The salon is so clean and they are incredibly diligent about sanitizing their tools every day. I felt very safe. As for the service itself, it was amazing! Amazing foot massage, high quality polish, and very cute nail art. I cant wait to come back!!

Polished is my all time go-to nail salon in Tallahassee! The service and atmosphere here is what I was looking for since coming to Tallahassee for school! I had to call and cancel an appointment and asked if they could take me in last minute because I had no other time to do it in the week. They accommodated to my needs so readily and kindly and did my nails past their closing time just so I could have them when I had no other time to get them done. Tee and Henry did an awesome job on my pedicure and manicure always asking if I wanted them to do anything different on my nails. Any picture and style I show them they do and they look perfect! 10/10 recommend Polished it is always an ABOVE average experience there!!

First time come to this salon. Very satisfied from services and quality. I can say that the tech are very well trained. They have tons of experience. I highly recommend if anyone gets the chance to be around this area.

Ive gone here four times so far and its been awesome! I get powder dip and it works great for me-- usually two to three weeks in between fills, and Im a firefighter and do MMA, so they take a beating. Just got a great pedicure today as well. Wonderful, pleasant staff that do excellent work. Highly recommended.

This place was so cute! The energy and aroma is so pretty and clean! I got a gel pedicure and they did amazing, they helped me with my color shade and everyone was super nice. My nails look clean and neat. Yea Ill be coming here more often!

Dont know the name of the person I had but he filed my nails so hard I started bleeding. As im typing this my fingers hurt because I have so many cuts on my fingers from it. The actual nails are fine they look good but not worth me on the verge of tears from the pain.

I went in for the first time today and walked in 30 minutes before close. They treated me no different than anyone who was there sooner & helped me match the color already on my feet. I loved their beautiful atmosphere! You cant go wrong with this shop. Ill be back 4 sure!!!!

I walked into Polished today for a manicure. It was one of the best experiences Ive ever had in a salon. I ordered a gel polish manicure, was seated right away and then received the perfect manicure. Im pretty old so Ive had many and know what Im talking about. Kyle gently removed the old gel, patched up several cracks and made sure that each nail was done perfectly. He even gave me a neck/shoulder massage while waiting to for final drying. Truly amazing service overall. I give thanks for Polished and Kyle on this Thanksgiving holiday!

I’ve been coming here (infrequently) for over four years. Be aware of inconsistent pricing. They charge more than what is online. Most of the time the manicure is fine. Terrible customer service. Extremely long wait. Manager raised her voice “LISTEN TO ME” when I said I think there’s been a mistake because you charged me for a manicure when I only got a polish change. During the argument she actually increased the original price on my receipt. Unbelievable.

Tee and Kevin truly are the BEST! Their salon is always clean and presentable, there is not nail polish markings everywhere you look like in other salons. They have relaxing music playing and they pamper you from the second you walk in the door.We had Polished do my bridal party the day before my wedding and they were truly amazing, they had champagne and mimosas and let us bring in snacks to munch on while we mingled and got pampered.They are wonderful people with a wonderful salon, if you have tried them yet youre truly missing out!

I’ve been to a lot of nails salon but this is the absolute worse! Horrible customer service and it looks like a three old painted my nails the polish is everywhere I can’t believe I paid for a service I could’ve done better myself! The gentlemen doing my nails was so rough and was filing my nails so hard he cut me! I was in no rush but clearly he was. I don’t recommend coming here I know I will not being coming back.

I come here frequently for pedicures. My husband got me the ultra relaxation $50 pedicure GC for Mothers Day. It was amazing! Adrian did an awesome massage, the eye mask was relaxing, and the massage chair was great! Its the nice recliners in the corner. Only complaint was it was really busy and lots of people talking so not as relaxing as it could have been

I visit Polished regularly (sometimes with my 6-year old daughter) and it is by FAR my favorite nail salon in town. I love that they dont have any TVs, so you can truly disconnect and relax. The entire staff is excellent, warm and friendly. Ive always left there with a beautiful pedicure. It is beautiful and spotlessly clean!

I came here with my mom two weeks ago on a Saturday. It was fairly busy but not packed. They fit us in for two walk in gel manicures which was pretty nice, but again they had workers with free time. My mom enjoyed her manicure; she got it from a girl, but I dont know who. I got mine from a man. Im mad that I did not catch his name. He was SO rushed. I swear he did my entire manicure in like ten minutes, and the job was sloppy. Im unhappy because their prices have gone up since they first opened, but they seem to be going down in basic customer service. From reading previous reviews I see others have had trouble with them being rushed, rough, and sloppy. Listen, I get it; if you dont have time to do a walk in then dont! I would rather wait or go somewhere else than be treated poorly for nearly $50.

I travel and use the reviews to help me find great nail salons. This place is awesome! They are so attentive and customer service driven. I had my nails filled and a pedicure. Cant wait to go back in a couple of weeks when I travel for another visit.

Nice atmosphere, they also had the best massage chairs I have experienced at a nail spa. However I was displeased with the service and price of services. Pedicures cost $9.00 more than other local places but there was nothing different or special about their pedicures. The service was rushed. I was not offered a drink, once my pedicure was over I was abandoned in the chair and had to put lotion on my own feet and put my own sandals back on (Which salons usually help you do so you do not mess up your polish). Experience was not worth the money.... I will stay with my previous salon (Nail Country)

Kevin did a rushed and sloppy job. He was rough when doing my cuticles and made me bleed. Offered me water, I accepted but then was never brought any. These are all things I could have dealt with if the manicure was half decent but he put ONE layer of color and not even a good one. Will not be coming back.

Super friendly staff and by far the best nail salon Ive ever been in. Didnt have to wait, and did an amazing job. Definitely will be my new go-to place.

This place was terrible. The man who did my nails did a terrible! Horrific! Job. While doing my nails he kept stopping to look at his tablet or to ask the owner questions. He obviously had no idea what he was doing. I asked for coffin shaped nails and ended up with what could only be described as jagged shark teeth. I also asked for matte nails which cost extra which he did but he also put gel over it ( which i told him i did not want and also cost extra) so it no longer looked matte. My experience was horrible! I will NOT be going back!

Overall, the setting was nice & very clean but I was not pleased at the way my nails were done. I stated specifically what I wanted and I did NOT receive what I asked for.

THIS PLACE SUCKS. Made an appointment for 6:30 on Saturday 4 DAYS PRIOR. I call to confirm my appointment an hour before and they tell me they cant take me because they close at 6, yet still made an appointment for me. I was trying to kindly speak to this women about attempting to get their as early as I could, which would be 6:15 and I swear the owner or manager or whoever she was said bye and hung up on me. So absolutely rude. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I write this from podiatrist. Kevin was careless and too aggressive on ingrown. Now, paying for Dr and will be healing for 2 to 4 weeks. I was hoping to avoid podiatrist but after 8 months realized it would not heal on it’s on. Such a bummer.

Had a 3 oclock appointment here today and arrived early. I was told at 310 it would be 30 min before my service because they had no women available. They have women perform services on men. A man walked in after me and was given a pedicure by a female after I was told none were available. It is now 4:14 and I have yet to recieve any service. However, the man that came in after me had a pedicure, has paid, and is gone.Most unprofessional! Will not bother to stop in again. Apparently my time is worth nothing to these people that work by appointment as I do. Shame, nice looking salon.

I arrived at 6:30 and wanted a mani and pedi. I was greeted with it would be our pleasure several team members took of me and it was a wonderful experience. They offered me a beverage, massaged my Hands and neck. My toes and nails look fantastic. They never complained that I made them stay late. Class act. Book your appointment soon.

I decided to come here to treat myself for my birthday because they had decent ratings.. worst decision ever! I ended up waiting 40 mins to get a pedicure.. the owner was assisting clients that came in after me.. my feet set in the damn pedicure tub for damn near 20 mins until someone finally came and gave me a pedicure.. the only reason Im not giving this place 1 star is because of Twun. He made my experience a little better and gave me some champagne for my bday and apologized for my wait(THE OWNER DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE). But the place had gnats flying everywhere and they ended up flying in my drink.. then when I went to check out the owner had the nerve to mumble something under his breath when I didnt leave a tip. I WILL NEVER COME BACk HERE!! AND STEAR CLEAR OF THIS PLACE IF YOURE NEW TO TALLAHASSEE

My name isnt Yvette thats my mom... but it was my mothers birthday and im the type of person to come regularly to a salon if i feel they are truly good.. Ive done allot of research on which salon to go to and whos the best out there and as you can see this was.the number 1 spot.. so i made an appointment for my mother to get the hot rocks treatment a manicure and pedicure and all.. we arrived early and as soon as we walked in the salon no one greated us or asked if we needed anything they all just stared and ignored us reminding you were the only African American women there i tried catching someomes attention and they ignored me so we just Sat there with my child in my hand... after a while another older white woman walked in the salon and they immediately rushed to the front greated her and asked if she needed anything to drink they took her jacket and sat her in a chair and created a friendly conversation with her then afterwards they finally decided to rudely ask us what we wanted and i told them we had an appointment.. they did not acknowledge my appointment they barely spoke English which i know they could from them previously speaking to the other woman i showed them the design i wanted on my phone and the owner began screaming at the top of her lungs about how shes not doing it instead of politely saying no which i completely understand seeing the fact that o work in a similar environment that they do,. They then Sat my mother down very rudely they did not offer her anything to drink she had to ask... we had an appointment with the manager because i wanted the best for my moms birthday and instead i later found out from the conversation my mom had with her stylist that the girl that did her nails just recently started.. I am a very classy woman that love being pampered but this salon only saw color and judged us because we were black and ruined my mothers birthday gift my mom had to keep telling the girl to fix crooked nails and the outcome was not satisfying my mom did not get her hot rocks treatment that i scheduled for and only when they found out i was spending over 90 bucks there they started treating me with a little value.. i then tried there again to give them another chance the same.thing happened i was ignored and treated like a thug i had high aspects in this salon but your experience here depends on the.color of your skin and the money in your pocket i will be taking my services elsewhere

Waited almost an hour for a polish change. The job was average at best and no one attempted to offer a drink or give updates on the wait. They tried charging $35 for only the polish change even when the menu said it would be $10. The manager started yelling at us in front of other customers and refused to apologize.

Let me first start by saying that I rarely get my nails professionally done. I am a cabaret style dancer and prefer the feeling of my natural nails. The place I usually go to was too far and I was in a hurry so I took my time to research a new salon. I came across Polished and it looked nice, had good reviews, and was close to my job. I called and spoke with the male receptionist who was extremely polite and professional and that sealed the deal. I walked in at 5:20 pm was greeted by Kevin and the receptionist I had spoken to earlier. They were clearly busy but I did not mind the wait since they were kind enough to offer me refreshments and the atmosphere was beautiful. Up until this point I was extremely impressed with my visit. Then I sat down with Tee (at least that what her name plate said) and thats when things turned for the worst. It was the most PAINFUL experience of my life. First of all she was clearly in a hurry. I asked for a full set and to get my eye brows done and she did both in 30 minutes. I came in at 5:20, sat down with Tee at 5:45 and she was done at 6:15. A full set alone usually takes about 45 plus an additional 10 minutes or so for brows. She cut me twice using the sander to buff my nails. She was too busy talking to Kim and kept running into my cuticles. And she was extremely heavy handed and literally man-handled me. She kept jerking my hands and practically pulled my arms out of their sockets. Oh and my brows: She barely let the wax cool before putting it on my face and thinned out my brows after I told her not to. They were already shaped, I just wanted them cleaned up a bit. Back to my nails: They did not have paper towels to dry with, instead they used actual wash clothes/hand towels which left a thin layer of lint/residue and I explained this to her before she started painting. She said to me Dont worry, I fix and then proceeded to paint the nail. I repeated myself and said NO you dont understand, you just put paint on top of the lint She looked at me like I was stupid and again said Dont worry, I fix for you And again continued to paint. When I looked at my nails, the right thumb nail had a ton of air bubbles and a missing patch that I asked her to fix. Instead of removing the polish and repainting she then applied an additional layer of top coat and then told me to go dry. While sitting at the drying machine I noticed under the UV lights that the right thumb nail she had just painted she used a different top coat. The nail instead of being black (the color I requested) glowed blue under the lights. I asked her about it and she brushed me off. Sure enough this morning I go outside and my nail is Blue :( Overall, I did not enjoy the experience and I will not go back. Tee was rude, rushed, heavy handed, and too busy talking to Kim and Lambda to even listen to me.

Would not go here if I had to . I went to get my eyebrows done and the girl was just dropping the wax on me and waxed half of the part and I had to pluck the rest right there in there store . Never ever will I go back nor will I recommend that anyone comes here
