Acrylic overlay turned into a hot mess. Didnt get her name but it doesnt even matter!! I wont be going back. Nails were fairly long and I asked for them to be trimmed and filled. She never asked me the shape so I figured she would shape them how she found them...not. She squared them and was upset when I told her I didnt like it. In an attempt to round them she filed them off and made them oval. She started speaking her language to another nail tech who attempted to defend her. I showed her my nails and she refused to admit they were a mess but her customer did all she could not to laugh.I wish I could give them a 0!!!!!!

This nail salon is very unprofessional. First of all the salon looks more like a chill spot. I went to get my eyebrows waxed and they took more than what they told me I had to wait (which is understandable) but please don’t play with my time. The workers laugh at you and make it noticeable that they’re talking about you. The customers takes breaks to smoke. Which is unprofessional. As a worker you should’ve reminded them about the rules and expectations.

Dont know any names yet but mi will be returning to get mi nails, feet and eyebrows done there again and again 💅🏾❤️ will make them mi permanent nail salon 😃😄 THANK YOU ALL at Classy nails 🥰🥰🥰

Listen the people are friendly, but im not too haply with my nails. The acrylic was on way too thick to the point where my fingers are hurting. After reading the reviews im glad im not the only one that was experiencing this. I got my nails done for a special gathering and i have never had so many people to ask what happened to your nails. My nails compared to other females nails at the whole party look like what one of the reviews said looks like a kindergartner did it.

My father had been recommended to this salon way back in 2015 or so by someone from church. We began taking my disabled mother there for pedicures and occasionally she wanted her nails done. After I saw they treated her well I became a client and even had them do my nails, feet and brows for my wedding in 2018. Fast forward to the summer of 2019 and all 3 of us get in the van to take mom to the salon. This Asian male owner refused service to my mother outside in front of the business when he saw us approaching. He said the females were not there and because she cries he refused to work on her.He totally discriminated against my mother!! She is disabled from a stroke and yes, she gets emotional at times briefly. Ive always been with her and explained why and that it was not from pain by them. They always seemed understanding. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SALON! If they will treat a disabled woman this way even with my hard earned dollars spent there, they will be rude to anyone. Im reporting them for this discrimination and I have witnesses.

My sister took me for a spa day. The lady doing my nails seemed to be in a rush. She was very inpersonal didnt want to hold any sort of conversation and seemed annoyed with small questions asked. I have bad ingrown nails she just clipped one or two of the tips to make them short and didnt even clean out from umder any of the nails on my hands or feet. She cut one of my toe nails 1/2 way down the nail leaving a split nail and then instead of trying to fix the broken nail or even mentioning it she just covered it with clear polish. The pedi and mani was botched as pictured below. She left a sharp pice of acrilic pointing up on the top of my pinky finger that another worker just filed down then dismissed all of my other concerns. The nails on my hands were uneven and discolored (they didnt even cover ip to my cuticles or sides of my real nail) and they looked cheaper than the fake nails you could by at the dollar tree. After all was said and done my sister was charged $120 for mine and her nails and that type of service. I would NEVER recommend this place to even my worst enemy. They were all around horrible and ruined a day that my sister had been saving and planning for months!

I walked in without an appointment an hour before closing. They took me right in and treated me as if I was their only customer. I was very much pleased with my french gel pedicure. The rest of the crew started cleaning and closing up shop as the gel process started. No joke, that place was cleaned from top to bottom. Every chair, footbath, utensil, the entire place was thoroughly cleaned.

What a great find! Thanks Google and all the other reviewers. Lady did my pedicure and did a fabulous job. My manicurist was also lovely. Everyone in the salon was lovely. I struck up conversations with two people and both were having equally good experiences. When I went out to dinner, I got compliments on both my manicure and pedicure.

WORST place ever. Bad attitude and service, manicure was rushed and did not feel welcome.

I went to this place today on my lunch hour because of the reviews which have to be fraudulent!!!!!!!!!after the first lady had glued my skin to the tips she then put acrylic all over each nail and all over the sides I stopped her and asked how long she had been doing nails........ long time she says..... umm I dont believe that at all I have been getting my nails done for 20 years and this was by far the WORST EVER.......I left with my nails looking like a kindergartner had done them and no paint but to top it off my thumb it cut and bleeding .... The owner then wouldnt let me leave without paying $15.00MY ADVICE IS BEWARE IF YOU CHANCE GOING IN THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

My nails are patchy and the lady that did my nails were aggressive the nail polish seems old.

Moving meant having to no longer go to my nail salon of over 7 years but thankfully this place has made the change effortless. The first time I called ahead to schedule a regular pedicure after work and had no issues getting an appointment. It was lovely and took their their times, definitely coming back!

Fast rushed he used cold water they didnt even massage my feet he oil my legs not my feet I left dry and upset I walked in while a couple was half way thru they pedi and I finished before them this was a bad experience nail bar it is! I didnt get good quality I paid 25 for nothing but a toe Polish😠

My nail lady was sweet but, these look dummy uneven 🥴 I just wish my nails were even.Update : my there is acrylic stuck to my skin of my thumb that I noticed once I gotta ot home and it’s very painful and bleeding a little.Also there is a small burning sensation on my finger I will have to remove all the nails they hurt

Super nice staff, beautiful place, and my nail techs hands were magical! I officially have my new regular spot. It was surprisingly busier than I expected on a Thursday but that did not delay the service at all. I will be coming back for the pedicure.

I have scheduled appointments which work fine for me. This is the longest Ive with a nail salon. Owner makes adjustments as needed. If I had a recommendation to make, it would that when owner is not at her seat to greet the customer, another technician should immediately acknowledge/greet guests when they walk in the door.

Ive been coming to this salon since the end of 2019. Im glad I finally found a nail salon that superb and cares for their customers. My daughter and I had a bad experience with one of the technicians and the manager fixed it right away. My daughter nails looks amazing now! I couldnt be anymore happier.

If could have zero star,I will choose. Too noise while getting pedicure done by 2 boys, the guy rushing my pedicure to go out for smoking. Oh hell no.Paint my toe nails over cuticle and on the side but he didnt use polish remover clean them. Color look not smooth,, i have to come to another nails salon for changing color for $9 more.Never come back again.

Words cant express the pain and anger I have for visiting this place. The staff were friendly however, the tools used either were not clean or the products were contaminated. As a result of having individual eyelash extensions applied, Ive lost my natural eyelashes in addition to an eye infection. There was an over abundance of glue used and it took hours to remove them. I only gave a one star because that was the least option. I will NEVER visit this location again!

They have prices on a board. But my price did not match it. Or its fordifferent choices that I received. A friend told me they had the best prices. But nail studio beat them in price and the way they did the pedicure. Then I was told there were choices to choose from.. the chair for pedicure was not comfortable. They were all used furniture. But the people were very nice and ran by husband and wife. I would recommend them if you have the prices first. And they were great on gel quick dry polish only 10$ .

Awful pedicure Ive ever had. The young guy was embarrassing while doing for my pedicure, he is not professional nail tech for sure, the way he Polish on my toes nails unbelievable,, hand shaking, polished on, over, around cuticle and then not clean them well. Polished thickened on my toe nails and mess up when I arrived home, because they were never dry. Sorry I have to tell the true. Never ever be back here.

They keep everything very clean and sanitized, and work very effectively; not too fast as to lead you to think that they are not taking the time needed and not too slow where your constantly thinking of what else you could be doing at the moment.

This was my first time coming here and i enjoyed it Andy did a good job on my nails and the young lady did good on my eyebrows

Extremely rude male staff member!! He refused to do a customers pedicure and even stated to the customer I dont want to do this then walked away and left the customer sitting in the pedicure chair with the water running. There is no excuse for his rude unprofessional behavior and I will never go to this shop again. I encourage everyone else not to go there either! Our business is obviously not important or appreciated !!

Ive been several times now. Wonderful service. I suffer from an ingrowing toenail and the friendly technician removes it painlessly every time. I recommend them to my family and friends.

Ive been going there for two years and always get great treatment; as a result, my wife has started going as well. Make sure you get the pedicure that features the hot wax; your feet will feel dance-y all day.

I have to get up and get out as sooner when I saw The nails girl opened the rolling cart . Inside the draws look lump sum whole mess, the sponge is dirty, the yellow ( light orange scrub ) is too dirty on over the top. Sorry, they look disgusting on my eyes.

This is the first time come here get manicure gel color, the lady didnt even asking to trim my natural nails. She just cut them shorter, ( I want to keep my length,, uh ubh,,, that s too late to tell her, so, okay, just shape the rest of my nails, NO CUT, ok ). She didnt talk or even communicate with customer, maybe she have NO ENGLISH. :(:( After that she use the coarse drillbit to sand on my nails, ( look weird??? )that is damage my nails bed.) . it took her about 18-20 minutes for my manicure with gel color. Thats super fast, incredible !The gel last 0nly aweek, they start chipping off after the nextday, what is going on with my nails after getting manicure done, is that a fungus or something else.

Descrimated against NEW CUSTOMER . Male owner stood front and center and stated “I DO NOT WANT TO DO THIS” and when she asked was he okay he looked at her with a nasty look and said “NO, I do not want to work on you”. When she stated she felt insulted and unwanted, than the owners child (Stuby 10 year old male) started making snarling animal sounds waving his hands in the air at the young lady. She was appalled and left and I followed too. The women workers sat quietly as if they were afraid to even move wrong. They spoke quietly begging her and I to stay. We left. Don’t ever go here.

Never again! My first visit was good but I got SNS nails and their are not neat. The shape is inconsistent and and bulky. They applied the wrong color. The female tech was annoyed at every request and rushing. They started getting busy and it was clear they didn’t have the staff but insisted they could get everyone . Waste of time and money.

Steer clear of this place! My daughter and her friends went for mani pedis and they all turned out awful. I called and tried to have them corrected or have their money refunded and was treated rudely. They all have to go to another salon and have them redone at their own expense.

I do not like it here this is the worse nail place I’ve been thus far. Steep prices cause for quality work and I did not get that here

Horrible customer service. My nails werent shaped or filed. I had to ask her to get the nail polish off my finger she was just going to leave and she caught an attitude. Dont try this place. This was my first and last experience here.

If I could, I would give it ZERO stars.People need to be aware that this play is a total rip off. They charge you extra for the most ridiculous things like.. her hands are too big. A nail is a nail and you should charge the same price (unless theyre kids of course).When I called them they gave me a price over the phone, then when I finally got there they up-charged me. RIDICULOUS. Since I already made the trip there I got them done. It looks horrible, had someone else fix it back home.

My sister and i went to get our nails done and a pedicure. My sister was done by a woman there and i was done by the man. The man did an amazing job. The massage during the pedicure was amazing! I felt so pampered. My nails looked amazing and exactly what i wanted. It was perfect. He even had a great since of humor. However the woman that done my sister wasnt so good. She just rubbed the stuff on her legs and rinced it off. It was like her arms and hands were limp and she just moved them over her legs and feet. She left polish on my sisters toes and even had it uneven in places. With the nails, you could see her real nails on the side. It was bumpy on top of two of them instead of evened out. On her pinky nail there was a small sharp piece sticking up. They were uneven cut. The sides looked bad also from her filing the sides so much and the angle. She pointed it out to the man and he fixed what he could but alot of it wasnt able to be fixed. If the woman would have done better i would have givin 5 stars. If anyone goes here ask for the man to do their nails. He did a perfect job. He made it worth the money!

After I got my acrylics done,I noticed that she didnt paint the side of my nails all the way, and she got a lot of glue on my skin, also the nails were way to wide looking. And I had a lot of pain after they were done. Never again!
