions show we are not their priority. Maintenance staff is great. When they actually receive the work orders, they respond quickly. I love the floor plan and the size of the apartments. But, I would trade this spacious two bedroom for a clean, customer-oriented, PEST-FREE studio apartment in a heart beat!

Ive been here for almost 2 years & I still love coming home. My neighbors are amazing! The office staff are the best ! Dalvis, Giselle, Veronica.They all make a huge difference.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. The manager is completely unprofessional and does not take care of the tenants. The hallways used to be pressure washed and it has not happened in MONTHS, they are filthy. The manager does not schedule carpet replacements (even when it’s been asked for months in advance), she instead goes on vacation.

I have been living at Waterford Apartments for a year and I havent had any problems with Management nor Maintenance. The ladies in the office are very friendly and understanding. Their communication is very well put out and also the activities they have for the residents are FUN. I would never regret living here, matter of fact, Im planning on transferring my lease to an Orlando property. The Wilson Company Apartments are the best choice I have ever made.

Its going to be 14 yrs. that Ive been living at Waterford Apts. I love living here, its quiet and my neighbors are friendly. Marti is a great manager and the office staff is very courteous and friendly. Its under new management and so far I have no complaints. Love this place, its my home.I went yesterday 3/24/2021 to renew my lease which by the way its going to be 16yrs. now on June living at Waterford Apts. and I also did a maintenance order. Carlos from maintenance came today 3/25/2021 and did all the work perfectly. Carlos always does a great job. I know when they send him to fix something its going to be done right. Thank you Carlos for a great job.

Im giving it 1 star because theres not an option for 0 stars. I cant even rate them because everytime I call them to get more info about leasing, no one ever answers. That makes me believe they are short staffed and might not be reliable if I ever need anything.

Was here for 2 weeks visiting my sister My sister gave a complaint about a issue in her apartment they came quick. And fixed the problem love the pool very cleaned..

Booked a viewing for an apartment online and when I came to view the apartment, staff was rude, told me that they have no apartments for me to view, when I walked out. Staff locked the door behind me. Will not be moving here if they treat possible residents like this.

Do not move into this complex. We had a leak under the sink about a month and a half ago, they fixed the leak but never dried the wood. A strong smell of mold began to stink from under the sink. We notified the manager and it has taken her a full month and a half to get anything done. Even before this apartment, we moved into one with a strong cigarette smell. These apartments are nice but maintenance and management do not care if anything is done right.

This place is disgusting. I am a current resident living with my toddler. When you first move in here they give you an inspection sheet to fill out and return. I have done so and it took them over a month to fulfill my needs (something so simple are re-placing the toilet paper holder for it was stripped from the wall) which I also put in at least 5 work orders. Also, which is a big deal for me is the pest problem. I have roaches EVERYWHERE. I been asking to be placed on the pest control since I moved in here which is about 4 months ago and only ONCE have they came out. I even took the liberty in bombing/flogging out my own apartment but they are sill here, yes you are welcome management.I do not and will not EVER recommend this place to anyone. Its so bad my toddler hates coming back home. Yes, I will be breaking my lease and if you have a problem with inattentive/unconcerned staff and more important unwelcomed pests then take heed to my warning and RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Just wanted to agree with the review left months ago about the black substance in the tubs, sinks and kitchen sink. It is true! I thought we were the only one dealing with it. It happens when you use hot water....so basically you can not use ANY hot water. It stains your tub, it stains your skin and anything else it touches. It makes the tub look gross. I have 2 bathrooms but only use 1 of them because I am not washing the tub everyday because of the black substance, I have had MANY of the fixer uppers come to fix the issue but they never do. We have been here for a couple years and it has not changed...not even with the new company taking over. ONLY reason we are still even here is because we are saving up for something way better. This isnt the only issue here either.

More than a week to fix my bathroom!

Lived here almost 7 years never been late for rent always on time the workers are awful not happy been waiting on my dish washer for 6 years never recived it. Decided to move spoke to marti and all she did was raise here voice this is the 2 time shes done that she is really rude not happy at all......

A very terrible experience living in these apartments! We have experienced black oily type substance in our water which has our bathtubs coated with the black substance. We also have the black substance in the dishwater and they have never once addressed this issue! DO NOT MOVE HERE! I AGREE WITH ALL THE COMPLAINTS LISTED BELOW!😠😠😠

I feel as if this apartment complex needs to be more organized when renting out properties and getting all things done. We were not able to view our apartment before moving in but if we could have, I would have elected not to do so. The split floor plans are weird. Plus the cabinets are outdated and dishwasher is very old. They also provide this itty bitty microwave for you as well. AND one thing they DO NOT mention when inquiring is, they run on GAS. So you are responsible for electric and gas bill...... I had to pay a deposit for my electric plus a fee as well as a gas deposit and transfer free which I am not happy with. We are stuck here for awhile but we are counting down the days until the lease is up.

Wow let me tell you this place is a 1st class dump and the lady in the office just kept yelling at me when I walked in for information in spanish. I went on the side she was at and told her that so you just said have a seat and I will be right with you. Finally she was done with the person in her office and came over to me and just kinda gave me the quick this is this and that is that and if you dont have this you cant get that kinda sound like whomp whomp to me. But then home girl lift up her arm and had a big pig stain of sweat trying to rush me out of there so even if I wanted to live there with people like her I said no thanks I will spend my hard earn money else where.

I made less money and could still pay my rent, will try again when you have a available apartment.

The valuation is for:The place of gym is in very bad conditions, not because of the machines but if they do not give maintenance it smells like a mouse.I made use of their machines and I did my perfect routine but I could be better if it was cleaner I create my environment but we do not all think the same!The very good pool creates a nice family atmosphere where nobody bothers anyone, in my experience I spent 20 minutes after my bath routine watching the families happy!

Horrible experience we lived more than 2 years and always the women of the office did everything reluctantly and answered rudely but the worst was when we left they had already warned me that they were charging for the rust of the shower and I lived it they called me shouting that I paid and they sent me pictures of the rusty screws of the toilet when my things were even ruined because I was almost 6 months with lichen on the ceiling until I got sick from the mold that grew from the humidity but it makes me suspicious that these women fight as much as if it were money from them and I find it strange that the 2 have new luxury cars with a salary in a job of those lower skill. I will try to contact the true owner in Montana to see if he charges for the rusty bolts secure or aware of what they are doing there

I have lived in this condo for 3 years and the attention is terrible in terms of the size of the apartment, I have been liquefied for many months in the toilet of bathroom 1 and the floor is being affected but that does not interest them, my electricity is being seen Affected for 6 months because the air conditioning is in bad condition, it fries constantly and the thermostat is bad and the air does not trigger what has been reported on several occasions and only what they do is defrost it and put it back, they also opened a hole on the wall to fix an electrical installation and it has not been covered yet and more than 2 months ago I hope that the true owner of this company reads this message and knows what to do and take action on it attentively and thank you

It is the most bad app complex I have ever seen, the maintenance is terrible. Im living in it for 9 months and nobody has come to fix the problems it has since we moved in and we dont have air conditioning, anyway. A DISASTER..............

I still live there and believe me its rubbish! the attention to the client is terrible, none of the workers has professional ethics at all at all, I in my opinion would advise anyone to go live there, in fact none of those photos that they have in the gallery is what they really are the apartments, if you put any report for maintenance to repair it, it is for pleasure, they do nothing, or if they do it is a garbage what they do. There are roaches, in my case I have small children and I dont know how many times I have reported that and they do nothing to solve the happy problem, I am really crazy to get out of there, what happens that I do not want to break the lease that pk but I would have already left.
