I use to come all the time b4 they remodel the place but stopped because of this.. I paid 95$. All I got was a pedi and a fill..the first pic was a week ago my GEL polish was chipping so I came back just to touch up my thumb. On my left hand as u can see this is even worse then the first time.. they are over priced for not so good work.. when getting my toes done I had picked a yellow gel but wasnt pleased with how they was polished so I went back with white.. the yellow is still in the corners of my toes😩. My toes look a mess my nails are shaped ok but the polish is awful..

Today is my birthday!! I think my nail techs name was Thong. She was very nice & professional!!! She definitely knew exactly what I wanted. I barely had to speak a word about that! I gave a $10 tip & to be honest, I wish I could have tipped much more! I got acrylics with champagne color finish. Amazing!!! 10/10

Was there for 4 hours for a soak off, over lay and pedicure. Maia was great on the feet but horrible on the hands, Amy came through and fixed the disaster. However, its the unorganized flow of appointments to walk-in ratio that throws me off. I think this should be adjusted. Kelly who seemed to be the customers favorite was booked and very busy. It was the long wait and unorganization that made me rate them so low.

Used a new person instead of my usual and wasnt as good but she gave a good pedicure.

I WENT BACK FOR THE SECOND TIME FOR SERVICE. I HAD TO COACH THE NAIL TECH KELLY THROUGH. MY WoRK AND WAS TALKED ABOUT AND SHAMED FOR ME WANTING MY NAILS RIGHT. I PAID 130 AND AS SOON AS I LEFT MY NAILS CUTICLE On my toes and hand are Very Itchy MEANING THEY DIDNT PROPERLY CLEAN The Tools. I WONT EVER GO BACK

Been here a few times. Nice lady. But I like my nail salon day to be peaceful. Not so much if there’s a screaming, mom hitting, toddler around. I’m all for mommy business owners and kids being around but its just an uncomfortable situation for her, the kid and her clients.

Honestly the best full set I’ve ever had. My boss recommended this place and I’ll never go to another nail salon. My full set was so feminine. My tech made them long and thin and perfectly even with the right level of curvature. I almost didn’t get any color on them cause the full set on its own looked so good. I always have issues with my full set looking big and bulky but my nail tech killed it. Amy did my nails and 100% recommend her!!

I used to come here a long time ago and I remember they always got the job done. This is my first time in about a year. There is a new lady I think is called Becca who is nice and all but her work isn’t. I normally don’t post reviews except I didn’t think the work she did was worth what I was charged. The lines sucked, the sanding of the acrylic burned and the gel looks horrible with a ton of lint in the nail. Won’t ever come here again.

Ive been going to J Nails for years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is so nice. There are A LOT of color choices for shellac and regular polish too, which I love. Theyre under new management now, the woman who runs the nail salon is very nice. They do a great job, I got my acrylic full set done there and all my fills and the shape is always perfect (Coffin). Pedicures have always come out nice too, honestly cant say anything bad. The prices are reasonable too especially for college students.

Why i just went for a quick polish change, they took so long when finally got to me i said gel to go faster ... tell me why they said $20 and I was rushing so i paid it and avoid problems but here i am sitting at home asking myself did these ppl really told me it’s $20 because of the gel alone 🥴. They sneaky always changing prices

They do nails and eyebrows great but I do not suggest getting your nails taken off by them! I expected them to soak it and take their time but NO they used nail tips to rip up my nail bed and had the nerve to charge $8! Never again will I make that mistake!!!

I have been going here for about a year. And I’ve only gone to ONE person which is Kelly because the man that works in there is the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. He’s asked me to come back twice because he was too tired after sitting there for over an hour. And he had no remorse or care in the world that I was a LOYAL customer. Do NOT go here. And you’ll definitely be waiting until the end of time even if you do have an appointment booked.

I just left the shop and the workers here are nice, one lady offered me a drink when getting a pedicure and made it a relaxing expierience. Didn’t catch her name sadly but she made the experience good. The pedicure was good. One of the male workers did it. However, another lady did my nails I’m guessing she is the shop owner, she didn’t do a great job. She rushed my nails and they look clumpy. Also in the process of rushing she made two of my fingers bleed. The price was kind of high on how badly the nails was done but I got gel nails and I know they gonna be a little more but $65 is not worth what I got. I will insert pictures of them once I find out how to lol.

Horrible place!!! I went to get one nail fixed and literally took two hours to get serviced. And on top of that they serviced two people before me event though I was there before them. DON’t GO THERE!!

Absolutely TERRIBLE service, do not come here. I waited over two hours for a simple fill even when I called ahead, they took people who came after me for waxes when I shouldve been getting my nails done. Charged me extra for cutting the nails... and never told me I was charged that amount until after. Extremely rude and made my friend and I very uncomfortable. Definitely will never be coming back.

First of all, if your business hours begin at 10, why are you pulling up at 10:15. That should’ve been a sign for me. A total ripoff. I came here, because I was short on time. Never again!

Terrible experience. The place was not kept up well and the staff was rude and running 30-45 min behimd appointment times. I got a manicure and they did not clean under my nails. When I went to wash my hands at the sink there were little fruit flies too. Overpriced and horrible service. Go anywhere else but here.

I walked in to a place I normally dont go to and asked how long the wait was and the guy said 15 to 20 minutes so I literally wait 45 minutes and I asked again. Im sorry sir you said 15 to 20 minutes almost 45 minutes ago and I still havent gotten my nails done yet so do you know how much longer this will be and he said 15 to 20 minutes again. Im like is this a joke? I could have went somewhere else had I known the wait was really going to be more like an hour in 5 minutes. Now Ive wasted 45 minutes of my day and still dont have my nails polished, and Im running out of time. Ive got alot to do today and honestly didnt have anytime to waste. I honestly never leave bad reviews because I am a business owner myself and I like to make things right if theirs someone unhappy but these people didnt care, and obviously they know that they dont have to have good customer service to stay in business because of all the college kids on this side of town. This why Ive decided to leave this review because I never got to see how good they are but their customer service did enough for me to never come back here and just take this into consideration if you are in a hurry. You will get lied to about the time they really are going to get to you. Not ok just be honest and stop wasting peoples time just so you can make money. Trust me if you are honest about time that will make people want to come back. Hopefully the owner will read this and fix the problem.
