This place is horrible. I had been waiting for an hour and a half just to get a pedicure. I’m never coming here again. I wasn’t even greeted at the door. This place has horrible customer service. DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to waste your time and get treated badly.

I went here for my birthday on April 16, 2021. First of all they told me to wait for 10 min. 10 min turned into an hr. Then I had to sign a waver saying they not responsible for no damage they cause to you. Now a young women did my feet which came out nice, but then I had to go to the older women to get my nails done (full set) now the problem with the lady is that she don’t pay no attention when filing your nails. I walked out with 3 cuts. Now all I was trying to do was look pretty for my birthday oh and she don’t do power gel neither. I paid $135 for a full set and pedicure. I will never go here again.

They are amazing! My acrylic nails never broke, chip or anything even if I hit them on something! The stuff they use is quality.. they don’t pop off even when a fill in is needed

I will NOT be back NOR recommend. Young girl did not know how to paint nor listen. She painted 1 nail at a time and put me under the UV light, who does that. Needless to say a short gel polish change took 45 minutes. I asked her to paint all of them at once and then repeat. She was flustered and instead of the customer always being right she got snippy.Also instead of round nails I have coffin nails. Thats only for acrylic... I would have specifically ask for coffin. ANNOYED. Her mom had to finish. Use your lips and ears to proportion.Something should have told me it wasnt a good choice as noone was in there nor walking in. Had just called around and they were all booked. Suggest getting it together or new management.Needless to say I did not get the extra service I originally wanted because they took forever and I was not about to sit through getting 1 toe nail painted. I walked out and neither made sure my paint was dry.

Everybody was super nice we were able to get my hands and feet and my daughter hands and feet done in a reasonable time frame they allowed us to get waited on even though they were getting ready to close soon and did it with pleasure and not an attitude it was a mother and her daughter that worked on us, very nice people.

WARNING---DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I got my nails done on Thursday night and was completely dissatisfied with my experience between the awful customer service, expensive prices, and TERRIBLE QUALITY OF WORK. The woman doing my nails shaved my nail down so much I was pulling my hand away saying ouch and she continued....I stubbed my acrylic nail Saturday night and instead of it simply popping off of my real nail like it should, MY ENTIRE NAIL RIPPED OFF WITH THE ACRYLIC NAIL. My nail was profusely bleeding, I have never felt pain like that before. For 2 days I have been in pain, unsure of what to do with my real nail hanging on by a thread, and the fake nail still attached. Finally, I had to cut off my entire nail bed. They shaved my nail down so thin that there was nearly nothing left, so the acrylic took my real nail off with it. Save yourself and DO NOT GO HERE.

The place is okay. They did a good job. But I have never seen a gel pedicure and manicure(with overlay) for $135.00. Back where I’m from, the most will be $85.00 for both. The most I paid was $105.00 in Georgia. Don’t know if I’ll be coming back paying that price.

Would not recommend this place. It is overpriced and the quality is poor. For a 65 dollar fill with gel polish, I shouldnt have any overlap around the nail bed.

This location is very clean, very organized and professional. They were super nice and friendly and I would recommend coming to this location. I’ve been to other nail shops and this is my favorite I’m not going anywhere else but here.

I been going here for two years and it is the best place in tally Ive come across. The price you will pay is well worth it. The negative photos you may see are not the work of this shop. You wont know untill you try! Good work is not supposed to be rushed so expect quality work for however long you end up staying! 5 stars all the way!

Terrible prices they wanted to charge 110 for a gel pedicure and a fill in for acrylic nails . A fill is typically 35-50 dollars and a pedicure is typically 30-40 with gel so I’m not sure what they use for their pricing but I was extremely disappointed. I got the pedicure done and it wasn’t all that for it to be so much more expensive than other shops .

Me and my daughters have been going here for over a year! HANDS DOWN, BEST nail quality in Tallahassee. Very particular about my nail shape, She nails it every time! My nails last over 2 months and never lift. She charges a bit more but its worth every cent!

She is perfection !! I always get my nails done by her yes she is a bit pricey because shes that good. You pay for what you get shes amazing loooove her took my little sister to get her brows some the first time and she was quick and gentle phenomenal

I’ve been a loyal & satisfied customer for 2 years! This is the only nail salon my family comes to! Although it’s pricey my nails last for at least 5 weeks! Highly recommend!

I recommend this nail place to any and everyone. She is pricey but well worth it.

Went in, the place was empty. I showed the lady a picture and she followed it. At first the older lady was gentle but when she started filing it started to hurt due to her rushing. Overall the nails were okay but on the phone I was told 30 dollars but was charged 70.

I was charge $110 for a pedicure and Dip powder nails and from start to finish, 3 hours of time. Two of my fingers were cut in the process. This is the worst nail salon I have been to.

Great customer service

The nails look great! But they over charged me for a fill, it states $18 on the website and in store but they charged me $23? And my friend got a full set and was charged $30. Not going there anymore when I can get a fill for $15, same quality, somewhere else.

Not many nail techs but this lady does an amazing job.

Ive been going for over a year now and I love the way that Lin does my nails!!! She takes her time and I can go without a fill for about 3 or 4 weeks. I wash my hands a lot and she knows this so she takes her time to make sure that I have flawless nails! The price is expensive but I always make a way to spend my money with her. She does an awesome job on eyebrows as well. If youre looking for someone that will take their time and make your nails look great...go to her! Just make sure you ask for prices before you get services!

Called beforehand and was told a gel manicure was $40. Decided to get a pedicure also and was talked into putting gel on my toes also. The service provided was excellent, but after it was all done I was charged $110.00. Not going back ever!

Awesome!! Ive been a customer for over 6 years. Quality service. It was reported by Yelp that the business is closed. It is NOT closed. They were on an extensive vacation. They are back and open for business.

I heard from several people that she changes prices after the work is done.. I still went to her and thats exactly what I got. 1st off I asked her for a certain simple style.. she stated she cant do it. Then I asked her for a price on anotherStyle and she said it would be $40. When it was done she charged me $65!!!!!!! I would NEVER go back to her. The quality was not good and i had bumps on my nails. She filed it with the electric filer and the swirl marks where very visible through the polish.

I have been going to Lan at Jen Nails for almost 10 years. I have NEVER had a bad experience and my nails are always getting lots of compliments. Ive been there when several people have come in wanting Lan to fix a problem with their nails. They went to another salon located close by but....you get what you pay for folks! Lan and her family are very nice people and altho Im retired now, I still go to have her do my nails.

Very friendly and quality service, but do not come in a rush.

The gentlemen was very good with massaging and takinghis time, but the paint didnt look right on my toes. There was only two staffers there and it was just me and another lady...ittook 30 minutes to get to me. I dont understand.

Had been a loyal customer for over 5 years and Ms Lans prices were never consistent. Sometimes a fill would be $27 some days it was $33. When she started charging me $40 for a fill with NO DESIGNS and couldn’t give me a reason for the up charge other than I got different color polish, I was forced to find a new nail tech. Ms Lan has good quality but HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This was my first time going to them. However after getting my nails done and I go to pay the older lady told me $30 so I gave her $40 and when she only gave me $5 back in change I was like you told me $30 this is $5 back. But after reading some of the reviews I see that is her trade mark to switch prices after she say one price. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Loved the atmosphere

When I went to this salon, she did a very great job on my nails and made sure to ask if I was doing okay (I was getting a fill-in). The only downside is the list of prices on the wall said $18 for a fill and I was charged $22 without being told ahead of time.

Have friends that get nails and peticur with complete satisfaction
