I found this place via a Facebook Jeep group and so happy I went! They diagnosed the problem and got me in and out quickly and at a good price. I will definitely come back again for any fixes, and will recommend to other Jeep owners!

August 30, 2020. Im always told to take Van street mechanic because its cheaper...I discovered Matt Jeep Specialist through Dale Earnhardt when they took my car there when my wheel busted, while driving and fell off my Van in 2017. They did an excellent job and I TRUST Matt and his crew. Since then every minor or major car problem I bring it to them. Plus it never takes a long time for them to fix anything.Thanks Matt and Staff

I brought my Jeep here for a transmission swap, and the job went south for reasons outside of their control. But they kept working, kept me informed, and eventually got my Jeep back to me in great shape. They probably had to do the job three times over, but the final cost was BELOW their original quote. These guys are the real deal. If you have a Jeep and you live east of the Mississippi, this is the only place you should go.

Jeep Specialist does business the way it should be. I have used them for different auto needs on my Toyota Tundra truck from oil changes to brakes. From what I understand, they do a lot of the alignment work for the area car dealers. The estimates are always spot on and the work is performed perfectly. Matt, Larry and team are just grade A. Their prices are fair, Jeep Specialist isnt the bargain of a life time, but I say that with the best intent. Theyre prices are fair, for them to do a top quality, A+, job. I do not know how they havent gone crazy working on Jeeps all these years, because all they do is break!

I’ve been taking my 08 Wrangler and my 07 Ford F-150 to Jeep Specialist for the last three years, these guy are awesome. Up front with their quotes, usually spot on with costs, guarantee their work and always finish on schedule. Can’t beat em.

The guys at this shop are top notch!! After my son was in a MVA with suspension damage, these guys got my Jeep back up and running better than before. I had the truck towed to them without even meeting someone face to face. Trusting someone to fix your car when youre out of state is frustrating, but not with Jeep Specialists. I communicated with Larry over the phone about the damages and he was extremely professional, courteous, and attentive to my needs. Guys know their stuff

Ive been a customer of this shop for a couple of years now, and I have to say that they are easily the best shop Ive ever been to. The staff and job quality are impressive and I wouldnt trust any other shop with my Jeep. The customer service is bar none the best Ive ever had at any business, anywhere.When you walk through the door, youll meet the owner of the shop who will take the time to discuss your needs with you. I admittedly am not a gearhead, but I fell in love with a Jeep that needed some work. The suspension needed to be rebuilt, it was coming time for routine 100K mile maintenance on the engine, and it needed an A/C job among other minor repairs.They made sure I understood any problems that were diagnosed, explained the significance of the diagnosis, outlined and prioritized my options, and provided me with a price range. Now my Jeep is in fantastic shape, and I have peace of mind on the road.As long as this shop is around, its where Ill be taking my Jeep. I recommend that you do the same!

This place is the best!!! Formerly lived in Tally and got fantastic service. Felt very comfortable with the recommendations of staff and feel that I got a fair price and they did a good job. I was so satisfied that I will be purposefully passing thru Tally during my upcoming move to have the Jeep looked over and repairs made.

I cannot say enough good things! After many, many horrible experiences at the Jeep dealership I finally found a new place to bring my car. They were able to fix my problem with only a few hours and were incredibly nice and helpful. I will 100% be bringing my Jeep back to them in the future!

These guys are fantastic. I always go to them with any issue my old Jeep may have. Their prices are very reasonable. Their estimates are always spot on and they always let you know if they see anything else that you may want to get fixed. I went in to fix my power steering and they noticed 6 leaks in my car, but they only fixed the power steering because thats what they gave the estimate on. I brought it back in a week later to get the rest of the leaks fixed and my car has never run better.

Soooooo happy. I was having acouple of problems with my Jeep overheating while my husband was out of town. I had never tried this place. I was hoping and praying they would not rip me off just because I was a woman and I was alone. I was desperate and didnt want to end up on the side of the road with my 2 year old so I took a chance, and Im so glad I did. The guy who took care of me was so friendly and helpful. It ended up being a few simple fixes and I was off. Im so glad I went here. No problems with my truck since😀. The prices a very good here and I could also hear them on the phone giving customers alternatives that might make things cheaper..wow. (free WiFi too)

The only shop I took my car to until I had to move away from Tallahassee! I recommend them above all others! Were at 167,000 miles and still running thanks to the Jeep Specialists :-)

Jeep broke down Saturday and I had it towed after reading the other positive reviews. My Jeep was up and running Monday by 1pm. They explained the problem, resolution, and I wasn’t paying dealership pricing. I’ll be back!- 2010 JKU
