You will get your car fixed right the first time. The only issue is communication. You will be satisfied with the repairs. I recommend you take your vehicle there. You will be satisfied but communication about your vehicle will be a challenge.
Great staff and competitive prices. My last service appointment was easy to schedule and my advisor found me a GREAT price on new tires! Im definitely looking at a new Equinox (or a Bolt EUV) for my next vehicle!
Save yourself the trouble. Poor service and no respect for customers time. Drop your car off and expect to not hear anything. Here was my experience:Brought our 2012 Chevy Equinox with 150,000 miles in to have the catalytic converter replaced due to a recall. That process took 2 weeks with very little communication from our service advisor, Teresa Howard. When we called, we would leave a message with their front desk. We did this 4 times and only received 2 responses.Brought the car home and discovered it was running worse than before, as it was stalling out at acceleration and stops.Brought the car to our own mechanic, who pulled up the codes from the computer. The car was throwing the code for the catalytic converter. The mechanic advised that we need to have Chevy Service reset the codes, so we reluctantly scheduled another service visit.Brought the car in at the specified time. Waited around 10 minutes with no help. Had to leave to get back to work. What a waste of time.Save yourself the trouble.
Always a pleasure coming here! We started with having our Saturn fixed and was so pleased that we still have our Saturn ion car but are now financing a jeep Patriot thanks to the great staff and wonderful people at dale Earnhardt!

They helped get me going. Thanks to the entire staff!
