Grandmother had her SUV repaired here and had wonderful service. About 2 months later I needed mine as well. Had a few rescheduled due to Covid issues they were having but I had my truck in and out in about 24 hours. Bumper turned out fantastic and they painted it black instead of color match for me which was amazing.Definitely consider them for your vehicle body work.

I went for an estimate in June and was told the parts was ordered. A repair appointment was scheduled for August. August came and no call from Joe Hudson to confirm the appointment and that the parts were in. I then called and was told that the parts would not be available until September and another appointment was scheduled for September. September came and no call to confirm that the parts were in or to confirm the appointment. I then called and spoke to the same adviser that handled my claim throughout this process. When I spoke to him I was told that he no longer works at the location and I would need to call the manager. I asked him why he had been the one giving me updates on my vehicle if he wasnt going to be the one to fix it or coordinate it to be fixed. He replied by saying, ill check on it for you but youll need to call the manager at the other location. When I called the manager he stated he had no idea about the repair, however he sees that it was keyed into the system 3 months ago. He stated everyone in the store had quit and all he could do is work me in the schedule in October if the parts were available. Im not upset at the fact that there has been some changes in the shop, more less because there was no follow up from the advisor to me during this whole time. Now Im wondering if I was lied to during this whole process and question their integrity. I hope they get things organized because I thought alot of Joe Hudsons quality of work prior to this experience.

I had work done at the Monroe St. location post-parking lot accident. From Mrs. Becky, who greets you with a smile and gets all your paperwork started/completed, to Anthony who initially walked around and explained all repairs to be performed, to Clarence who returned my vehicle and showed all the repairs done; it is easy to see why they’re always booked—and they’re repairs were phenomenal!! Also enjoyable were the constant updates that I received while the repairs were being made; so at anytime, I could see at what stage my car was in. I hope not to have a need for collision repair again, but if I do, Joe Hudson will most assuredly be my choice.

I had a tree fall on my Tundra. Insurance company sent me to this shop on Monroe St. Worst experience in my life. Old lady that I was confronted by when entering the shop was a horrible woman. I was told that they do not handle Insurance claims ( for real). This is a production body shop. That I would need to pay up front for Insurance work. I would not use this shop at all.

Blountstown Highway location has Great quality work and great customer service.They kept me updated daily of the work progress of repairs of car by phone, email and text. Received car several days earlier than promised completion day detailed and washed.

Whats happening at this shop? I had come here before and had a good experience. This time around, not so much. I had an estimate done and scheduled an appointment on-site. I called the shop a week later to ask a question and confirm my appointment, and the person I spoke with said there was no record of my appointment having been scheduled. This person went ahead and scheduled my repair (again). Today, I called the shop to confirm drop-off time and was told for the second time that there was no record of my appointment anywhere in the system, and that they are now pushing back repairs another three weeks from their scheduled dates. Everyone has always been friendly at this shop, and in my experience the work is good upon output, but I have no choice but to move on to another shop because after many attempts I cant even seem to get an appointment on their books.

This is my second time that I needed Joe Hudsons Collision Centers expertise for my Ford car. They provided an accurate and fair estimate to fix the damage. They provided timely e-mail and telephone notifications on the status of the repair. As a matter of fact, they completed the repair one day earlier than they had indicated. I was supposed to have my car in 3 weeks and its been a month and a half. They keep telling me my car will be ready, yet i remain without means of transportation. Don’t send your car here unless you want to have your car sit in a shop for 2x longer than they tell you. I hope the body work is at least decent.My review isnt fake, my car was in your blounstown location in 2019. It also was not repaired to completion when I picked it up so I took it to Subaru since I didnt want to have my car taken hostage for a second time.

Overall Joe Hudson did a great job in replacing my front door and fence. The paintwork is also seamless. I can see that they did some interior cleaning after the repair as well. Two reasons that I dont give them 5 starts here. (1) they can probably put on some covering sheets during the repair. I can see obvious traces of oil/dirt stains on the seats and armrest. since the upholstery is fabric in my car, its a bit hard to clean it up. (2) it would be nice if they can be more careful with my window tints. There are quite some scratches after the repair. Anyhow, I do recommend this body shop. They are timely, responsive, and responsible.

Everyone there was amazing. We went there to have body work done after our bumper got messed up by a semi tread on the freeway. Miss Becky, Ryan, Anthony, the mechanic who did the body work, and the whole team was very knowledgeable and helpful. When the bumper started getting worse before our appointment, they got us in ASAP knowing that we were going on a road trip and wanted to make sure that it was fixed before hand so we would be safe and also feel safe on our trip. Also it was very easy with the insurance claim. After I talked to my car insurance company and got the claim going, all I had to do was hang up with the insurance agent and wait like 2 minutes and Miss Becky had everything sent over to her via computer from my insurance company. In addition to the team being great, they also did an amazing job on my van. It looks as good as new now and they even detailed and cleaned it up to make sure it looked nice when I picked it up. They walked me through the work that would be done to my truck, and then walked me through the work that was done once it was complete. I took my car to three different shops for quotes and Joe Hudson’s stood out as the best of the best in all areas. Their entire staff (estimator, front desk, repairmen) provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I was very concerned with the cost of my repair since I was paying for the repair out of pocket but they explained their estimate in great detail so I fully understood and trusted the quote and options presented to me. Their estimate came in lower than the other 2 quotes I received and to my surprise the final balance was even less than what I expected it to be. Unfortunately for me I have had to have two separate cars repaired over the past year due to accidents.But my good fortune was that my insurance company, USAA, recommended Joe Hudsons on Monroe in Tallahassee.I cannot over emphasize two points of the service they provided.1. Both times the car looked brand new after the repairs. Sometimes they may try to find used parts to use in the repairs, as in my most recent visit. But if those parts come in with any flaw at all, they reject them and obtain new parts from the OEM!2. But perhaps the most important thing I noticed is the quality of their customer service. I have not received service like this in two or three decades. They keep you informed of each stage of repairs, and when you call them you get to speak to a real person every time. You do not punch a series of numbers while a computer tries to meet your needs. I cannot say enough about their customer service! It is outstanding!

2018 dodge 1500 brand new and passenger front was hit and repair was not done correctly. Went and pulled out of garage and park in lot and the head light was pointing downward and it was a brand new head light. The right fender and both doors and part of the side of bed has nicks and marks in them from the flying glass. Not repaired. Bumper was pushed into tire and now I have a pull to the left and a steering wheel that is very crooked. Not happy with there work or the fact that they were blind to all this but still cost 5,000 dollars for putting parts on. 5000 miles on truck and they left it looking like a ten year old truck. Poor quality control at this place.

I had a great experience with JHCC here in Tallahassee. Back bumper all scraped up (my fault) on my brand new car, no body damage. After Google reviews, I made appointment with JHCC the week after Irma, their estimate was lower than another body shop for the same work. Appointment made for about 7 or 8 working days later with promise for 2 day completion. I got my car back in a day and a half. Perfect work, you cant tell where the damage was. Mine was cosmetic, but quality of work, on time delivery and customer service were no less important to me and the folks at JHCC delivered.
