This is a negative 0 rating. I made my reservation a month ago. Talked to them 2 days before my event to confirm and they took payment. I was charged for 40 chairs plus an extra 60 dollar charge to keep them over night. My kids were expecting a bounce house for my sons bday. NO CALL NO SHOW. I called them about 10 times, no answer. Left 4 messages and they never got back to me. This is so unprofessional, and such a rip off.

They took my reservation last minute, only 2 days before my daughters birthday. They were super nice. They set up up quickly. We called and asked to rent the inflatable an extra hour because our kids were having such a great time and they made it happen! I highly recommend!

Great!! I called at the last minute; night before looking for a tent, table and chairs, in the midst of COVID-19 where customer service has become lost. Leah, with a very polite voice and optimism, assited with the day before request that included delivery and set up!! Tomorrow is my 60th Birthday Party also celebrating their birthday is my nephew and two granddaughters as well. It should be a fun family day!! We were in a bind for an association party with the rain due to come on our party day outside. Eagle Party Rental was great! They arrived on time, set up a huge tent seamlessly and picked up on time as well. They were wonderful to work with and even though it didnt rain after all, we discovered the tent really helped the unity of the party and kept the sun out as well. Great Job Eagle!

We rented the tables and chairs for our 260 guest wedding reception from Eagle Party Rental, and they couldn’t have made the process simpler. We chose Eagle because of their very reasonable prices. They were $200+ cheaper than the other rental companies we got estimates from. They were very accommodating with delivery and pickup, working with the preferred schedule of our venue. The tables and chairs were in great condition and the correct number was delivered. Thank you Eagle Party for being on time and making the rental process stress free. I rented some tables, chairs and linens from this company for Xmas Eve. They delivered and picked up on time. However, the napkins were fine, but the tablecloths had large stains on them. It was too late to do anything about it. I worked with Anna, who was helpful, but I have never heard back on whether they will credit me the amount of the tablecloths. Very disappointing.

Worked with this company for my wedding in July. Had 2 20x20 tents delivered and set up in under and hour! Very friendly and easy to work with, no better company for the price! I will be using them from here on out for all my party rental needs!
