This is my spot to get pampered! I love coming here. They usually know what I want and have me looking - and feeling- nice when I leave!Fair prices, awesome service, and clean and inviting atmosphere.

I wish I could leave 0 stars for the overall service I received yesterday 8/30/19 from “Meg” I have been a patron of this business for 8 years and unfortunately I will NEVER return or recommend anyone else to go. The quality of service and customer service has declined over years and today was it for me. The main reason I’m leaving a review is due to two disrespectful employees-“Meg” and another employee, I don’t know her name but she is the only black female who works there. The owner “Linda” attempted to control the situation but failed to do so. “Linda” did have another representative call me to apologize for my experience and offer a solution of completing my services due to me leaving before they could complete the services I paid before deciding to leave the business, but the damage was done. The two employees have ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT for customers or the owner of the business. The poor service isn’t worth the time or money.

I paid $65 for acrylic set and color change for my toes. I give it such a low rating because two days later my nails started to pop off. I’ve paid less for my nails at other locations and I’ve never had a nail pop off. They were pretty when I got them done, but don’t waste your money or time coming here.

Pretty and clean, service was quick. I got dip nails. It had been a looong time since I last got my nails done, so my old set was starting to come up. They started to just peel them up, but ended up ripping my nail and making me bleed. However, they were very apologetic and did everything they could to make sure it wasn’t hurting the rest of the appointment. Looking at the end result, they’re decent. The tips don’t feel super secure, there’s some space between the tip and my natural nail at the end. Also, they’re a little messy around the cuticle. Might go back, but I’m also still exploring other places.UPDATE: Nails fell apart in a week. Would not recommend.

The best service and extremely clean salon. I tried their NuPedicure and it was a fabulous experience!!! My heels were super dry and not anymore. I purchased a foot treatment cream to take home and I just love it....I have used it 7 days and my heels are so smooth now. The staff were friendly and I enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine and left feeling totally relaxed. I highly recommend this nail salon it is first class...

Ive been going to Rotica for several months.You can make an appointment, though you get seen pretty quickly even on walk-in. They have a great variety of acrylic nails and similar products. There are also a lot of choices for pedicures, which are always wonderful. My favorite artists are Maggie and Jack - though because Jacks the owner is best to have an apartment for him. Maggie takes extra gentle care of my friend who has pain from spinal injury.

I loved that the staff were very kind and greeted everyone every time they came in and that they are opened everyday of the week. I also recently got the Purelic pink and whites they are perfect no yellowing or cracking. This is a perfect place to come to Im going to suggest this place to everyone. Oh, also they have pedicures to fit everyone here even ones for men. I personally liked the chocolate one, it smells amazing and my skin was so smooth after. Thank you Rotica nail bar for making me feel special and welcomed.

I am very picky when it comes to my nails. Ive been in and out of skips for years trying to find the right one for me. Until today Ive been thinking Ill never find the right shop. I walked and was very pleased. I was greeted and asked what service I wanted. I needed a repair and a fill on my nails. I was told which seat to go to after my daughter picked my color. I didnt get my techs nail but she was fast and thorough. I have found what I have been looking for. In love with my nails.

Worst customer service ever. The man that did my nails literally sat in front of my and clipped his nails, with the clippings flying right unto me. Then left me there to dry my nails, didnt say a word did check if my nails were good. Nothing.The young guy is the only one in there that I would recommended because he does a great job at pedicures and is very personable.

I absolutely LOVE this place. They take their time on pedicures instead of rushing through it. The owners do an AMAZING job on eyebrow waxing. I literally do not touch my eyebrows because I do not want to mess up their masterpiece!

I love going here to get my nails done. I rarely have to wait very long. They all know me and are very friendly to me. They do a great consistent job.

This establishment was short of perfect.. Great customer service and my nails and feet both look and feel amazing. The massages after your services are tge icing on the cake.. Well worth all $224.00 2 people 2 pedis and 2 sets and 4 glasses if 🍷... Loved it!

So I dont like posting rude post but today was my first day going here and the nail tech (who I found out is the owner) was doing my nails, she was rude, she made me feel uncomfortable the entire time and very rough. She cut me three times on my pinky finger and kept snatching my hands. She just didnt have any sense of customer service. So I expressed a little concern with another nail tech and she of course a black girl took the situation to a whole different level and at this point I dont like confrontation plus Im pregnant so I just paid for the nails and left but Ive been to lower class nail shops and I have had better customer service treatment. This will be my first and last time going there and the crazy part is I was recommended by a complete stranger a few months... Maybe it was just a off day for them but first impressions are lasting and I definitely wont give them any of my hard earned money ever again.

Rotica is a great place. I always take newbies to the Pedi experience there. Kick back and let the friendly staff take care of your needs from Pedicures, Manicures, Waxing and Massage. Hey and they will even offer you a complimentary adult beverage while you are there. I went earlier this week. I am always pleased.

Ive gone here twice and both times my acrylic nails looked great and stayed on for a good amount of time, but I wont go back because the customer service is terrible. Both times Ive been the woman was extremely rude and inattentive. Both times I left with scabs on most of my fingers. Prices are inconsistent, first time i went I paid $30 for medium length and the second time I was told it would be $40 for the same thing. As soon as the woman was done she dropped my hand and went behind the desk to sit on her phone. Random men would walk into the salon and go to a back room, dont know what that was about. Overall it was ridiculous service and not worth the nails in the end.

Rotica Nail Bar has an absolutely great atmosphere where I enjoyed my glass of complimentary wine as I indulged in my Nu-Pedicure, which left the soles of my feet soft as a babies butt, lol.... Had a great manicure along with my Shellac Polish which was flawless. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful environment and excellent services.

I went to Rotica for a consistent 2 years, but as time went on they got progressively worse.1. I try to go when they arent busy so that they wont rush and I can get optimal service. However, as I walk in, tell them what I would like to get, and then start looking for the color, someone will come and stand next to me RUSHING ME to look for a color. I dont really understand what the rush is, I dont take forever but Id like to look for my nail polish in peace. Ill have a color that Im contemplating about in my hand, but Ill still be looking and someone will stand right up next to me and will be like, so is this the color you want? And I will say that Im still looking and they will like reach OVER me and pick out a random color and ask if I like that and I will say no politely and theyll just keep doing that until I ask them to just give me a second. I dont like to be rushed and it wont even be busy when this happens.2. The technicians are just rude/unprofessional. 2 of the technicians are nice. For one, they argue or yell back in forth in their language. One time, something was going on between two of them and they were just going back and forth, yelling across the shop, and someone went outside and the other went out and followed her. Another instance where they were rude/unprofessional was when I was paying and she ASKED for a tip and I gave her the last dollars in cash that I had which was $2 and she laughed because it wasnt enough or worth it I assume, but they had been rude during the service anyway so I didnt want to tip at all. However, the person I was with gave them $5 and she said thank you.3. Also, it seemed as if they just MADE UP random prices when they would charge me. There was no calculation, no paper listing what I would get and how much it would cost, theyd just go to the register and say uhhh 45 or whatever it would cost. A friend told me the same thing and I never even mentioned this before.If you get lucky with the right technician then youll get a nice set of acrylics... they have skills but the service is just trash which ruins the WHOLE experience! With all that being said, they just create an UNCOMFORTABLE atmosphere and they are not worth my coins!

I had a very unpleasant experience here. I went in for a pedicure and had to wait for a chair even though the salon was pretty empty. My tech was a young man who proceeded to hit on me the entire time and made me feel very uncomfortable. The pedicure was decent at best. I will not be back.

Only My Second Time Here And The Service is great. They provide beverages of your choice. Mind-Blowing Massages and an overall beautiful place. I would recommend to anyone living or visiting theTallahassee area!

WORST experience ever!! The staff was too busy yelling at each other to pay attention to what they were doing. The lady was extremely pushy on trying to get me to upgrade my pedicure and would not take no, thank you for an answer. Least relaxing pedicure ever-- I am sure I will have bruises on my legs with how rough she was. The drying light was turned off and rather than help my friend and I figure out how to turn it on they just stared at us and continued eating their lunch and having a conversation amongst themselves. I will NEVER step foot in there again!

First experience here. When I walked in nobody said a word to me. I waited for about 15 minutes before they acknowledged me and asked me what I was getting done. Once I got in a chair the lady began do my nails. halfway through she got up, without any word to me, went over to another lady and began doing her nails. She did this ladies nails from start to finish, while I sat there in awe. When she finally returned some 20minutes later she said not a word to me. NO APOLOGY, NO NOTHING. She was very rough, pulling on my arm, being very rough with the tools. After SHE was finished she got up and walked away. My nails had yet to receive even a top coat, another employee realized this and he did it for me. Of course at the end she tried to be very nice. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

DO NOT go here for your eyebrows. Went there today and they had someone who did my eyebrows like it was their first time ever!! She left my eyebrows looking like triangles it’s truly horrible. I would leave a picture of I wasn’t so ashamed.

I love getting my mani-pedi here! They are always quick without rushing you through the process. Great nail art when you need it and I personally enjoy the hot stone pedicure. Always a lovely experience.

This place is terrible. They do a decent job on your nails, but the customer service is abysmal. My nail tech got up in the middle of doing my nails to talk to another customer...that was strike one. Then he proceeded to begin doing another girls nails while doing mine. When I asked him to please only focus on me, he goes what do you want from me? It took an extra 15-20 minutes to get my nails done. Dont waste your money. Horrible experience and horrible customer service.

I honestly try not to post negative reviews but I was pretty disappointed. I was from out of town and went to get a new set of dip nails and the lady rushed through the procedure. She left me sitting there to go eat her dinner and didn’t say anything. After sitting for a long time in front of the fan, my nails still weren’t dry so I knew she didn’t put on a top coat. I asked her to put the top coat on and my nails and my nail surfaces look rough. My husband even said it looked like a 6 year old did my nails. I didn’t complain because they had a young child ring me up and I felt bad. I’m just used to my usual nail techs being perfectionists.

Rotica Nail Bar is great!!!! They have so many different pedicures and, the workers are so nice. I had the men sport. Chelse gave me a very long massage. My girlffriend also got the gel manicure and it lasted more than two weeks. If you are in Tallahassee you should try this place!

Favorite nail salon Ive been to. Its very clean, modern, and well-kept. It doesnt smell like acetone or have dusty, fake flowers everywhere like other places in town. Jackie and the team really take care of you. I usually get a regular pedi and gel mani. Id say most, if not all, negative experiences were far from what the typical customer experience reflects. Sometimes when they get busy, they stack customers (which is understandable from a service perspective) but the quality of their work remains top notch.

Walked in today with a friend to get pedicures. Lady who I believe is an owner walked up to us while texting and said what do you want without even looking up at us. The pedicure its self was wonderful but within a few moments the nail tech insisted my friends upgrade to a special heel file. She agreed for an extra $5. When we went to pay we both were charged $40. The classic spa pedicure is $35 I was charged an extra $5 for no reason. Rude staff and overcharging will make me not go back to one of my favorite places.

Came in to get my chipped nail fixed that was done with dip powder. The guy who did my nail rushed and skipped steps (i know because i have had dip powder system done many times) and the results were... Eh. The french white line isnt clean and the whole nails just looks foggy. I left this establishment with polish on my skin and they didnt even bother to throw cuticle oil on it. I will not be returning for the dip powder.

You will be hooked! My nails stay chip-free for two to three weeks each time. Plus they offer complimentary wine during your visit. You can also book private parties and have a fun spa night with your friends.If you love a fun and relaxing atmosphere and expertly-painted nails, then this is the place for you. If you dont love those things...you are dead inside.

Rotica Nail Bar was a very pleasurable experience for me and my wife...... I had a Mens Sport Pedicure and me being a guy I thought it would be a fofo frilly type pedicure but it is in deed geared for man. I enjoyed a beer a relaxed while I got a great massage and my parrafin wax on my feet. Jacky is amazing he does an awesome massage and is very customer orientated. My wife had her shellac done by Bridget and she was very nice and very friendly, it was the best job she ever had. Linda also did a body wax on me and my wife and it did not hurt and she was very gentle. Great place, very clean and a very elegant nail salon, I will defintely come back for more great services.

Like my nails... But the service was not great... Jack did my nails... He does a good job... But he was occupied with texting on his cell phone while doing my nails at the same time... Not to mention that when he was done he asked me to go dry in my car cause he had to go... Well, I sat in my car for almost 30 mins (drying my nails up to my vents) and Jack never left the salon... Also, theres something fishy going on in the back where they do massages... Hence the need for a separate outside door to enter the massage part of the salon... Also, Jack received a phone call (on his personal phone) which he stopped doing my nails to answer (in front of me)... It was a dude on the other end asking for a certain girl... Well, Jack proceeds to tell this dude that the particular girl is no longer there... But he has a new girl whose 40, has nice body, and cute... Well, needless to say that call was suspicious and also confirmed why this place seemed so familiar to me yet Ive never been there... Some months back this place was busted for running a prostitution ring via providing massages with a happy ending... Hence, Alyssa Rinards review below mine about strange men randomly coming and going in and out of the salon - to the back room...So, Ill never go there again and I suggest you dont either... A place like this jeopardizes your safety in many ways by illegally providing those happy endings...

I came in to get a dip nail full set and polish change on my toes. When I walked in I noticed it looked clean and didnt smell like acrylic. I also noticed they didnt have their prices posted, so make sure you ask before they service you. Overall, my nails turned out ok, but the experience wont bring me back. I wasnt offered my glass of wine which was ok at first. Then after my nails were applied, the technician sent me to another lady to polish them. This lady didnt speak very much English, so when I told her that I didnt like how she didnt bring the polish all the way to the bottom of my nail, she didnt understand and kept doing it. It made my nails look like I needed a fill already! I asked the tech who applied my nails to look at them and that this is not how I wanted my nails polished. I could tell that the other lady wasnt too happy about my complaint because she just threw her hands up and walked away. So my original nail tech polished my nails to my liking and sat me in a nail booth with fans so my nails could dry. What really pissed me off was when 5 mins later another lady who worked there asked me to move because she needed that station. She didnt offer to help me move my things or bother with sitting me at another station so my nails could dry! I thought I went early to avoid the chaos, but that didnt work. So while my nails look decent, I will not return.

I have been pampered twice in this nailbar, and both times with an awesome guy named Jackie. The first gel mani/pedi I got lasted 4 weeks without chipping! All I needed to do was cut my nails as they grow super fast. Everyone, including myself, was impressed at how long it lasted. Definitely recommended!The highlights:- awesome decor- soothing music- complimentary beverages while you are being pampered (non-alcoholic and wine)- gel mani/pedi available everyday- additional services available (waxing, facials, massages)- after hours parties available upon request (not sure about the cost of this)
