Walked in trying to get some new brake pads installed and KC was able to get them ordered and installed for me all while I waited for under an hour. Great customer service and quality work.

My car was making a rattling sound when the transmission changed from second to third and third to fourth gears and the oil light flickered off and on. It turned out to be leaves/debris blocking the air flow. KC topped off my oil and took my car for a test drive to make sure it was ok after he cleaned out the leaves/debris. He charged nothing. His business has completed work on cars owned by my family and has always been honest and charged a fair price. I highly recommend this business.

I highly recommend A2Z. They installed a new air compressor in my car. They quoted me over the phone and I brought the car in to be fixed. My AC blows cold and strong now. Odd interaction with the mechanic my car broke down in a2z parking lot the name of the shop is very deceiving upon taking to the mechanic all he wanted to do was (O2T) Oil and Tires because he was one man short. Whoever that one man is he got to be the best one in the shop ill never know. This is not a review just an bad experience.

Called in the day before and made an appointment. Was a little late but I was welcomed in by KC all the same. The mechanics here were pleasant, helpful, and attentive to what my car needed. I brought brake rotors and brake pads for them to put on the car along with a engine under shroud to replace my damaged one. They got it done quickly and took care of me and my car. Would definitely recommend these guys and will be coming back again!

Terrible service to keep you coming back so you can continue paying them money. I brought my car here for a simple clicking sound in my impala and to get a traction control light checked and fixed. They fixed it only so that your car runs fine for a few weeks. The simple fix of the clicking sound in my ac came back as well as the hud light for a traction control problem AGAIN! I tried to take it there so they could re-evaluate my car again and then the guys tried to charge me again to fix the EXACT SAME problems I had the first time when I took my car there which would’ve totaled almost $1,000 and it just plain out isn’t even worth it

I had an issue with my ABS module in my Genesis which caused my auto hold/ hill assist to malfunction. I dealt with this issue for close to 2 years. I went to several auto shops and they could not do anything. They would always refer me back to the dealership and some stated they didn’t see anything wrong with my car. I told them there was something wrong because I know my car, I just can’t fix it.While riding one day I saw this shop and decided to give him a call. After speaking with KC, I really felt like this trip would have a positive outcome. It did just that! Other shops made my vehicle situation seem so difficult and KC stepped in and solved the problem without a doubt. This is my new go to shop for all of my vehicles! Went around and got quotes from all over town, these dudes offered the same tire for less than half of what other places were. They were extremely friendly, and I can tell these guys are masters at their craft. 10/10 service all around.

My jeep was given a death sentence as the transmission and engine were said to be on their way out. Took it here for a 2nd opinion that didnt cost me an arm and a leg just in case it was time to call it. Not only was the issue resolved right away, they confirmed the transmission and engine were still running strong. Can not recommend this place enough and will be coming back from here on out for my mechanical needs as well as my girlfriends.

The guy doesnt set appointments he just say come on thursday doesnt say what time or anything I came back 3 different times and he told me to come back on a different day. Never going here again.

These Guys are scam Artists!! Stay Away!!! They told me that I had a crack on my exhaust pipe and it needed to be replaced. They did not bother to show me the crack because THERE was NONE.. Someone else verified that there was NO CRACK ON MY EXHAUST PIPE. Theses guys tried to tell me that the repair would be VERY CHEAP, VERY VERY CHEAP, ONLY $450 to replace exhaust pipe. They are not to be trusted. They will TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. And if you dont feel like a $450 repair is VERY VERY CHEAP to fix a Pretend crack on exhaust pipe then dont bother to go here. SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!! I pray that KARMA Shows you same courtesy as you have shown others.If you are female dont go here.if you are a student dont go here.if you dont know much about cars dont go here.If you are young dont go here.If you are old dont go here.If you are a tourist dont go here....Actually nobody should go here, Just stay away!!!

What a relief to find a new shop that is not only reasonable but a short walk from my home! All the reviews about the superior customer service are 100% accurate. A2Zs 30 day service and parts warranty is the best. The first replacement part for my car was unfortunately defective and the brothers quickly replaced the part with exceptionally fast turnaround at no extra cost for me. I will be taking my cars here from now on knowing they are in good hands.

I am very impressed by this autoshop! One of the best I have been to in the six years I have been living in Tallahassee. Diagnostic and repair was all done in the same day for a fraction of what the dealership was going to charge. A2Z was not only very informative about my specific vehicle, but they went above and beyond in their diligence in finding, assessing, pricing, but they also paid attention to detail. After the great conversation about my options, I knew right then and there that I would be back. On my second visit, they recognized my car and installed the parts we had discussed a week before again at a very fair price! I recently came here to get my driver’s side seatbelt receptacle replaced and it was a nice and quick experience. KC performed the replacement in such a timely manner I was so surprised and relieved that I didn’t have to wait super long. These are really kind people who know what they’re doing without charging you an arm and a leg. I will always come here for any car issues I may run into. They’re really great, especially KC!! :)

Believe the great Google reviews -- this place is incredible. Not just the best auto repair in Tally but better than any Ive used across the country. Instead of a stereotypical gruff, greasy mechanics shop, its a super-clean spot with two gracious, brainy brothers and their dad ready to clinch any affliction your car may have. My early-model Infiniti needed substantial work and KC gave me a ride home, kept me informed, tracked down less-expensive parts, finished early, and charged less than the estimate. He even called a week later to make sure the car was still running well. Thanks to the Kassem men!

Pure quality and superb customer service!I went to A2Z because theyre 3 minutes from my house and I love to give my money to quality local businesses; not huge corporations.A2Z went above and beyond my expectations. Even when my Extended Warranty Claims department (like all insurance companies) refused to let A2Z repair my car after their superb diagnosis and forced me to go to a corporate dealership, they investigated my warranty without being asked, called me back and let me know I could get the job done free under my existing warranty with the Hyundai dealership! They saved me $650 and received nothing for their incredible customer service except this heartfelt and incredibly grateful review!Local, (most importantly) honest and their entire establishment and staff make you feel confident the moment you walk in the door!They are officially my local experts for both my vehicles from now on!Thank you A2Z!

BAD BUSINESS - B E W A R E- NOT TRUSTWORTHY! DISHONEST!Took my vehicle in two days straight for diagnostics, (a waste of time) no written estimate, only numerous verbal guesstimates of possible problems & causes and would not charge a fee, not wanting to give a receipt. After two days of hem hawing around, vehicle was taken to another shop and upon inspection discovered my seven month old battery had been removed and replaced with a TEN year old battery! Reported this activity and filed a complaint with the Sheriffs office.

I brought an old car in, thinking it was on its last legs. After bringing it to KC and the mechanics over here, the car feels five years younger and drives like a gem. I took the car to A2Z Auto Repair because I felt that my car had break issues. I was greeted by KC. He test drove the car with me and suggested that I bring the car in again to look the problem deeper.
