I was treated with respect and informed of the whole process from getting an estimate to picking up my fixed car. My estimator Matthew was very respectful and made sure I was aware of every step of the process. The front desk staff greeted me each time I walked in and were very knowledgeable of the process of my car repairs. I really enjoyed the text updates about the process of my car repairs. It made the whole waiting process better. I will definitely be recommending Gerber Collision & Glass

Took my car to be repaired after it was attacked by a deer. It was only there for a week during Thanksgiving, amazing to me. They also texted me with progress reports throughout the process. Really good folks.

I used this Gerber location about a year and a half ago and had the BEST experience. Rob, his mom, and the rest of the team were very involved in the repair process and very genuine people. I had such a good experience that i highly recommended Gerber to several people. Recently, I had to go back to Gerber and I wish I had not. The management has changed and is a lot of unfamiliar faces. Josh was friendly and helpful, but I cannot say the same for the rest of the team. This past time, I went to Gerber in February over cosmetic damage (damaged front bumper and light). They were booked until May and I was okay with waiting the 3 months since it was not severe damage. Come May, I brought my car to them on the date stated on my initial paperwork at 730am when they opened. This paper work also stated they would only have my car for 3-4. On day 4, the day my car should have been done, I call and asked for an update. The receptionist was very rude and was not wanting to give me an update. Finally she informed me that the repair had not even been started. They were still in the blueprint stage and my car had not been touched. When I asked for an updated time frame of when my car would be completed, they told me they did not know. I was extremely frustrated at this point so I had my dad call. They immediately told him June 3rd is when my car would be ready. I am a grown adult - why did it take a man calling to get a date? In addition, why is it now taking 2 WEEKS to repair simple cosmetic damage? A few days later, they found hidden damage. 2 weeks pass and Gerber calls me on a Friday to tell me my car will most likely be ready today, but they do not have a time for when it will be ready for sure. Late afternoon, I get a call that it is ready - but at this point in the day, I cannot just leave work. The following day on my way to Gerber to get my car, I turn in my rental car and the rental company informs me that my rental car was only cleared until Thursday. Upon arriving at Gerber, I ask the front day lady if she can update Enterprise about my car not being done until Friday (she told me in past phone calls that she is the one responsible for updating them). She then replied with You want me to tell them we had your car an extra day?. Yes because you did. My main issues were this: attitude from their secretary and poor communication. I am giving them 2 stars because the work they did does look very nice, but the customer service was not worth it.

Very impressed by the service I received at Gerber Collision today. Their commitment to customer service is outstanding! Would recommend them 100% whether it is for major repair collision body repair (insurance claim) or just minor fender scuffs (out of pocket). After more than a decade in the automotive industry, I have worked with several Tallahassee body shops, these guys are at the top of my list. A+++ rating.

This is long overdue but a few years ago yall came out and popped in a new windshield for me. The other company with the catchy jingle talked ugly to me and even though My insurance ( at the time suggested them ) I went with you guys. I was happy with the work and the technician was polite and they came to my driveway ( just like the other guys ) without the Tude! TY!

Apparently their idea of customer service is yelling at clients in the parking lot. Or maybe it was because I am a woman???...They tried to set me up for a huge upcharge for hidden damage without any justification, then said if I didnt like it, I could take my vehicle elsewhere. My guess is that they use that line a lot. My vehicle just needed some minor cosmetic work, so I took them up on their offer and left. These people are crooks, and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Drive away as fast as you can.

We have gone to Gerber 3 times so far and every time they fixed our car earlier than expected date and made it look brand new! The people at Gerber are very friendly and accommodating!I highly recommend Gerber for any damages you have in your car!

Never again. Dropped my SUV off for a written estimate on a State Farm Claim for a damaged rear quarter panel. The estimate was completed in a couple of days. We requested to have our vehicle prepared for pick up - provided 3 business days notice with the simple and obvious instruction to have it reassembled to the condition as originally dropped. We arrived to find the interior was still in absolute shreds with a heaping pile of parts and panels - not even touched. They apologized and requested 2 days additional to resolve. 2 days later the vehicle had not been touched; we were told they were busy - really? 4 days later we arrived to find the vehicle half assembled with some interior panel parts now missing and others damaged by their team. They acted as if this was normal! I dont get it? Their comment was your just going to take it to someone else.Although the situation was completely unacceptable, now going on six days of held hostage without a vehicle, we accepted the half assembled and damaged truck only to find their team had drained the battery, disconnected the airbags, seat belts, and tire pressure sensors. Either the mess was intentional, they are not capable, or they just dont care. The jury is out. There are too many other choice for collision centers in town. Do yourself a favor and try a different one.

The work performed was not satisfactory. The hood paint had bubbles, and there was overspray on the windshield because it wasnt masked off sufficiently. Tried to rectify it with management but felt I got the run around. Matt the estimator was great, and the people friendly, but the work was sub-par, and I dont feel that the solution to the problem was handled well by upper management. I wasnt even called back after my last call asking for what I thought was a fair solution. All in all, I would take my next vehicle somewhere else should the need arise.

The team at Gerber were very accommodating however having my car for about 4 weeks due to the extensive damage . I picked up my car and drove it home to Merritt island as I recently graduated from FSU, after arriving home my aunt who was an employee at Gerber was kind enough to look over my car and pointed out a few missed items I took the car back to Gerber on Merritt island and they took the time to go over my car, I left the car today for the items to be addressed, Kevin was kind enough to take my keys and assure me these things would be addressed. I am heading off to a mission trip for the next few months and left my car in good Faith with Kevin. I await the results. My parents will pick up the car when its done. I was very disappointed that my car was dirty inside and outside as well. If the final inspection was done in Tallahassee before I picked it up I would not have to be inconvenienced or my parents. I look forward to a positive outcome!

I went there for a quote. They estimated $700 but needed to confirm with State Farm. Once I called about the quote, they told me I was going to receive a check for about $700. I received $500. They work with State Farm and adjusted the quote and turned it in without even letting me know first. I would have not authorized a $500 quote. I would have got another opinion and see whats best. they continued to lie that I was supposed to get $700 until I showed up in person. Incompetence or Dishonesty? I think dishonesty it is.

My Tacoma was rear ended and the other person then lied about being pushed into me by a phantom car. State Farm said I had to pay the deductible and they would sue the other insurance company. Oh well.I always took my cars to Walker but Walker is now Gerber so I went there anyway and I am glad I did. They got me right in, give me an appointment, finished ahead of schedule and did one fantastic job! They even give you text updates on your cell phone. And did I say ALL of the employees where extremely helpful and courteous? I dont usually write reviews, but when I have an exceptionally good experience out of an exceptionally bad one (another person lying about the accident) I really want to share my good experience with others. Thanks so much to all the folks at Gerber Collision!
