We booked this bounce house for my sons birthday party and, I highly recommend Captain Bounce House! They were very helpful when booking on the phone, and answered all questions or concerns we had. The set up and pick up went flawlessly and super fast. Nothing to complain about!

Getting a quote was super simple. I did it online, got the deposit and made the payment online. Then when I was ready to pay the rest, I was also able to do it online. I had no issues. I ordered it from 12PM-6PM and they showed up around 9AM to set up (they had lots of deliveries that day). It was perfect because then I had more time to set up everything else. The male and female who delivered it were so friendly and kind, they were super quick too. This is the second time Ive ordered from here and the second time I was fully satisfied with their service. Ill definitely be back and recommend it to anyone and everyone looking!

We highly recommend Captain Bounce House for entertaining kiddos at your party! We used them for a fire department party of 100+ with LOTS of children. They arrived long before the start time of the party and got things set up quickly. The crew that dropped off and picked up were very nice and professional. Highly recommend! The guys came early and set up the house quickly and knew what they were doing. They made sure everything was set to go before they left. They came back when we were done and packed it all up quickly without bothering the party at all. We rented the Rainforest Gauntlet Combo for my sons Birthday, and it was much bigger than I expected! Captain Bounce House was very efficient and provided exceptional service! They were easy to get in touch with and called me before delivery and pickup, so that I was ready for them. Delivery, was a few hours earlier than I paid for, which I thought was super cool! The bounce house was very clean as well. I highly recommend and will be using them again.

I’m so happy I found this place! I originally had the house from 12-6, they showed up around 11:30 and had the house up within 5 minutes. They called me a few hours before pick up and asked if they could leave it over night! We had the bounce house for well over 24 hours with no additional charge! They are awesome!

We had booked our bouncy house for a Saturday from 12-4. They texted me Thursday afternoon asking if they could drop it off early on Friday at no additional charge. This was the first time Ive ever ordered a bounce house and it was a great experience. Derrick was great to work with on the ordering part. Communication was superb as the delivery team called me to say they would arrive in 10 minutes which was earlier than expected but no problem. They were fast and courteous and great with my grand kids. Due to the Covid issues they arrived with masks and gloves. The whole process was terrific and Ill being doing this again! My grand kids were completely surprised and enjoyed it and I know it will be a lasting memory for them and for us!! :)

I was very happy with my rental. Kind, accommodating staff. I rented the 17 foot high, double water slide for cousin camp, for 11 of my grandchildren. They were ecstatic upon seeing the slide. They played non-stop, for 5 hours. Now, you may say “that one’s too expensive”, and I thought so too, but let me tell you...it’s well worth it. The set up/tear down guys were great too! We had such an amazing experience with Captain Bounce House! They delivered the bounce house and had it all set up over an hour early and take down was a breeze, we didnt even have to be there. They made my sons birthday so special and the kids loved every minute of bouncing + the water slide! Were already talking about renting again before the summers over.

I absolutely loved my experience with the company. I got the bounce house and water slide combo and what first sold me was the incredible price. Second was the wonderful customer service when I called to inquire about renting for our sons birthday. What brought everything over the top were the wonderful delivery and set up team. They brought it ahead of schedule and had it set up and ready withing just a few minutes. Very friendly and helpful group of guys when configuring the best way to fit the large inflatable in our yard. Highly plan on using them again and recommend anyone else looking to rent.

The team members who delivered the bouncy houses were kind and professional. The double waterslides were a major hit. I rented the bouncy house and double waterslides for five hours and the kids didnt want the fun to end. These kids and parents will never forget this epic party.

If I could give this company more stars, I would! We booked 2 days prior and Derek was very welcoming. The morning of the event I received a call to let me know appx time of arrival. I ask for a text once they were leaving the previous appointment and I received the text. The professionalism of the staff was top notch! They came, setup, gave me the run down of the rules and was gone in appx 20-30, if that long. There were business cards on the equipment for guest to take. The pickup was easy and quick. The prices are incredible, the staff was excellent and the bouncy house was the hit of the day! Thank you and if I am ever in need or know someone, you will be my 1st choice!

Great service, quality products, fair price. I easily made my reservation online for the castle I wanted for my daughters sixth birthday. The day of the party the delivery guy called to let me know he was 20 minutes away. He arrived on time and got to work setting everything up. He gave me a little run down on the rules, vacuumed out the castle to make sure it was nice and clean, then headed out. He was very professional and came back later that night to pack everything up. The castle we got was super clean, looked almost brand new, and held up nicely. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a super easy and hands-off way add extra fun to any get together. I just got married, and had a Zoom wedding on August 8th, 2020. After my life with me and my dogs, I instantly inherited two sons, a daughter, two grandsons, and a granddaughter, whose birthday was August 9th.
