Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and filter replacement. Specifically asked Teresa Howard to please make sure they checked my tire pressure she assured me it would be check once they rotate tires π€. Got my vehicle back and looked at my tire settings tires were still low. Her response βOh they must have forgotten β. Did they even rotate the tires??? I get that they are busy, but paying over $100 for service, they should definitely take the time out to do it right! Totally disappointed βΉοΈ

The check in was fast and easy. Amber already had all my info and created the work order and I was on my way quickly. Everyone was polite and friendly. Everything was easy to do. Only issue was when they were checking fluids, I was not advised of my low windshield wiper fluid was out and it was not filled up like last time. If they do not fill it, they could have at least notified me of the low fluid

Potential Buyers BewareAs I read the reviews Iβm saddened because my experience is not measuring up. I wish I could give a glowing review but from the day I bought this truck, itβs been trouble. I drove off the lot and instantly realized a transmission issue. Turned around and came back only to be told if something was wrong I would have to trade the vehicle though my check hadnβt even been deposited yet. A spark plug was changed but the transmission is still acting up. I was told to bring it in to the service department and itβs been two days, no one has looked at it and now Iβm told the transmission guy is off. Iβm trying to be patient but it appears I was sold a lemon and making lemonade may cost me over $5,000. Quote for a new transmission.Paid over $24,000 and now Iβm without a vehicle.Evidently, my experience is not the norm, but you never know if you will be the one they drop the ball on.*********BUYERS BEWARE**********I will update you all on the progress we make if any!!! 9/11/2021
Balance machine only does 18 inch wheels...so why take my 22 inch rims off??? Balance was off couldnt fix when I went in for a oil change they rotated my tires threw my balance off... couldnt fix had to pay out of pocket!!! Dont touch if you dont have the proper equipment.

Traded in our Suburban for a newer vehicle and did this on a Saturday. The sales person promised they would remove my wifes chair lift from the Suburban and have it installed that day. They didnt get it done, didnt even try. I understand they are short on service techs due to the virus. Not a problem. Came back on Monday and finally got it on the new vehicle by around 6:00 P.M. that day, but they would not give me the wiring harness for the chair lift. Will attempt to get the wiring harness Wednesday when we take it in for certification for the extended warranty we purchased.....cant use the lift without the wiring harness. Hope they have it off for me.

Mr. Anthony Curtis Brewer, District Sales Manager sold this car to my daughter on Sunday Jan. 10th, 2021. It test drove fine, however on Wed. Jan. 13 the Transmission self destructed so now it sits at AAMCO waiting for us to find $4000.00 to fix it. Had I only known that I was buying from a man who teaches others how to scam hard working people out of their money! Avoid this Man and this place at all cost. Mr. Brewer, hope you enjoy driving your Maserati, you will not even drive a GM product, I guess they are vehicles for us little people.

Bought a battery and couldnβt even get someone to put it in. Was told it may take a few hours. Next time Iβll stick with the common stores like autozone & oreilys for my parts rather than going to Chevy. Seems like everyone is comfortable and doesnβt wanna really get their hands dirty. Our experience with the dealership was that it was professional and courteous. We especially appreciated the manner in which our sales associate, Tyler Cole handled the purchasing of our new vehicle. We did not feel like we were being pushed into buying but with his knowledge he guided us into finding the perfect vehicle for us. During closing on our purchase we were also impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail. We would highly recommend this dealership and plan on returning for our next vehicle purchase.
Service department:Appoints mean absolutely nothing. I had an 8am appointment for an oil change and got the car back in 5 hours. I had a 7am appointment for what turned out to be a 5 min test drive and didnβt leave till 5pm. I dropped the car off 2 days ago (with appointment) for a 5hr job. They still havenβt started.
Great Service with excellent processes to take care of the customer. Digital awareness and communications were outstanding. I received text messages for updates; and service advisors seemed to be spot on when I had a question. Highly recommend this dealerships service dept.
The employees there were very nice and quickly helped me with what I was there for. They made sure and took their time and checked on the issues I had with my car and made sure it was fixed before I left and safe to drive without the issues. We were not there long, they got us in and out.
The day was busy. They were a little late getting to my vehicle even with my appointment but the gentlemen apologized and soon after they got to my vehicle. I understood and all was fine.
Dropped vehicle off at 8:45 am for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Based on mileage, it was suggested to get transmission fluid changed. Agreed to do that as well and was asked what time I would like to pick up my vehicle. I said in the afternoon would be fine. I never received an update on my vehicle. At 4:00 PM I called the service department and was told that my service was still in progress but a service member would be in touch very soon. At 5:00 PM I decided to drive to the dealership because I had not heard from anyone. A very pleasant service member assisted me and informed me that my service manager was in a meeting. She checked on my vehicle and let me know that the βsystemβ for the transmission fluid change was down but that my vehicle was being worked on and it would be 45 minutes and they would get me out of there. I left and came back at 6:00 pm with no call or update. My vehicle was sitting in the checkout lane but the service manager was busy with another customer. I waited 15 minutes without any recognition that I was standing there and asked the same service member that helped me before if she could get my service complete. She set aside what she was doing to help.I type this extremely frustrated. In 8 years I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and have done all of my service on my vehicles with the service department. I am disappointed every single time I come back. A simple oil change and tire rotation should take an hour maximum, especially if it is scheduled. My wife takes her vehicle to Honda and they get her in and out in less than 45 minutes. Iβm never updated on the status of my vehicle and never offered any incentive to come back except that I personally like to have my vehicle serviced at the same place. Please please please consider this review and make the necessary changes!

WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! What should have been a quick turnaround has turned into a month of them having our vehicle. We dropped our car off a month ago because water was getting into the fuse box of our Chevy Camaro. AFTER WEEKS OF THEM HAVING THE VEHICLE AND FAILING TO FIX THE CAR, we only found out that the warranty would not cover. We have been dealing with Mark and they only refer us back to him. Now, its been more weeks and even after the insurance adjuster went out and confirmed that the car could be fixed and even cut the check, they HAVE NOT FIXED IT! We understand that businesses are short staffed but we also have families and businesses. This service is the worst weve ever experienced. We just want our vehicle fixed, the issue solved!!! It should never take anyone months to fix someones car especially a place that should be professional and reputable. VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!

My experience wasnβt great. The staff is friendly and personable in person. My biggest issue was the communication or lack there of when they had my suv. I realize they are under staffedβ¦They really need to find a way to communicate with customers and be certain to return calls even if other staff need to help out. When I was there 2 other customers came in and also complained about no one returning their messages.They didnβt contact my warranty until after they fixed the car; that they had more than one day. They actually contacted the warranty when I got there to pick up the suv and the warranty didnβt cover. So, I was left paying over $500; over $300 in labor. If I knew the warranty wouldnβt cover I would have gone elsewhere because as we know dealers charge way too much.

The absolute worst service Iβve ever received at a dealership. We bought a used 2015 suburban and I had already paid my first months payment before they were finished with basic repairs that we agreed upon in the contract. We kept it less than 2 years and sold it after I replaced broken struts, repaired the AC, and the transmission began having issues. We bought an extended warranty with over 10k miles left on it. I called the dealership over 2 weeks ago and spoke with Gorge Case. He had me on speakerphone and was quite rude and unprofessional. I emailed all requested documents and still have not heard from anyone nor have I received a refund. Iβm currently looking for a new car and one for our daughter. Iβd drive across the country before I ever gave Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet in Tallahassee another cent.
Top-notch service all around from our initial call to schedule an appointment through the return of our vehicle. Im not from the area but was traveling with my children. Dale Earnhardt Jr. Chevrolet went above and beyond to get us back on the road in no time. Many, many thanks to Amber and the rest of the weekend crew for making this happen. The only hiccup was the diagnostic fee. Though I was made aware of the fee, it would have cleared up some confusion if it was clearly disclosed that the fee was not waived if repairs were made at the dealership. I made the mistake of putting unleaded fuel in a Diesel engine thanks to BPβs genius marketing design (green pump handles).There I was, 4:30pm on my way to Mississippi from Jacksonville with a deadline the next morning. I called 3 mechanics and dealers in the area and no one was willing to take me. Then Amber, Bryan, and Shane came through for the save. They were willing take me in, conduct the fuel drain, and get me on my way 2 hours after the service department takes customers. Iβm extremely grateful for their help and understanding! They have no idea how much they helped to save my day!

The salesperson, Tony DeGeorge did a phenomenal job in assisting me through the sale, and in fact, is the reason I followed to consummate the sale. There were some disappointments during the transaction i.e., when the sales manager reneged on a promise to hold the vehicle I purchased for 24 hours. I had agreed to pay the requisite earnest money to hold the unit until I could coordinate the 90 minute commute from Albany, GA to Tallahassee, FL with my wifes schedule. Mr. DeGeorge had worked with me for several days as the vehicle had not reached the dealership. Once it hit the ground the sales manager reversed the decision to hold for the previously agreed 24 hours, citing demand for the vehicle as her reason. This was the worst demonstration of professional courtesy I had ever experienced as a car buyer and former GM employee.
Even though I didnt make a purchase. The sales staff was excellent. No pressure at all which is not common in the car sales business. Would have given 5 stars but they are a high volume dealer and not very flexible with pricing.

As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions/uncertainties and Damon helped us every step of the way. I saved his business card so we can recommend him to our friends and family if they need someone to work with in finding a vehicle. The high praise focused on him shouldnt take away from how everyone else did, we had a great experience with everyone there, but Damon stood out as being such a great person to know in that building. Someone needs to give him a raise!

My initial experience was great, salesman Joey was phenomenal. Looked over vehicles and test drove them as well. But when it came time to run numbers and financial aspects it was a nightmare. First thing that started the bad experience was the dealership lowballed me on my vehicle after Iβve been to 5 other dealerships willing to all give me the same price that my car is really worth, they just didnβt have my type of cars in their inventory so I had to look elsewhere. But I knew going into this I would have some negative equity but Iβm not dumb I know my numbers and have excellent credit. So βBarbieβ came out and was extremely pushy and had an aggressive attitude towards all of this, I was highly upset and uncomfortable with her the entire time she kept telling me I could try to pull money from my savings and refinance after awhile even though I told her my budget several times she kept pulling different budget numbers out of nowhere as if I was going to change my mind, this woman has no idea how to deal with customers and needs to stay in her office to do her business. I left without buying a car and went to another dealership that gave me my exact payoff amount for my car and I got payments well under my budget. So this dealership can take their shady business elsewhere and kick rocks! I donβt recommend going here unless you want to get screwed over!
Had the Most terrible experience! After calling and speaking to one of the salesmen, I scheduling a test drive on a vehicle I was interested in. I drove 2 hours there only find out that they did not even have the vehicle on the lot that I had called about. Not only that, there were not any vehicles on the lot that were discussed during the phone conversation. After Discussing with the manager what was going on he told me he was going to look around and see what he could find. They gave me the run around for about 2 hours supposedly looking for me a vehicle. End of story, I left with no car. They were no help! They didnt care! They wasted my time and they didnt try to fix their mess up. I will never go back to this dealership nor will I recommend their services to anybody else. Sorry but you dont treat people like that!
